DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!Absolutely AWFUL experience here. I called ahead, made an appointment, and was told my phone would be ready next the day. Double checked with the 2nd person in store that it would be ready the next, as I would be out of town the following day. Called at noon on the day I was promised it would be ready, was told it hadnt even been started on, and wouldnt be ready for an extra day. The manager of the store was mindblowingly rude and didnt offer any apologies for the massive inconvenience. Instead, she ARGUED with me about it!!! Had to rearrange my work schedule and drive two hours out of my way to pick it up since it wasnt ready when promised. Dont expect professionalism, or courtesy, or for your phone to be ready on time. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was fast and exceptionally well done. I dropped my work phone and needed to replace the glass. The staff worked quickly while I waited to repair my phone. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated, and more importantly, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work. I definitely will return anytime I need service to any of my electronic devices. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of repair.

This is my absolute favourite cellphone repair shop that Ive been to in North Fort Worth, It was well situated for the Southlake/Keller/North Richland Hills/Hurst Area right between Davis and Precinct Line. They keep weird hours, so make sure you check before you go. They are very quick with their phone repairs, and everyone Ive spoken to in person there has been incredibly nice and friendly to me (although I had one phone conversation and spoke to someone who didnt seem like they knew what they were doing). They tend to match prices for Iphone repair to the Apple store, and theyve never been demeaning like how it feels walking into Apple. Theyve replaced my screen at least three times, and given me a battery replacement, very good work!

My Iphone 6 was fried, so I took it to cell phone trendz. They found that the software was corrupted and needed to be reloaded on to the phone. They handled this professionally, and fixed the problem within the hour!Then my phone broke again three days later. I thought it was the same problem, so I took it back under the 10 day warranty. They found the problem was the battery this time. They were able to fix it without using new parts, so they went ahead and fixed it for free! Even though the issues were separate, they provided quality customer service by finding the easy (cheaper) fix without charging me extra. Thanks guys! Keep it up.

They fixed my sisters phone in 60 min which was good igs but when she saw the screen it looked cheap and bad it looked like a android screen not a iPhone screen it looked like a fake iPhone and they charged 80 for it was pretty disappointing tbh.Update: phone cracked on the first drop not even a week after she got it. It fell from her school desk to her foot and cracked

Went to repair my galaxy s8 screen. They repaired my phone is 30 min it looks like brand new. They are way cheaper than other cellphone repair who quote me 289 to fix screen but cellphone trendz fixed it for 209 so I saved 80 dollar. Now i know where to go for my cellphone repair.

Bought a ring phone case on Friday and Pedros customer service was excellent. The ring broke on Tuesday, took it back and they would not exchange the case even though it was less than a week old.

I drop off my phone and ask to get unlock, the owner said you can pick it up in two days, two day later they call me said the price went up another $ 100 and it take up to 7 to 14 days more to get it done, after 17 days I call in to pick up my phone and my phone still haven’t unlock and they refuse to give back my phone because they said they already paid for the online service, I have to pay to pick up my phone even though it haven’t got unlock yet, they lie to me said they never promise they will unlock it in 14 days, now I want my phone back I don’t want to use their service any more and they don’t want to give back my phone, this is my daughter chistmas gift and birthday, I don’t know what to do any more
