So much better than any of the other Verizon stores. I have always gotten the help I needed here.

Took an old phone and a new phone up to get a SIM card & stuff transferred. Alan was there and was very patient, helpful, friendly and did a great job going above and beyond what we asked of him. Excellent customer service!

Worst experience ever. Would give 0 star if able. Tried to come I to the store to pay my phones off and buy the new iPhone 12 max ( 2 of them) 2 reps weren’t able to help because they said there was an open order online. They called customer their special cs hotline and wasn’t able to help. After 1 hour of sitting and waiting they told me They can’t help me.When I asked how I get this resolved because I’m a Verizon customer and I’m trying to just buy new phones. They had no answer so I’m screwed.

Exceptional customer service.Very clean. No appointment needed. Had tried going to the other stores in the area but never got the help which was available here.The dedication of the girl for her work even after store hrs convinced us to keep using Verizon and come back to this store in future ALWAYS.Good work nooria

I can not say enough positive things about this store and Alan, the solution specialist that helped me. Alan has been the reason my wife and I have been back to this store and will continue to do so. His customer service is second to none and I dare say that I trust him. Every recommendation he made for both my wife and I have been spot on and much appreciated. He has kept his word on every occasion. Excellent customer service seems so hard to come by these days which is why I have taken the time write this review. People like Alan need to be recognized.

As an almost 20 year customer....Ive noticed Verizons corporate practices have declined in recent years and are disappointing however they continue to employee top quality talent at the brick and mortar level. Alan, Alin, Nooria were superb in compassionately helping me with my issues. The personal attention and care I received from these three and others like them are the only reason I remain with the carrier.

We spent over 4 hours in the store because AT&T was giving all of us the run around. Angel and Noria were awesome working with us. They made the experience a lot better than what it could have been.

Awesome guy! Sat down took time with me and my kiddos!!! Gave us great deal on products. Very knowledgeable about phones.

Had such a great experience at this location! Angel did such a great job setting up my new account and making sure I understood the whole process.

Needed some help with my “old phone” and the employee solved my problem professionally instead selling me a new one.Definitely deserves a review since the manager was not there.Nooria is very knowledgeable and definitely a multitasker fixed my problem while dealing with her other customer attentively.(Also she is very sweet). The staff at NRH store are the best I’ve dealt with since becoming a Verizon customers over 20 years ago. The two staff members that helped Naria and Angel, were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Stephen was very helpful. Helped me save on my plans and teach me to use phone. Amazing store. Staff always helpful.

Great place to pay your bill

I didn’t like that at this location you can’t pay cash. I mean, that’s ridiculous. I had to leave and drive back home to take my debit/ credit card and thought how inconvenient that is. Staff is excellent though.

This store is the best Verizon store in NRH. I was greeted with a smile from the rep Stephen. He knows his stuff and helped me get set up and took care of me. Verizon needs to give this guy a raise. For sure sending my friends and family here. A+
