Loved my experience with Express Collision! They are a family operated business, very professional and welcoming! There were a few bumps in my cars process but everything was handled well and I’m very satisfied with the service I got! My car was in bad shape and it looks amazing (: I’d definitely go there again and would send anyone I know their way!!

My truck was hit on the back door. Insurance claim. Bought an after market door and the window no longer works. I was told the window did not work when I brought it in. Duh, that doolr was hit. Its an insurance claim. They no longer answer my calls

They charge these high prices that they know you cant afford so, that they can keep your car and put a lien on it

This is one of those company’s that wants to sit here and charge you over the top tried to charge me 3k for a paint job when I got quoted way less somewhere else and was rude that I didn’t want to do it like I had no choice. I wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care how much you spend.

Dad is 82 and wont quit driving. His black caddy is a Frequent flyer here. They have always done good work (we are perfectionist) at a reasonable price and have proven honesty so far. We will continue to use them.

Don’t know what the complaints are about but I didn’t have any complaints. Good quality work. Last time a delay but they called because their paint guy was injured. I went by and they pre ordered the parts and called when they arrived. Very friendly and knowledgeable front office.

I have been doing business with Rudy (the owner) for decades - but he sold to a lady from Mexico. Now, it is a terrible place to go. I agree with Eric Dennis - Do NOT use this company!!! What should have taken days took over 2 weeks. I too, was lied to the entire time & never contacted unless I called to push for information. Plus, they did a terrible job. Didnt finish the work.

Alfredo and Jesus were so helpful with a paint defect problem that I had. If my truck is ever needing other body repairs, I’ll be back for sure! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

They stripped and repainted the whole car and fixed all my hail damage/dents from years of damage. Looks brand new. Can’t thank them enough!! They do amazing work. Definitely recommend taking your car here!

They did fantastic work! My car was rear-ended. Express worked with the other drivers insurance company to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was covered. The cherry on top was the cleaning they did of my car inside and out before I got it back. Highly recommend!

Just had my car worked on. Customer service was excellent. My car looks amazing! You would never tell that the side of my car was scraped. The best part is they worked with me and helped me pay half of my deductible. Definitely a place that I would recommend to everyone I know.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! We took our 2015 GMC Sierra into Express Collision for hail damage repair. The roof had to be replaced as well as the hood of the truck and some chrome pieces. The job was done wonderfully (or so it seemed) and was given back to us within 2 weeks. I noticed a paint issue and took the truck back the same day we received the truck to show them that it needed to be fixed. They told us to just bring it back when we could and theyd fix it. Today, almost 2 months later, it rained and I did not park it under anything. When I got into the truck I noticed water on the seat. I looked up, and saw that the roof isnt sealed properly and water had soaked through the padding, the liner, and was dripping onto the steering wheel, dash, seat, and floor. We called the shop this morning and they said theyd definitely give us a loaner (as long as it was Okay with the owner) and get the truck fixed. At noon I called back to find out what theyd heard from the owner. Since the person I spoke to was out of the office, I did a very thorough inspection of the roof and found all sorts of issues. 1 of the pillars was pried off, warped, and will not secure properly in place. Another isnt even almost back where it should be (theres about a 1/8 in gap between the pillar and the liner. The liner is exposed around 1 door, and the weather stripping on another is bent as if they couldnt get it to fit and tried to hide it. The buttons that control the lights in the back are popped out of place, and the liner around the passenger front has about 20 BIG bubbles in it. I hadnt inspected the truck very thoroughly since we trusted their work, (even though weve had bad experiences in the past with them not ceiling windows), and when I finally received the call back, we were informed that theyd fix the issue but we had to provide our own rental vehicle. Since there is significant water damage, itll have to be done soon so that we dont have mold and cause more damage, but they refuse to get us a vehicle to drive since one person ruins it for everyone. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

The repairs and paint job on my car were perfect and everything was completed faster than expected. Customer service at Express Collision and Repair is awesome! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Wanted to tell the guys at Express Collision thank you for completely re-doing my 1990 chevrolet pickup. They did an amazing job! The truck had been rolled. They completely re-worked the body, changed out the door pins, new hood, tail lights and repainted it to include the door jams. The truck looks like it just came out of the factory! Oh, and the price was right!!!!

I have had several jobs done by these folks over the years. What has impressed me most about them is their prices and the quality of work commensurate. They do what they say they will do. I would recommend them highly.

Horrible service......I was told Rudy would be contacting me concerning a part for my Acura ZDX, he never contacted over 3 weeks now. I have called over the last week and he is never there nor does he call me concerning my repair. I complained to the girl answering the phones and she just recommended going to someone else. I am going to see another company, with customer service like that we all should go somewhere else.

Ive taken my Firebird to Rudy twice. Both times it came out of the shop looking brand new. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Nice and friendly people who work there definitely did a great job.

The owner or store manager is a big racist. Has several ads for hiring outside his establishment and on Craigs list but wont hire any white people.

In my opinion they are total racist and discriminatory towards white people to the point they will not hire any cocasion ...I strongly erge anyone who is not Mexican to not even apply.

Wouldnt come here for nonething it felt like they were racist and I would never go back there
