Great as always... Discount has been my Go To tire store for over 35 years... Been going to the Davis Blvd store for 15+ years.The crew here is friendly, professional and courteous. Aways quick in and out with an appointment.

Got a couple new tires. Pretty sure I was overcharged but then I realized the extra cost probably went into the extras that werent mentioned during the transaction. For instance the extra layer of grease all over the interior of my car and the sweat that soaked my drivers seat enough to make me shower afterwards were quite the finishing touches. But the customer service was incredible. If I ever need to make friends maybe Ill stop by. Ill probably Uber there to make sure they dont go near my car though.

Arrived at 9:22am, added to the waitlist. Got help between 9:30-9:45, and was quoted an hour and a half wait time. Told them I had a dentist appt to get to at 11am, and they said they would do their best. Pulled out of parking lot at 10:22am, heck yeah!! Great service 🙌🏼

If I could give this place a half a stat I would. Over 4 cars went ahead of me I waited to get two new tires on my car for over two hours. Over an hour list to get a price check for two new ones. This was a horrible place to go. Yes workers were nice but not fair, and tried to over charge me. This hole experience was BS and very unfair in my opinion. Still Im waiting to get two tires on after I already paid over 35 minutes ago. Maybe Ill get out of here before the 3 hour mark honestly not holding my breath today on that happening. Theirs still at least 3 or 4 cars after me that have yet to be helped but they want us to stay in are cars an wait. If you so that you will get skipped an forgotten about. Go in a check in is my recommendation people. Hope others have better luck then I did

Spencer is hands down the best employees I had the honor of speaking to at a Discount Tire. He made sure that all my questions were answered, and even worked with my budget to find the safest and affordable option for me. He helped me learn so much more about tires and helped me feel assured in my decision. Spencer was awesome and I personally believe that his talents and customer service skills deserve a raise. Best believe I will be asking for him next time I come in and best believe I’ll be coming back in.

I dropped off my truck for new tires so I wouldn’t have to wait. Two hours later I got the text that my truck was ready. I showed up 45 minutes after that. Noticed my trucked hadn’t moved and no new tires. Guy at the front said “sorry we had the wrong truck, I’ll get you out of here in 15 minutes.” It’s 25 minutes later and my truck hasn’t moved. While I wait I’ll write a review.

Always professional and friendly. I had a blowout yesterday and needed 1 new tire. They apologized fir being so busy that day...I told them I had no choice. I watched them for awhile and understood. I’ve been in and out sooner than expected in the past so it didn’t bother me. I really trust the people at this location. Rolando especially showed great concern and professionalism.

I pre-ordered tires online and then made an appointment. Service was fine but waited about 90 minutes. Seems excessive for having an appointment

I made an appointment the day before my visit and set a time to be their to service my car. I made an appointment because i have work today and many many many things i have to do today/ places i have to drive too across the dfw metroplex. Yet when i got there i was placed 3rd in line and waited around 25 mins to get started, If you have appointments as a buisness you need to leave an open slot regardless of how busy you are that is the whole point of appointments. they are for people who plan and need things at set and agreed on points. if i set an appointment for 9 why am i getting serviced at 9 30 that doesnt make sense. get your business and management checked

Went to this location today had a nail in the tire. The agent helping said we had to purchase 2 new tires. About $422. Left and went to hamms down the street. In and out in about 30 minutes. Spent $10 to repair it!! I should have known better!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Discount Tire. I was worried today because its hot and the store was busy but Matt pulled the nail out of my tire, checked it and had me on my way in no time and with a friendly attitude. I appreciate his helpful and kind attitude through the process.

Last time the sales guy Ivan tried to charge me for balancing when only a rotation was performed. This time I waited 15 minutes only to be told they wouldnt fix my flat and would only sell me tires! Such a shame this location has gone downhill the last couple years.

These guys are awesome...this place is always swamped and they handle it well. Good prices and great customer service is why I come back here. Maybe it’s just the industry but good lord the Karen’s and Ken’s were in true form today. I have never seen a group of people act so professional and calm while being talked down to like that. Ive been doing all my vehicle tire purchases and maintenance here for longer than I can remember. I recently got reminded of why I keep going back. I had a nail in one of my F250s tires, that Id purchased there, and took it in to get it fixed. They were pretty busy, so I had my wife come pick me up after I dropped the truck off. I hadnt been home more than about 30 minutes when they called and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up they basically just said have a nice day. When I asked what the charge was I was told no charge, thats part of the deal. Everyone Ive ever dealt with there is top notch and their service is as good as you could hope for.

This past Saturday i went in to have a tire replaced under warranty and they mistakenly threw a good used tire out that i requested to be put in my trunk. Well today i found that they had put the damaged tire in the trunk so i went back to only find out all the old tires picked up earlier but, they made it right by giving me a new tire to replace it. Now thats customer service.

Excellent service. Ordered online (very customer-friendly website). Computer showed that they did not have the tire I wanted in stock. Ordered anyway, and tire was there same day. Made appointment for next morning and had no wait time. Another well known tire store also did not have tire in stock, and said it would take 2 weeks to get it. Discount tire was cheaper, faster, and super easy process.

Please don’t take your car anywhere else if you need tire service. These guys treat you like family.

We as a business use them regularly and today we dropped wheels off to have tires installed at 303pm with a quoted time of 45 minutes. now at439 the vehicle was not started. they quoted 80 and now its 160.00. employees were not professional and could not answer a question honestly with certainty. still not ready after 5. we got gouged on price, lied to about time than talked down to when we asked questions. one employee that i wont name said well if you bought more it would be cheaper when you come back. we sublet a lot of work to them and constantly help fix the cars they damaged over the years. Not happy at all about this. Do not normally write this type of review either.Update: they didnt call so we called again at 5 and they said it was not started.... what unprofessionalism ! sounds like a bunch of kids that work there.. showed up ar 520 and car didnt even get pulled in. had to go back in the morning.

Super awesome, even with COVID stuff the process was super smooth. Had to get a new tire and I was in and out within 20 min. The guys are very friendly and sweet.

Very professional and very competitive place for tires and wheels. Always a tremendous selection and if it is not in stock they will order it and have it for you typically in one to three days.

Everyone is extremely professional and courteous, and they are honest. I took my car in recently for flat repair service and the nail in my tire was positioned on the fringe of the radial, possibly unrepairable. However, they unmounted the tire to give the repair a fair shake and they were indeed able to apply a plug. And at no cost! I’ve purchased tires from them many times in the past and I have been extremely pleased with their service and prices every time. Highly recommend them!

I had an early morning appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was ushered onto a bay. They were done with my rotation before my original appointment time!

Went in for a question and to have my tires aired up. As he aired my tires, he noticed a small but very dangerous defect on my front and brought it to my attention. He spoke very serious and asked that I make time to take care of the issue asap. I parked my car and went right inside. Now, the good news was, my new $250.00 tire cost nothing to repair because I always buy the tire protection! They checked me in, looked at the tire and gave the same recommendation, that I should not be driving on that tire. Im so thankful that I went in for ONLY a question and they cared enough to give me their honest opinion. This store (Davis Blvd) is very clean and runs very smoothly! The staff are all pleasant and eager to assist the customer in getting them in and out in a timely manner. I had a chance to speak to the the manager Jeremy Parsons and he was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He runs a top notch store in a very busy location. I will be back in the future! Had a screw in a tire and went there to get it fixed. They said that we needed tires soon. So I agreed to purchase 4 new tiresthat had a rebate. Once completed, I tried to set up the rebate online and the rebate was expired. Not happy with the customer service.

This location of DT took SUPER good care of me today and it seems they did the same for other customers even while totally understaffed. Dude with the lifted white Platinum F150 (forgot your name dude, sorry) provided excellent conversation, service, and advice for choosing tires to fit my Tacoma, and even got his hands dirty as well to get me out the door in 20 minutes within start of tire change. When you come to a place to spend 1K on tires, friendly people really make it worth the margins. Hats off to this crew, DT owes you each a raise. I WILL be back!

Good, helpful service but their growth means the service takes forever. I have quite a few cars in the family. Twice in the last month its taken forever just to get waited on upon arrival at the store. I actually timed it today, 28 minutes just to pay for tires that I already came by and ordered and had set up an appointment for. Turns out the appointment got entered incorrectly so they said since the appointment wasnt for another 1 1/2 there was no way to get me in for a while. Told me it would take another 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get my car. Ive always used Discount Tires, and in particular this location. But next time Im going to try a new spot. Just takes too long at this location.

Probably the worst place you could possibly get your car worked on. They will try to sell you anything they can and they will make you wait until you legit do not care what happens to your vehicle. They are nice people but they provide HORRIBLE service.

Terrible customer service. I was told one hour to balance one tire. After an hour, I was told it would be over another hour more. I have no confidence based on my observations that they would complete at that time. It started with unclear communication from the service person. The service was very bad with no apologies for the poor communication.

Jeremy (GM) runs the best Discount Tire store in the DFW area (probably the country). We have bought tires from him for all four of our cars repeatedly. I have also referred co-workers and friends to his store because of the service he and his staff gives every time. All of his employees mirror his high level of service and knowledge of the tires you are needing. If you are going to get tires, try them first and you will never go anywhere else. Thank you Jeremy for always taking care of us in the past, and I will continue to refer people I know to your store because you have never failed me.

When a place is good, they are crowded and that is certainly the case here in both circumstances. This place is always full but they really hustle and work fast to minimize the wait. Clean friendly place that I have been going to for years. It seems to be standard practice for them to patch leaks for free even if you havent bought a tire here because Ive seen this to be the case several times while I was waiting for new tires.They have my business every time because they are fast, and usually the best prices too. One time I had a dealership promo on tires and they matched it.

Discount Tire is the Best of Tire Stores. I’ve bought tires in AZ and Oklahoma over the years and you just can’t beat the staff, friendliness and service they provide. Excellent customer service. There was a bit of a wait, but I knew what I was getting into and was prepared to wait. They handled it very professionally. You can tell they are working as fast as they can, and they also take the time to talk to each individual about their needs without making it feel rushed. My first time using this location. They were very courteous. Very fast. The tires I ordered online were not available the day of my appointment. They upgraded me to the next best set at the same price quoted online. And last but not least, they were playing some great music. I actually missed them calling my name the first time because of that music.

Waited an hour for them to do different. I requested for them to rotate my tires which I just bought half a year ago. They said that it was too dangerous to rotate because of the depth. They could have called me and discussed the matter with me, rather than letting me a wait an hour for no results.

I had the pleasure of working with an employee by the name of Neil, definitely ask for him when you stop in. He understood the issue I had and was very prompt to resolve it, overall it was a great experience and I will drive out of my way to deal with this gentleman again.

Just left being told that my tires were at 3s and 4s and that “there was nothing left to rotate” and I need to buy new tires.Luckily my last rotation was done with my service at Sewell just 5000 miles ago when all 4 tires measured at 6s.I took my key and left. Drove to Walmart bought a tire tread gauge and somehow my tires grew to 5s with a 4 on my front right tire.Having bought my tires at discount 30,000 miles ago I have not used them to do the rotations because there was not one convenient to my location. Transferred to a new office recently with this location right up the street so figured I would give them a shot. I’ll return to Sewell and pay them to do it because I know it will be done with integrity and honesty.I’m sure there are honest people that work here and heck maybe even the guy I had is and just doesn’t know how to use a tread depth gauge. But make sure you verify what they tell you.

Stopped at N Richland Hills Tx store around 12. I need four new tires mounted and balanced, $550 out the door, fair price I guess. I was asked would I wait or drop off, I said drop off(which means they take all walk-ins that wait first, then you). Approximately, 5:30 I get call telling me that the vehicle needs four new TPMS. Ok, $60 ea. (Can be purchased for $25 most anywhere else.) I said what choice do I have? Response, “we can just leave the TPMS light on” well, of course not. Arrived for pickup about 6 and found they could not get the TPMS light out. Well, it’s closing time, “try driving it the light might go out” if not bring it back. Drove over the weekend light did not go out. Brought it back to the store. Dropped off again. Couple of hours later I get a call, “ had to put an additional TPMS in the spare tire Oh, by the way, we have to sell you a new spare tire because the spare tire is too old so we will sell you a new spare $125 mounted and balanced. All said and done, I spent a little better than $1000, about double. I did get $60 knocked off the five TPMS. Good luck!

Excellent customer service and fast. Consistently outstanding over many years.

Poor customer service and a complete lack of transparency between the staff and the customer. Had one of the worst automotive experiences that i have had in 38 years of dealing with the slime balls in this industry. Took 8 hours to get my oil changed and got told to “Just sit down and read something” when i asked for a time estimate. Never again will i open my pocketbook at a discount tire location ever again.

Not sure why, but this location always seems to have shorter wait times than most of the other Discount Tire locations. Plenty of room to maneuver around in the parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The guys are great. Cameron went through all my options, provided a recommendation, and allowed me to make my decision. They also put my spare tire back up under the car and put the jack and tools away!

Great customer service and great prices. I have gone here for 10 years and will continue to get all my tires here. Except when I needed a tire in Waco. They were great there as well and now my son in Waco gets all his tires there.

Unfortunately Discount Tire owns this market. If there were another tire place near by I would definitely go there. While discount tires pricing isnt terrible, there estimated times, and scheduling are terrible... Even though I made a an appointment a day in advanced I wasnt prioritized over any other Joe that walked in, there 45 minute estimate turned into an hour. Not the first time. Add on to that your chances of losing at least 2 valve stem covers (that they charge $5-10 to replace) everytime I take my car I go into there shop and pick up all the extra stems because they never put them back on.

These guys are awesome. I got off work at 6 and when I started home, my tire pressure monitor told me I had a low tire. This store was on my route home so I stopped in at about 6:20 and found that they were closed. I was going to ask them to put just a little air in my tire so I could get to the next store without ruining an almost new tire and they told me that instead of adding air, they would fix the tire for me. I have been a discount tire customer for a while now but if I wasnt, they would definitely have won my business. The tires on the care were not even theirs, they were the original equipment tires. Thank you North Richland Hills Discount Tire. I will be back when I need a new set of tires.

I’m not sure what has happened at this location, but they only have 2 bays going the last two times I’ve been here. And wait times are now two hours instead of one.
