Very fast and professional. Dropped off truck on Wednesday and was told because of manufacturer parts it would be ready on Monday. Parts came in early and they had it ready on Friday!Drop off was easy and fast.Stephen kept me updated through the whole process.Getting rear ended was a real down, but Caliber’s people got my Ridgeline back to “good as new”!

A friend of a friend told us about this place. Before this we used a mom and pop shop for years but now those folks went out of business. Bill and Margie we love yall!. That young lady up front was so sweet to us. And that man who would call us every few days. So sorry not sure his name. Maybe Ron. He always knew what was going on with Memas truck. I dont know where to begin with this review. I live with my grandma and I attend culinary school while working part time. Shes retired and we only have one car to share. Its an older Toyota car but its got low miles and everything works especially the AC. I was headed to work one day and got hit at an intersection. We have insurance and thankfully so did the other person. Long story short...the car was sent to Caliber. Ive never been in a wreck and had absolutely no idea what to do, but this was made so so easy. I talked to like 3 or 4 different people there and they all seemed to know exactly what to do. That REALLY helped to relieve the stress of the situation. I cant say enough good things about it. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Dinged my front end, which necessitated the replacement of the whole front clip of course. I had let it be, looking at it everyday for a few months, then finally decided to turn into insurance company.They asked if I had preference for repair shop. I didnt. They said they like to use Caliber Collision and I have a couple right by me. For a second I thought, Caliber? Ok, maybe I do have a preference now. Can we use another company? Not sure why I had this slightly negative view of them. But, I kept my mouth shut on that and insurance sent me their contact info.I called to make the appointment and right from the start they crushed my negative thoughts about them. The lady that answered the phone was super friendly, already had my insurance information and set me up with an appointment first thing in the morning the very next day.I met with Steven, who squashed any lingering misgivings I had about Caliber Collision. Told me he updates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I heard from him on Friday (had taken the car in Thursday), he gave me an update said it should be first part of next week. He called me on Monday said we should hopefully have finished this afternoon. Way faster than I expected!Well, I just got home from picking it up and looking at it again, it’s beautiful! They did a great job! Far exceeded my expectations and crushed my prior perception of them. They made me a future customer if I ever need them, which I hope I don’t. But if you do, I highly recommend them.

Anytime you have a incident where your automobile is wreck hits a high level stress button. Your concern is not only financial but will my car ever look the same. All these fears and anxieties vanished while taking my car to be fixed at Caliber Collision. A great Rep of the company Robert Brown took customer service to the next level. Im sure he had many cars in in to be fixed. but I felt like i was the most important one. My car came out of their shop looking so awesome and there was no sign of any damage even happening. I been to caliber twice now. first time was a while back. back when I was playing semi-pro ball. I was out on the road. I only had that mustang like 5 months. that thing was messed up. I thought it was total. Some weeks later i get it back and you cant tell it happened. I kept on driving that thing like another year and half before i sold it. Fast forward to now and i get in a wreck in my truck. Not my fault! Insurance company recommends caliber. i didnt think it was that bad but turns out it was. These people were so pro. im used to a certain level of service and this was all that... thats why Im giving 5 star for the caliber

With having someone with out of state insurance hit me and I had to do all the leg work to find a place to fix my vehicle. Caliber was my first choice. They made the process with them very smooth and easy. Provided me the info I needed to get to the insurance to get my car fixed. Steven was very polite and helpful. He called me throughout the whole process to update me on my repairs, and when to expect my repairs to be done. Upon picking up my vehicle Steven even remembered me and my vehicle. He was very kind. Forget the popular notion The body shop is out to get you. For many years I assumed a 30% add-on for quotations provided because they usually state, at payment time, things like Your car apparently hit an armadillo one time and it bent the frame where we couldnt see it until we turned the auto upside down. Not at Caliber! They listened to the situation, completed a survey after we had left the vehicle, then called with a finished bill that ALWAYS matched the estimate. Robert Brown sets the standard for great!

Stopped in with a company vehicle for body damage estimate. The business looked to be very slow. Two employees at desk. No one greeted me and I stood there for at least 5 minutes before receptionists finally acknowledged me. I told her I would like an estimate. She tried calling 2 different adjusters repeatedly and neither would answer. I left and went around the corner to Express Collision Repair and was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

My vehicle was at this Caliber location for over a week. I was told it would take about 10 days to repair, which would be today. I was struggling to get to work everyday without a vehicle, and when I called today for an update I find out that they havent done a single repair on my car because they hadnt received the claim from my insurance, and they failed to reach out and inform me of this. THEY HAD MY NUMBER, AND EASILY COULD HAVE CALLED ME SO I COULD FIX THE ISSUE, but instead left me without any updates while I struggled to find rides to work EVERYDAY. On top of that, when I phoned to check on the status, MATT, made it seem like it was MY fault that my vehicle had been there for so long without any repairs made, or any one reaching out to me at all. He said that my boyfriend had just dropped off the keys and left, which is FALSE, because I was sitting in the car while he talked to them for over 40 minutes. Plus, I called my insurance and they said they DID send the claim to them. The whole situation was very unprofessional and SO frustrating. I cant believe I was stressing and struggling all week to get to work for nothing. I recommend the location on Rosewood.

They takes for ever for your car. I only had two cosmetic issue on my car and it is a TOYOTA avalon. They took two months for it. They are nice but it doesnt help all the time you know.

AVOID TAKING YOUR CAR HERE. The customer service is awful and they dont do their due diligence when it comes to checking the work that has been done. I have had my car back for less than two months and am already in the process of bringing it back for a third time for things that shouldve been checked for example they didnt check to make sure my headlights were the same color when replacing. Thomas is extremely lazy and you can tell he has a complete lack of knowledge in this field. I was the one who also had to call to check in on everything. I am switching to a different Caliber Collision to get my THIRD repair done because I dont trust the North Richland Hills location at all. Nobody has the time to keep bringing their car in for stuff that should have already been checked!!!

First and most importantly, my truck looks great. If I did not KNOW it was not pristine I would not be able to tell. My dedicated service rep, Robert is one GREAT guy to work with! He truly cares that the customer has a positive experience - and I did! I only have one complaint and it is VERY minimal: Robert had a few days off at the end of my repair (Im glad he was able to have time off!) but in his absence the customer service STOPPED. Were short handed....someone will call you. Im sorry nobody called you...the service manager will contact you soon. etc, etc. It ended up being a few days longer than Robert expected due to this and I believe Robert was more upset than I was. All in all I had a great experience and as I said before, my truck looks great! Thank you, Robert and Caliber Collision!

Something about the way this company brands itself drew me to their services. Lo and behold they knocked it out of the park! Did a great repair job on replacing the housing for my side mirrors and touch up paint. On top of that the vehicle was ready on the day that was estimated.

Went in to fix a dent on my car, ended up getting it back with completely different visors. The fact anything was changed inside my car with out my permission is unacceptable. They are not trustworthy and I will not be returning.

Unfortunately I left my wedding ring in the middle console of the car. I called them right away and I told that to her. She told that she was going to check personally. When I got there she didnt do it and she called Enterprise to check if they checked and they either checked. Maybe you are thinking that it was my fault because I left that in the car, and its true. But I called and she told me that she was going to check and no one did. Now, I do not have those wedding rings and I have to get a new ones. Thank you for get my things when you said you were going to.I did this review yesterday Tuesday 5.24.16 and now I say that Enterprise and Caliber made the impossible to get my things back and I got them today. Nice staff and great follow-up! They worked on areas around my front lights, which are a few years old - and just moving things around by the lights caused the two front lights to burn out shortly after I got the car back (they assumed from being bumped and moved during the process). When I called they replaced them at no cost - no questions asked.

Went in for a 9:00 am scheduled appointment only to be seen at 9:35am. Was then informed that the office does not accept customers for hail damage assessment. This doesnt make sense as I called in two days earlier informing the hail claim and was given the appointment by receptionist at Caliber.Now scheduled appointment at another Caliber Collision that can accept my hail claim. Thanks for wasting my time!

I was in an accident that cause my front right wheel to be pulled out almost. I know that the steering mechanism for most cars are complex to assemble, and even more so to repair.None the less, theyre mechanics and should know what needs to be done.After getting back my car it pulled really hard, so I took it back and they couldnt align it because it wasnt fixed right, so they gave it another shot.After the second time, it still pulled, so I took it to my local mechanic and he told me its not going to align because its STILL BROKEN.After spending money out of my pocket to get the job done, another problem arises.Last weekend (almost 6 months after getting it back) I was driving down the road and had to pull over due to a LOUD knocking sound going 5mph, coming from the same area. I looked under my car and had greese oozing from my axle. I dont know what would have happened if I were doing 70mph on a highway but my guess is that it would have caused me to lose control or even flip.If you steering is messed up, do not send it here.Im very disappointed with the service provided from these mechanics..UPDATE 4/23/19 (second day in shop):The motor mount was not secured well so it snapped and fell on my axle, costing me $900 that should have been fixed my real mechanics. This is extremely unacceptable, unsafe and disappointing.

We were originally quoted $650 so we took the car in to be repaired as it was the lowest bid. However, when we went to pick up the car. we were told that our bill was actually $1000. At no point did anyone confirm the extra charges. They simply did the work and then expected us to fit the bill for $350 extra. Stay away!

This is the best body shop Ive every used! They are very prompt, knowledgeable and the best a communicating that status of my vehicle repair. I plan on using them exclusively in the future.

There was a little hiccup getting a part in for my car, causing the repair to take longer than expected. Chase followed up with me every other day to let me know what stage of my repair my car was in. Because the repair took longer than expected, Chase decided to put me in a rental car free of charge to make up for the delay that was no fault of his.Couldnt ask for better customer service! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way!

Do NOT go here. Spend your insurances thousands of dollars else where. The quality of work does not equate to the amount of money they are paid. The paint was chipped and a component doesn’t work inside my vehicle.The paint was not chipped before and the component worked when I dropped it off.

Calibre Collisions was great! They replaced and painted my front bumper in just two days! They explained me through the process and regularly gave me updates either through phone or email. I HIGHLY recommend CC if you need your car fixed up!

They couldnt get my car towed to the correct caliber location for almost 4 days. They didnt repair my car correctly, and when I came back with a mechanics note to verify that they hadnt fixed the issue, they told me theres nothing they could do. I would heavily suggest another body shop. Advanced auto repair does great work. Caliber does not.

My experience with this collision center is generally positively. The repair claim was handled by on-site GEICO agent and Enterprise rent car service. The car was restored to pre-accident condition and repair was finished earlier than schedule. Some issues after repair were promptly handled by customer service. Overall I am happy with their service.

I took my car here for repair through Geicos recommendation. I never write reviews but felt the need to after my experience here. I can agree that the process on my repair from these reviews is somewhat true. Caliber did follow up with me through daily phone calls about the progress of my vehicle, which I appreciated. However when I received my car back 2 weeks later, there was a noticeable fish eye on my paint. Well, after having my car for 2 weeks and they stated my car was quality inspected prior to it being released to me, how can these professionals not see the fish eye on the paint? Caliber sent me a follow up text to see if I was completey satisfied, I am NOT! A manager will contact me, which they didnt. I had to call them! I have to leave my car for another week to have them fix it. What an inconvenience to my family! I will never bring another car here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The reality is, it is your decision to make...

They were both incredible guides and hosts to the process of having my car fixed. They explained everything so well. They were excellent representations of Caliber Collision and what I would come to experience.Robert Brown (Robbie) was...I’m not sure what to call him, other than my service fixer and agent He made it all happen. Incredible. He was made for his job. Know parts and service off the top of his head and explains everything beautifully.Robbie made sure the damaged parts of my car weren’t just patched, but replaced with certified Chevrolet Camaro parts - that’s HUGE.I don’t know the name of the tech that actually repaired my car (orchestrated by Robbie), but he or she did a most outstanding job. I even got my scratched hood buffed out at no charge. I’ve got a black car and EVERY imperfection can show.Caliber Collision has excellent representation in North Richland Hills.
