When you purchase lots of items at this store, double check to make sure a single item you pick up is not scanned twice. Of course, the cashier denied making this mistake. The problem was resolved but I got an attitude from the Haitian manager when I brought this issue to her attention since she acted as if her new cashier (another new one - the store changes them so often) was right versus a customer who has been purchasing there for years with no previous complaints! But what was absurd was the response of a middle-age Latino staff member who I initially saw walking out of the managers office. Her answer to my simple request to speak to the manager was No speak English! Only in Miami! 😏

I love this place, every time I come to shop, I always find what I need. The staff always friendly, helpful and nevertheless assist me what I need in case I dont find the products. This place is always organized and clean. Im always grateful that they have such a great staff and I cannot complain. Dollar Tree keep up the good work! 😃

Very friendly and professional staff. Found all items I needed and items I did not need but stocked up on them anyway. Staff in various isles restocking the shelves. Doing my check out cashier was a sheer delight very courtesy and respectable to my questions about items in display ( middle isle) not busy at all it was around 8:30a.m. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this store a 8. Some improvement needed but not necessary to mention.

Dollar tree is a good store you find what you want and the price is convenient. I would recommend that if you are going to go there if you can to go in the morning when they open, that way you are not standing in line so long. Dollar tree as well as need more cashiers especially during the holidays the store is always busy and some of the cashiers are very rude as if they didnt feel like being to work. I understand some customers are not easy customers to deal with and that sometimes as people we have personal issues as well. But there are times when you have to learn how to separate the two . regardless if you had a rude customer before the next customer come to your line take a moment and breathe and if you are a praying person, take a moment and say a little prayer before or during your next customer. It can be a silent payer. I dont think it is fair for the next customer to get the backlash from whatever you dealing with that can not allow you to perform your job the proper way.

This dollar tree never have the stuff you need and the staff are very nasty none if them speak English. This is America you have a job but atleast tried to speak English

OMG this place is huge and is a struggle person victoria secret! The young lady who held my items until I returned 35 minutes later with my card was so sweet and had the personality to match was a GOD send.... I go in to the store, finished go to the cashier Cindy and she is holding the line for some one that, that person was not there, the person when to get something else.I go and ask her if she are going to keep holding the lane for that person or if she us going to take care my stuff. The manager Liz was there as well and she allow this cashier to continue talk back to me the customer and do not tell her anything. .... wow, no customer service at all.I would never spend one dollar on that store never again .... Liz you as a manager you need to take some customers services and teach your cashiers that you dont talk to the customers that are spending their money on that store for you and your cashier to have a pay check.....

Biggest and best dollar tree in the North Miami South Broward area

Great place to pick up household supplies such as dish soap, toilet bowl cleaner, foil pans,, zip-lock bags, etc. Great selection of greeting cards for 50¢ each and always good variety of holiday decorations and trinkets. Only downside is lines to checkout can be long and slow.

I had a really nice cashier, they were doing their best to keep the lines moving which was awesome (lets be honest some customers just have short patience for more than 30secs of waiting 🤦🏽‍♀️) I definitely will be back, and I will excercise self control, lol. This corporation as a whole is bullshit. They treat their employees like cow manure!! The manager is incompetent and slow to address employee issues. No one EVER seems to know whats going on! Absolute worst company to work for! I suggest choosing maybe Dollar General. The low prices give them the OK to treat their employees any kind of way. AVOID!! STOP putting money into corporations like this!!
