First off I never and I mean ever do reviews but what they did was messed up so I’ll just post a keep in mind review. I had an APPOINTMENT with them at 10:00 a.m. to come purchase a vehicle I found online I let them run my credit and everything the appointment was basically to make sure it looked the same online and to drive off with it. On the phone and in the email listed below it states I had an appointment at 10:00 which I made. What they neglected to tell me was they don’t open until 11. I get into contact with the agent let them know I was there and that I’ll be back since I got wrong information. I didn’t get an apology or anything they just said that was weird. I go to grab breakfast until they open and Later on 24 min after they open I get a text from the same guy I let know I was still in the area that the car was sold! They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for giving me the wrong appointment time or care about the fact that I had an APPOINTMENT TO purchase that same car. They actually got smart with me and tried to put the blame on someone else. Just ridiculous! I have attached proof to the review

Brought my car in a for check engine light. Spoke with Giovanni Palma, nice guy. He called my diesel warranty and checked if my G784 sensor would be covered under warranty. I also spoke with the manager who was a very nice guy. They both confirmed that my engine light issue would not be covered under warranty and would be almost 800$ with parts and labor.They both lied. I took it to another dealership and I had it done under warranty for free. I trusted my gut, and my gut told me not to trust this dealership. Moral of the story is do not trust this dealership, they are no different than any other dealership that wants your money. Hi my name is Christina,I was amazed by the beautiful building at Audi North Miami and the cars are inside the exquisite building. They have elevators, escalators and stairs. They sell cars, They have Audi Silver cars that you can rent. Its located on the first floor. I was treated like royalty from the time I entered the building until I left. I walked on the inside of the building. A salesman name Nick came to me and asked if I want some water, coffee and tea. He was so polite, knowledge, very patience, helpful and honest. He took me on a tour of the cars and I test drive some of the them. I thought Wow this experience is awesome!!!I thought he had great customer service. I met with the loan officer who was also very polite. He greeted me with a smile. Everyone I encounter or view with other customers I thought they had excellent customer service. I was so happy 😊 just to be in the Audi environment. I called lots of people telling them about Audi and the way I been treated.

We wanted to do a special order, and Jacob and his team helped us through every step. Because of covid, it took about 6 months for the car to get through, but the team was giving us updates every two weeks. We felt like we were on the factory floor. And of course their new facility is remarkable and big, we bought before 4 years ago and it was at the little place at a different location. The new location is easy to get into and has plenty of parking

Today a little after 12pm when I was driving to work, near Miami Gardens and the school Ojus, the courtesy driver from this dealership driving a small Black Audi SUV with a Female driver (I believe the license plate ended in I48 or something similar ) cut me off almost hitting my car because she was on the wrong turning lane I guess. After I avoided her hitting me she stuck out the middle finger at me while also speaking on the phone meaning her hands werent even on the wheel. I would never leave a bad review if I absolutely did not have too but shes a danger on the road and to your Audi customers.

This was our first purchase of a vehicle from out of state. The sales staff and especially Margarita went above and beyond in accommodating all of our questions, concerns and requests. They were fantastic to work with and when we were dealt with a family emergency there were even more understanding. Great experience overall!

Parts and Service is a joke, with apparent stressed, uptight employees. If you go to Mercedes or BMW, even Jeep, no matter the make, model, or year - you are apart of their family, especially classic cars- they take pride and treat owners fairly, and respectfully! This is not the case with Audi at this location- they apparently dont have the faith nor enthusiasm for their fleet, unfortunately. The only excitement was in sales, otherwise dull, wasted time.

I received an email about a recall of my Q7 2021 so I made my appointment 4 days in advance..... this morning I went to my appointment at 10 am.... my assigned advisor (Vernon) was with several clients at the same time..... then without previous notification I was informed that they didnt havea loaner vehicle for my (requested and confirmed 4 days in advance) so sad to see how Aidi service quality have decrease.... I waste my morning and had to leave without service!!!!

Sorry I have to leave this really bad review but in my three years of being an owner of 2 Audi’s, I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received this time. Im an owner of an A4 ( purchased for my daughter)and Q3( for myself) I took my Q3 in ( almost a week ago) and I’m still without my car or a loaner. I work 30 minutes away from my home and share a ride is just too expensive and dangerous that time of morning. I have to keep calling to check to see what’s going on instead of them calling me. I’m in desperate need of transportation for work as I’m a school teacher. I was thinking about upgrading both vehicles but after this treatment I’m definitely changing my mind. Dissatisfied customer!

Traveling back from Key West to north Florida and we had a flat tire. We were able to call ahead to the dealership and they had our tire in stock so we arrived at 5pm. The technician said that he would “get us in and out” as I shared we were journeying home. Upon arrival, we encountered a service rep who informed us they wouldn’t be able to replace the tire until the following morning. Upon agreement, we received a loaner. We arrived the next day and didn’t get our vehicle back until 4pm when she assured us we would be the “first one in and out at 930am)!!!! The communication was non- existent (we always had to inquire as to the status). The lack of empathy and prioritization was insane and disappointing. We paid a LOT of money for this vehicle and expect a level of service.The technician, Omar, was fantastic. The service representative, Dianna, was snotty and unprofessional. I only hope this was an isolated incident but my gut tells me others have experienced similar failures in communication as well as disappointing engagements. So glad our local dealership is much more prompt and service focused. Go elsewhere if you have a choice!

Ive never had a more pleasant car purchasing experience. Max, the sales manager approached me in the showroom which was a surprise because I was completely ignored at the other few dealers Ive visited during the week. Max was personable and friendly and immediately got me a sales representative to help me. Pavel was my sales rep and not only was he also friendly and personable, he wasnt pushy at all which was a refreshing and pleasant surprise. I drove from Parkland to North Miami and it was well worth the trip based on my overall experience. I would definitely recommend Max and Pavel for your next Audi purchase need.

Car broke down but luckily still covered by the warranty. Every interaction from the initial call to schedule a service, to then switch to roadside assistance, getting towed, and finally dealing with the service center at the dealership, was a breeze and the friendliest staff.Would highly recommend this dealership for any service and sales, including for myself as a future repeat customer.

Purchased a vehicle online and had it delivered. It arrived with a broken key, alignment issue, bad tires and low brakes. Escalated the matter and got very little help. They were only willing to cover the cost of the alignment. The vehicle has very poor ride quality and shakes at highway speeds. The front brakes squeal when applied. Not what one would expect when paying over $30,000 for a used vehicle. Poor quality control and customer service. Will not buy from this dealer again.
