Initial experience wasn’t pleasant. However, service manager Neil brought me back into the location and offered a complimentary oil change and inspection. Upon arrival I was greeted by Karina, she was very kind and thoroughly explained everything to me. The inspection was completed by Max whom even came out and explained in depth what were the needs of my car. Everyone I worked with this time around was very helpful and caring. I appreciate service manager Neil for addressing my concerns and bringing me back into the branch. I will definitely come back!

Service: Overall very nice shop, clean and courteous staff. Were completely up front on cost expectations for the diagnostic fee and resulting charges. Staff was responsive and good to deal with. Only reason not 5 stars is repair costs are inflated. If you don’t care about cost then by all means great place. If you do then educate yourself before accepting the repair costs. Would be so great to have a dealership rethink their service pricing model, putting customers first and how that could lead to a future auto purchase.

The service advisor Ray is terrible. He tried to turn a simple tire plug job into a long story about Legally being required to replace the tire. The nail was obviously not close to the wall of the tire, and he still insisted on trying to upcharge/create a fix that wasnt needed. And this was even with me upfront saying, I saw the nail is close to the middle of the tire, just plug it please and let me rush back to work. I had a tire shop down the street confirm all of this, plug it up in ten minutes for $20, and they agreed that this service-drive is a bunch of scam artists using the nice dealership to take advantage of older drivers. Dont go here.
Was a very comfortable place water and coffee was unlimited my 2 hr wait I was updated on the status of my car through out my 2 wait very nice and friendly staff would go back and again and again.
I was greeted upon my arrival by name by the service advisor who was very courteous and professional and explained the work that was to be done in detail. Also I was led to the waiting area and advised of the immenities.
One word: Karina, Karina, Karina! Came to drop my baby off because the check engine light came on and Karina was probably the best service person I’ve ever talked to about car issues. She worked quickly, I felt she was being totally honest and she even took care of the whole thing FOR FREE after informing me that I only had one month left on my warranty! She got me an awesome new loaner for a few days while mine got fixed and kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car via test. Best car repair experience I’ve ever had, periodt!
Very disappointed with the service representative and one of the mechanics. Instead of him doing a diagnostic on my vehicle they took it upon themselves to diagnose the truck themselves. My radio wasn’t coming on after I had a battery change an instead of them checking the fuses or the trucks computer system they said it was a water leak. Very dissatisfied with the service.

It still has road grime on the grill and the excuse was we just run it through a machine. Nobody spot checks it before returning it to the customer? And an unexplained scuff/scratch appeared on my bumper. I know my cars every detail and this was not there when I brought it in.

LOOOOVE my QX60 - just dislike THIS dealership. so whatever you do, find another one!this may seem like my first review for the dealership, but it isnt, its actually my second one. I was asked to take down my first one star review because they didnt want the public to know that the dealership wasnt taking the appropriate covid safety measures, even though they marketed they were.back then my review was about that and the lack of human element consistency on the dealerships end.fast forward to TODAY, the display the dealership ordered to replace the one in my car (apparently theres a delay with the display), was RETURNED to wherever it came from after waiting MONTHS, I mean MONTHS, for it to arrive.Why didnt my service advisor or even the service manager communicate to me that I had a deadline for the display to be received before it was returned??????????? Do they think people just live to give up their cars for the day to leave at the dealership to fix something on whats pretty much a BRAND NEW CAR - do people not have lives or work or children to care for??????? I guess not the type of people they are used to selling these high-end luxury vehicles to.A simple REMINDER - Hi Selena, just a reminder your display is at the dealership. Please let us know when we can replace it. If not done by xxx, the part will be returned and youll have to wait until it arrives againNOPEEEEE, nothing. BUT REST ASSURED! They will email you to promote servicing the vehicle at the dealership and will even CALL YOU to try to get you to come in to pay for a general service - but wont know anything about the current problems with your vehicle - WHERE IS THE DISCONNECT?just SALES focused, I guess.ssoooo MID-APRIL I followed up to schedule the car being taken in to replace the display, and my service advisor responds 10 DAYS LATER telling me it had been returned and that hell order a new one and let me know when its arrived.here we are in MID-JUNE, havent heard a thing but what I did hear was my phone ringing from someone trying to sell me on taking the car in for general service work - LIKE GET REAL!
