This dealership really has it together and it shows throughout the building. The prompt attention upon arrival, the greeters, the level of cleanliness goes well beyond words. Buildings without excellent people that can take care of customers do very little to generate a review. I continue to be so impressed by my service advisor, Natasha R. She goes far out to take care of every detail pertaining the reason for the visit, explains the why and what not of the vehicle. She is a real ambassador to the Jaguar brand.

After purchasing my Range Rover Sport last year in Land Rover of Hanover Massachusetts my vehicle was requiring its first service. First they didnt give my 2and key and sales person lester was lier, and keep telling me I call u back and never call me back . And the car they gave me has a lots of issues nobody calling me back or taking care of me, I will tell all my friends and family to give 1 star and never ever buy from this place

My wife went into the dealership this afternoon to have the 2nd serviceon her 2020 Range Rover Evogue. She has a little over 17,000 miles on her car.She dealt w a service rep by the name of Natasha. Natasha told her the service would be a little over $2000.00. Luckily my wife called me because she was concerned.I ask to speak w the service rep & Natasha picked after being hesitantto even speak w me. I ask her if it was possible that the cost for a carless than two years old to have it serviced could possible be $2000.00.She obviously wasnt used to dealing w an unhappy client and was adamant about the cost as well as rude. She refused to let me speakw a service mgr.My wife got back on the phone & I ask her lt leave w/o the service &I called Land Rover Ft. Lauderdale. They let me speak w a service rep& they informed me that the 2nd service on that specific vehicle wouldbe $802.09 & the 3rd service would be $985.38.A little less that the $2000.00 this dealership wanted to charge us for the second service.We were disappointed to say the least !Robertservice.
I was assigned to Natasha Ruah as my service representative for a software update campaign as requested by Jaguar of North America. From the moment I arrived at the dealership it was evident that Natasha belongs in a much higher position that the one she currently represents so proudly. What a breath of fresh attitude and determined with -- WE CAN DO IT approach to the client. She answered every question with detail and accuracy, definitely a great asset to the dealership.This is in contrast to the individual who made the initial appointment via my telephone call--he was not too well informed on the letter that Jaguar of North America sent to the owners for this recall model and year (campaign H-494), he proceeded to inform me that this update would take between 3.5 to 4 hours!! Upon trying to explain to him what the letter from the manufacturer said, he argued back indicating that the letter was mistaken. Truthfully, he needs to be re-engaged with this program so he could proper represent Jaguar North Dade and the car manufacturer. Lastly, I commend Jaguar North Dade for enticing these reviews and gauge the need to improve or the well deserve applause such as Natasha deserves!!

Polite phone representatives, but I tried to schedule for my first appointment and they don’t have loaner cars for a month. I never had this issue with BMW service. I always got an appointment within 2 days with Bmw. When you purchase the car they tell you that they will have loaner cars when you drop off your vehicle. This is not good service. To offer a loaner for a whole month later.

I purchased a Jaguar F Pace about 3 years ago, along with several service warranties. When I sold the car, I was entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the service warranties. I have spent 6 months trying to get my money. After 5 months they sent a check with no accounting, which is less than what the warranty company says I am owed for only one of the 3 cancelled policies. No one at the dealership is calling me back anymore. BUYER BEWARE. There are several Jaguar dealers in South Florida. My opinion is you should shop elsewhere. A company that refuses to return calls should be put out of business. You have been warned!!
Went in for my annual service. Oscar De La Puente is the service advisor that takes care of us every year. He is very personable and courteous. He checks to make sure all my required maintenance is completed and addresses any concerns I have.
I was recently out viewing some potential vehicles to purchase (just one of course). Amongst the vehicles was a Jag F-Type, and decided to visit this dealership. The experience was so seamless and carefree, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new, certified used, or used vehicle! They must have hundreds if not thousands of cars readily available, as the dealer is some 6 or 7 stories high! My salesperson, John Nouel, was so easy to speak with, honest, and upfront. He made the experience stress free, which I appreciated the most. Needless to say, I’m a proud Jag owner now.
Let me start off by saying there was nothing particularly wrong with the service itself. It did take me three days in order to get in contact with somebody to get my car (Jaguar F Pace) taken care of. I called originally, someone called back left a voicemail with their specific extension and name. I proceeded to call back within 30 minutes of their message and left a message on their machine. Two days later I called again and spoke to someone and was able to get in contact and get a appointment with a lender vehicle. Unfortunately that date did not end up working out and I had to reschedule for the next day . I was able to do that rather quickly but was unable to have a loaner vehicle available for me. I then had to find my own transportation from the dealership back to where I live which was a $40 Uber. I was told it would take about 3 to 4 hours for them to take a look at my speaker and attach a license plate to the front. I dropped my car off at 10:00 a.m. and was not called to pick up my car until 4:30. I purchased my car just a week prior to this . I just feel that there should be more lender cars available and better accessibility to the service center. When you buy a luxury vehicle you tend to expect a little bit more luxury service than you would say buying a regular vehicle.

I made an appointment and was surprised that when I got there they were actually ready for me! However, they had no parts to repair my vehicle, and no loaner cars. The service consultant was nice enough but I did not get the impression that my business was valuable to them. Maybe it was the mask. Vibes don’t lie. I have to go back to this dealership to have these repairs finish since the parts were unavailable. Will I go back? Emergencies only.

The only good experience with this dealership was when I purchased my FPACE in 2017. That is were the excellent customer experience stopped. These clowns in the services department are some of the most unprofessional people to work in luxury (Claudio).My advice would be to take your Jag to Alpine in Fort Lauderdale. Service advisors at warren henry barely speak English and Claudio had the nerve to imply I purchased my car used.Concerns-Staff barely speaks English-Service appointments are so far out-Records kept on your vehicle are not accurate. Have your own documentation.-Arrogant service manager-Phone system just rings off the hook
Cant believe a service takes so long. Oil change rotation and balance.. been here since 7:30 am. Its 11:40 am and its not done. They say, 2-3 hours. I was literally the first appointment.. this is so disappointing.

This location is now extremely busy because the Fort Lauderdale branch is closed- act quickly to get a loaner. Otherwise, they will arrange a Lyft to shuttle you to and from the dealership.
Juan Hincapie is the sales guy to see. Excellent customer service. Gives it to you straight, no let me talk to my manager type situations, positive energy, and most importantly always answers his phone and replys fast. Great place overall and great deals.

Service rep (Jeff) complaint that I had made the appointment online & asked to wait while they change the oil, he said that was not ok. So, I asked him how long the wait was, he said 3 to 4 hours!!!! I asked for the cost of replacing the oil on my 2020 Discovery, price he said it was $320! Regular price $370!!!! I walked out, went To Jiffy Lube paid halve, was done in 30 minutes, no rocket science on changing an oil filter and replacing the 0-20 Synthetic Oil which is what the Manufacture recommends.
I had a very bad experience with Warren Henry when purchasing a Jaguar XF used 2015. It appears that they dont take the 165 point inspection seriously. Or maybe they do the inspection, but they dont fix things before putting the car on the lot. What good is the Certified Pre Owned if we arent confident about the quality of the vehicle?The first car I was going to buy had an obvious abnormal wear pattern on one of the brake rotors. When I finally talked to the service manager, even he said that he couldnt tell what caused that problem. They tried to sell it to me that way! Next I found another car that seemed good, except that one tire was flat, and another was very low air. (Why does a dealer put cars on their lot with serious potential safety related problems?! Shouldnt they find all issues during 165 point inspection, and FIX them?) They replaced the flat tire and told me that they had inspected all other tires.When I arrived home, (200 miles away) the next day I was going over everything and noticed that TWO of the tires had damaged side walls! Maybe they werent leaking air (not that I could detect yet) but look at the photos, would you let your wife drive that car especially an on-ramp at high speed? I replaced the tires at a local Jaguar dealer, who also found that all four wheels were very bad out of alignment. When I asked for reimbursement by Warren Henry at least for the two damaged tires, they were not very responsive, but eventually tried to explain that they had given me too good of a deal and could not afford to give me any money back. They even claimed that they gave me a chance to inspect the car at the lot. So in their mind, a good deal includes bad tires and or brakes...which they wont point out to the buyer, and the buyer needs to find problems. And to top it all off, as I was driving up the highway after buying the car, I noticed it only had a little over 1/4 tank of gas! I was already in highway rush hour traffic when I noticed, and my wife and I were frustrated about the whole purchase process, so we kept driving home.This dealer is either incompetent, or unethical or both. Unless you are willing to take a chance on the quality of the car you buy, or you have time and EXPERTISE to thoroughly inspect the car for problems, I would not recommend buying from this company. The whole experience reflects badly on Jaguar and its Certified Pre Owned program.UPDATED 11/28 because photos seemed to be removed.

I recently bought a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace from this dealership. I have mixed feelings about our experience. First of all I give David E. (Our salesperson) a 5 star rating across the board. He was patient, and explained everything every step of the way. The suv had some issues with the paint and wasn’t detailed properly, so he made immediate arrangements to take care of this. When I got the suv home, the next day, he even FaceTimed me to walk me through setting up my Jaguar App on my phone. He kept his word and followed through with everything he said he would do. He went above the norm to make our experience a great one.What made me give a 3 star rating was a few things. The car wasn’t detailed properly when we got it initially. There was paint splatter, and I even found old peanuts under the seat. I was upset. As I said above, David immediately corrected this issue. Also, Ms. Pena from financing was very rude to us. She made snarky comments which made us uncomfortable. We opted not to take extra services and warranties that we felt we didn’t need. She said more then once, “ If you don’t want it, that’s on you then.” with such an attitude. My husband wanted to read the documents he was signing, she was impatient, trying to rush the process, and saying she has other people waiting. It made us feel as if we were wasting her time or something. It wasn’t very nice.Lastly, Francisco in service was taking care of some issues minor issues that needed to be corrected. He had the car for almost 2 days and nothing was done, except for what David (In Sales) promised to take care of. We needed the windshield replaced due to a crack. He gave us a ridiculous marked up price with a “freight” charge handwritten in. That was odd. When we called other Jaguar dealerships, the price was significantly lower then what he quoted us. That was upsetting. We felt were being financially taken advantage of. The parts for the vehicle we needed that were covered under warranty weren’t even ordered by the second day of my vehicle being there. My husband was upset and went to pick up the vehicle without getting the service we needed. Francisco did send transportation to and from the dealership for my husband, so that is one good thing I will say. We asked for a loner, but was told we need to let them know 3 weeks in advance. I never heard that before. We own a Cadillac Escalade, and when that goes in for service, without hesitation and loner is always provided at moments notice. I found the policy at this dealership odd...All and all, David is the only one that really made our experience a good one. He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service skills. I will recommend him to others. As for everyone else we dealt with... I just don’t know what else to say...
Terrible Customer Service. Nobody gets back to you. Been trying to contact someone for 2+ months in regards to a partial refund for Axiom warranty. I live out of town now so I can’t go in to the dealership. Wouldn’t buy a vehicle from them.

The service department its a dissaster. The people that schedule over the phone dont have knowledge pf car basics. I drove 80 minutes round trip and could not get my issue solved. When I ask how is it posible the schedule me for oil change if it is not needed theu told me to check the service book where it says when service its performed. Unacceptable, Not even in tire plus they have been so rude to me. They should make the staff to read the service book so there is better understanding on what its required.

Im only going to review based on the one experience I had when my father and I picked up his car. The service department staff were outstanding with how they treated my 85 year old father. My father uses a walker. There was one male employee who went out of his way to ensure my father reached, entered and waited for my father to use the mens room. This individual displayed kindness and compassion at a very timely moment. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Claudio, our service advisor, kept us informed during the repair of the vehicle.I would recommend this business based solely on the customer service.

Is there a strategy for customer centricity?I called to see if I am able to meet with someone to learn more about a new SUV and set up an appointment. Came in on time, the receptionist attended to another party ahead of me who came in about a replacement key. She walked to get someone, came back, head down - I stood there - no acknowledgment what so ever. Two other salespeople floated around - having their own discussions and engaging with the receptionist - in fact, one salesperson said she was free as she was awaiting her customer to come out from finance.10 minutes or so later - without anyone looking at me or acknowledging my presence - I left.Why have salespeople and a receptionist if they are not attending to customers? Not sure if anyone is running the show there with a focus on customers or if this is what one should expect. Sad.
It was a great experience buying my first Jag F type SVR, awesome car! The service provided, assistance, personal attention and buying process that I received from David Echeverri the sales man was outstanding. He was courteous, very helpful, and accommodating to my schedule. He stayed late the night I came down just to wait for me. He had lots of patience. Even after the sale I called him many times for assistance with questions and he would always call me back promptly and was always available or at least communicated to me when he would call back if he was busy. Alfred took customer service to another level. From the moment we called to inquire about my brakes, he was there to make sure everything went smoothly. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the products and made sure that we knew how to use every feature on our car. It felt more like family than dealing with your typical service advisor. It was an absolute delight to do business with him. We can truly say in all our years of servicing my car that this has been the best experience ever.

*** UPDATE *** Just to show you all with evidence this dealer does not even honor written commitments, after my complain someone from the dealer told me they will call me, well no one called me - and honestly I don’t care as now I took my car to the Jaguar that is in Coral Gables i know it can be far for some people but their service was incredible fast the car is already been assessed and they gave me loaner immediately -This is probably the worst dealer in North Miami no wonder the owner is brother of the one that owns Lexus north Miami, they have something in common - Horrible customer service.Warren Service Jaguar literally thinks is doing you a favor to give you appointments for service, they are rude, when you ask for the manager they hang up -This are expensive cars they should have a different level of people working for them, this is lack of vision by the owner and leadership.Last time we own a Jaguar !

Worst experience ever. I recently purchased a used Jag XF and I took the vehicle in to get have it checked out as my car is still under warranty. I even made a small list of issues that needed to be addressed. Well after 4 days, NOTHING outside of a recall issue was fixed. I told them my sunroof isnt closing properly and they didnt even fix it. I asked them to change the oil as it was still under manufacturer warranty for oil service and they refused to do so.I had to take my car to an AutoNation dealer and they fixed all of the issues I wanted addressed. Im never taking my car here again and I will never buy a new car from a Warren Henry dealer ever.
