Agree with the previous reviewer. A service rep Guillermo was very rude and unprofessional. From my understanding, he is a junior employee, yet no team member intervened to stop him or to defuse the situation. Every item can be found online at much lower prices. Nowadays, a person shops at a brick-and-mortar store to have a pleasant shopping experience, which was not the case for me. My initial impression of the team was good, yet I will not be coming back.

Javier is amazing! He is knowledgeable and patient! I’ve been to MULTIPLE locations looking for the correct transformer system to fit my needs (pool lights and backyard lights) multiple watts and Voltage differences and he was able to understand it all and get me the best deal I have found! Incredible customer service!

In addition to the store having a vast assortment of chandeliers and lamps, the service is unusual, very attentive and prepared.

Horrible. Customer service is trash. This place has gone down fast. The entire team from top to bottom are rude and unwilling to help at all. If you’re not spending $25k they won’t give you a second look. Good luck during next recession. Karma gets everyone.

I wish I could agree with all these nice reviews, but my mom and I walked into this store yesterday and were there for about 20 - 30 minutes and not one person acknowledged our presence. Not a hello or how can I help you. Nothing. There were several people behind their counter doing nothing and I watched as they greeted other customers who came in, so I was taken aback. Their products were so nice and I would have probably been interested in purchasing something if the visit played out differently. Very disappointed.

Did a web search for this place, found it and the bulb I was looking for, courtesy of Mr.Vernon,(staff) and paid a reasonable price 👍... Not to mention I won a bet. OHHH YEAH!!!

Please do not make purchases in this online store or by phone that are to be dispatched by the carrier, because the orders do not arrive complete and they hide in that if the receipt of the carrier is signed they are not responsible, they buy directly in the store but not for delivery, the people who prepare the orders for dispatch are not trustworthy. We are a cargo shipping company for South America and we receive packages from them and they always lack something.
