I finally got to visit gorgeous Elite Home showroom in Miami. I have never seen more beautiful showroom! The selection of luxury furniture is so expansive. They have everything, from Swarovski crystal chandeliers to amazing marble tables and leather sofas. I found an exquisite art piece that I am getting for my bedroom. Cant wait!

I am looking for a unique dining table and I found it at Elite Home! I was greeted by the owner and he was very friendly, offered me champagne and showed me the table that I was looking for. The owner was very nice and flexible and offered me an amazing price. I will be receiving the table next week.

I was looking for something exquisite for our home and this is the place I found it at. They provide more than just furniture but overall inspiration for rooms. Just by visiting their store, I was already full of pictures in my mind about how to make our rooms the best possible.I have to admit that I was a bit lost in the store at first, but they were very helpful. Asked me all the right questions to help me make the decision I felt most comfortable with. Thanks!

I only have nice things to say about Elite Home. They have quality fine furniture, so beautiful that the pieces look like art: dining tables with Murano glass, fabrics of a quality that I have not seen anywhere else, the list is endless. They treat every customer like a VIP, going above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. They rank at the top of my list for customer service, one of the best I have experienced.From the time that I first contacted Inna, I realized I was dealing with a true professional. She patiently answered all my questions (many!), helped me navigate through all the choices, and together we worked out a great design. She is kind, patient, and helpful. Truly wonderful! I don’t have enough words to thank her. I hire people for a living and, in my opinion, she is the manager that has displayed the best understanding of what quality customer service is.I also had the pleasure to meet Vladimir, the owner. He is also very kind and down to earth. I took my 4-year old son with me to the store and instead of being concerned about any of the valuable items that they have been broken, he was friendly: my son even grabbed him by the hand to go play! Moreover, Vladimir came to my home to ensure that the delivery and installation went well. I don’t know of many furniture store owners that will do that! All in all, it was a truly fantastic experience.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ordered from. First they order my chandelier in the wrong finish, AFTER I paid extra to have it done in my custom finish. Then they keep promising me my chandelier for Thanksgiving, then before XMAS and nothing. Never received it, in fact it never even left Italy. They lied the whole time and never kept on top of my order unless I pestered them to do so. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dont trust the owner. He takes deposit from you and you have to wait almost a year until you get your order. Plus quality of the furniture doesnt match the promises. Do not recommend this store at all.
