Beautiful store!

I recently bought a battery operated lamp that came with a LED bulb. I wanted to change the bulb, but due to the voltage, and the fact that it has a European base, it wasnt easy to find something capable without blowing out the fuse. 3 other lighting stores sold me a bulb assuring me that it HAD to work.....nope! Juan Felipe, from 4ULighting went over and beyond trying to do the math to come up with the right voltage and bulb I needed (he tried to explain it but I really didnt get it). I ordered the bulbs and they WORKED!!! I really appreciate the time he took and the customer service he provided.

Im close to finished with remodeling two of my homes with this store. the great staff was extremely helpful and was absolutely perfect in judgement of which chandeliers should go where.. i also picked out some art by this amazinh artist kfir moyal. my wife and i had a picture from our wedding customized last year and couldnt be happier with it still.dilma & david helped me out at different occasions, giving me discounts and helping figure out my style of decor. the store manager ami was also very helpful when asked for extra discounts(cause i bought a lot of stuff).i still come back every so often to check out whats new in stock, they always have a nice modern selection to browse through and out of all the lighting stores i have tried, they make sure to have everything in stock for you or only a few days away(everyone else has tried to make me wait a month for 1 chandelier).thanks 4U Lighting, hope my honesty helps.

If youre looking for a place where customers are treated with disrespect and insulted during the shopping process, then you have found the perfect place! Older man (possibly owner) with little hair and yellow glasses has no customer service or sales skills. He makes rude comments while you are shopping and then tries to pressure you into a purchase by insulting your net worth.The woman in front of me at the counter also commented on how rude the people who work in the establishment are.

4U helped design and installed dining room ceiling light box. All LED and cove lighting with remotes. Delighted with results which are better than anticipated. Ari is most knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Supporting staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

My wife and I went up and down Biscayne, looking for a small chandelier for our guest room. to our surprise, this store that i drive by daily to work had an incredible selection. when i say incredible, i mean very unique and out of the ordinary.the salesperson was very knowledgeable and understood right away what we need and showed us a great selection. yes, i was able to bargain the price down a bit and he even offered to have the chandelier installed the very next day.so, we bought it. we also swapped the regular bulbs to LED, the next day the installer came as promised and hung up the fixture.one never knows what good businesses they have right in their back yard. the expirience was so smooth that i had to write a review and reward them with a full set of stars.
