I was surprised by the wide variety of led chandeliers and lighting fixtures that lighting Miami has in their store Specialty lighting and bulbs in north Miami. Everything from led lighting to outdoor lighting, commercial and residential lighting they can help you. Customer service is excellent, owned and operated by its owners Derek and Adam. Highly recommend this store to everyone that is shopping for modern lighting.

From all the Miami lighting stores that I have been to, definitely Specialty Lighting & Bulbs has the best customer service and lighting products. I was looking for recessed lighting and Derek helped me with all my lighting needs and budget. Also Adam explained to me in detail how to install the lights and all the technical aspects of the new lighting features. I recommend this owned and operated lighting store to everyone that looks for lighting options for their houses or for their businesses. They helped me a lot and I am truly grateful.

This is by far the worse experience I have ever had at a store. Adam hude was so rude and arrogant, I asked for help and it was as if I was not even in the store. He continued to claim that he was the owner but did not take part in helping me with my needs. I don’t recommend this place it is over priced and half of the items I’m sure are ordered outside of the states!

We do business with Specialty Lighting regularly and have always received the best customer service and advice. The store is owner operated and hes always on top of it. They have lots of items in stock but we often get items custom ordered for us. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. I ordered two metal-halide bulbs and sent them a spec sheet by email to make absolutely sure that wed get the right ones. They ordered them and the owner, Derek Hude, informed me that they were ready for pick-up.I spent one hour in traffic to get to the place, only to find that they had ordered the wrong bulbs. Not only didnt they apologize but tried to blame it first on me and then on the manufacturer/distributor (we ordered the right ones but they sent us the wrong ones). They then promised to send us the bulbs at no additional charge. I was OK with that and paid.The next day I get a call from them telling me that the bulbs wouldnt be $29.90 each as quoted (and paid) but more than $50 each and if I was OK with the additional charge. Again, no apology and the attempt to blame the mistake on me. I declined and opted for a refund instead. The guy who called, Bisser, was rather rude and told me that his time was too valuable to argue with me. Looks like their time is more valuable than their customers time...Never again, Specialty Lighting & Bulbs!
