An exceptional bubble milk tea and rolled ice cream in a cozy place at the plaza. The staff were very polite and work very quickly.

We all enjoyed it. My wife and 2 kids. 17 and 8. We had the rolled ice cream. All were good. They also have Boba tea. Next time we will try them.

Omg. This place is amazing. I have seen on YouTube this form of ice cream but I never had it. It is a must visit. This staff is very nice and helpful and the deserts are absolutely delicious. On top of that, they are extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place

This place is definitely a cool place in terms of being able to see how the ice cream is made and the staff is very friendly.I didnt love the taste overall, this is just a personal preference for my taste buds. My girlfriend on the other hand loved it as she prefers things on the milkier tasting side.

The staff is always nice and very caring. Also very funny- The boba is delicious and sweet. The ice cream rolls are savoury and the best I had in my entire life. The shop itself is very neat and clean. The decorations are cute and all. Would recommend! I’ve been going here for years, and I love this place.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always order coffee with Reeses, and choose an Oreo and Pooky as my topping. This place is always clean, service is always fast, and the rolls are always good. They dont melt too fast or are too hard, they are perfect. I went here 3 days back to back and regretted nothing but the calories. If you are visiting this is a go to spot. When I try other things on the menu I will update my review, but for now the rolls are still good to me. SPECIAL TIP FOR READING THIS FAR: the parking lot is always packed, especially at night. Park at the gas station next to the plaza and just walk over. No, you wont get towed if you make it a short trip & you are very welcome.

Amazing ice cream! They have rolled ice cream and shaved too, with various toppings. My favorite toppings are the bubbles, both boba and soft ones are great, but soft ones are best! It’s a unique experience with very exotic flavors and texture. Boba tea is delicious too. Yumm 😋

A new found gem. My close and very good friend took me for boba tea for my birthday and he wanted to try this place since it was close and he’d never been, I’m glad we went. I love boba and taro! So I of course tried the taro (which is an asian starchy root veggie, that can either have purple flecks or be white) slushee with tapioca balls, it was awesome! My friend tried the mango shaved ice, wish was really great and the condensed milk on the top made it even better! Will be back very soon!

One of my friends invited us to this new ice-cream shop. Me and my husband ordered 3 different kinds of products - Cookie cream ICE CREAM ROLLS, the green tea ice cream (dont even know its name), and the bubble tea in oolong flavor. Omg all my friends know that Im not really a desert person, somehow I just LOVE this place!!! The founder of this ice cream shop was super nice and we had some conversations about this idea. By far, its the only place for you have ICE-CREAM ROLL in MIAMI!! Bring your friends here and you wont regret it!!

Ice cream and bubble tea are always great.I usually get the taro bubble tea with lychee pop.Ice cream rolls are made with milk or cream, and sugars plus the ingredients of the flavor you select:We get the cookie tornado and violet dream most of the time.Customer service:The staff is nice for the most part, there is only one person that acts like he doesnt have the time for you to think or ask while youre ordering.One time one of the guys had his hair all over the place, I thought a hair was going to get in my ice cream as he was making it. I didnt find hair in my ice cream, but they should be careful with that.

If you want some good boba tea, this is the place to go. When we first entered the vicinity, the first thing I realized was how clean it was. The staff was friendly and work fast. I ordered the passion fruit boba slushy, while my boyfriend ordered the honeydew boba slushy. I preferred the passion fruit for its tangy taste, where as the honey dew can be quite sweet. Not to worry though. If you are not a fan of sugar, you can let the staff know the percentage of sweetness that you would like.

I been here 3 times for Taiwan Ice. First two times they said machine was down so I bought my group the rolled icecream. Came now for a 3rd time with family and I could not order Taiwan Ice because machine was down.I asked them again and they clarified saying well machine works but we clean it 30 minutes before we close because they need to run water through it. Mind you we understood because we arrived 20 minutes before closing.Maybe I am wrong but if your signature item is a product and that product is not available 30 minutes before closing then advertise it.Next, maybe I am wrong after 25 years in hospitality but that is bad management and bad staff. This is an example of workers that want to leave early and start the cleaning and closing process early to get out. Everything on that menu should be available up to 10 minutes before closing at minimum.Place is run by students.

Great boba

Thanks to Google maps I found this near me. Delicious ice cream!! I chose Oreo! It is reasonably priced and I noticed it stayed cold and frozen the whole drive home. I will definitely be going back soon.

I love the whole technique of making the ice cream but my only thing was my Pina colada did not have much taste. However the chocolate chip flavor was good. I think for $6.50 adding a bit more of the ingrdient would improve the flavor. Must add, the toppings are great as well. I will definitely go back to try the tea.

At that time when social distancing is in effect and guides of mitigation are in place I do expect ALL employees to were mask and gloves especially the ones making out drinks and foodAlso we saw people coming and ordering inside with no masks and gloves totally careless about public health but non of the store staff asked them to wear one at least a mask which will make me and my friend not to shop in there for the time beingSpoke to the staff and been told they are don’t really care. Disappointing

My go to place for shaved ice cream, very good selection of flavors and toppings, Boba tea and other sweet treats can also be found on the menu. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Biggest downside is theres not many places to sit, but service is fast

Whenever I go to Florida I always come here to get ice cream or bubble tea with my friends and family. Their drinks and ice cream are very good and the fact that they have their own type of cup that looks like a light bulb for their bubble tea is very cool too. Would recommend coming here for some sweet food.

This place needs to get their things together. They never have Boba ready. Always telling us we need to wait 40 minutes because they ran out. In one week Ive gone 3 times and at different times yet they always tell me sorry we dont have any you have to wait. Why have this on the menu if your always out of it? Terrible im done. Have a proper schedule for the next load of boba!

This is the 4th time in a row Ive been here and was told they didnt have boba. Why advertise that you sell boba tea when you NEVER have boba!? I would understand it if I came an hour or 30 mins before closing but the 4 times Ive been here were all before 5pm... its unacceptable.*To owner response* then if it is a best seller, dont you think you should be more on top of making it and making lots of it so this isnt an issue?

Very unique ice cream style and offerings. I had the dark night, Hershey chocolate with nutella and you get to add 3 toppings. I enjoyed it, the place is small. Not much room for seating and no outdoor seating so that sucks but besides that its a different ice cream style and fresh options.

I had the grapefruit tea which was so good. I found a new spot close to home. Everyone was polite. Friendliest environment.

So nice to see something like this in North Miami! The quality of the ice cream rolls were great and I love the simple but fun topping bar. Some people are complaining about having to wait awhile but I believe it is just part of the experience (and people are just impatient). You can see the staff prepare it :) Friendly staff too!

Taiwan Ice is the most brilliant, cutest little ice cream shop! I love the rolled, sushi-like ice cream (watching the person make it is almost as good as eating it!) Delicious, brain freeze-worthy amazingness in a cup! And I almost died over the adorable, crunchy panda cookies. The new trend in ice cream!

The staff was very nice!!! The guy iwho attended us was very knowledgeable and welcoming. We try the black bubble tea with rice pudding and the Oreo ice cream for my daughter. The black bubble tea was very bad we end up throwing it away. The Oreo ice cream was mediocre nothing special about it. The bathroom smelled really bad, we had to go somewhere else to use it.

Used to love this place, I recently found out that they don’t use tea in the milk tea, it’s just powder and water.Original:Love this place! Great milk tea, and chewy boba. Good customer service. But they dont have a lot flavors. I wish they had appetizers.

My first experience and probably last there. The employees looked sleepy, lifeless and sad so, thats how my first time having their bubble tea tasted. Maybe they have some icecream or stay home.

Been here twice, I can understand the long wait. They do put effort into every ice cream cup they make but they have skipped me the two times I have been here.If you come here, keep an eye on your number and your place in line.
