We mixed vanilla with Nutella and added almonds and chocolate chips... OMG We will definitely come back for happy hour! The experience was fabulous compared to other ice cream stores Ive been to and I am ice cream connoisseur. The store was clean and well lit for nice picture taking.

Even when its slammed the traffic goes by fast and the ice cream is SILKY SMOOTH. I love ice cream and this is a go to spot for me. I feel like Im getting my moneys worth considering most ice cream places charge you the cost of a pint of ice cream for a scoop or two lol. You can choose all your mix INS and they get blended I to the ice cream creating a unique blend thats somewhere between an ice cream and fruit at the bottom yogurt sometimes. I love it.

I got the Nutella ice cream with a couple mix ins and it was really good. First time trying nitrogen ice cream, not sure if there is a big difference but this place was definitely good.

Love the ice cream. They had some issues with their liquid nitrogen last.time. So it took a while. But the product is really good.

The ice cream was meh I’ve had better nitrogen ice cream, but for me customer service is what really makes me come back or not. They were really rude to me and my sister and the girls acted as if they were better than us. Not to be shady but they messed up my ice cream and on top of it kept whispering about us. Not a pleasant experience won’t be returning.

I absolutely love chill-n and will forever be a fan! However, this past time I got it, there was a large piece of plastic in my ice cream. The piece of plastic was about the size of a quarter that looks like it fell off of the machine. I was very surprised by this and disappointed

We came to buy ice cream and one of the employees was really disrespectful. She kept on telling us to step on the blue dot when we were already standing there but giving us an attitude. Then she got mad when we asked about ice cream sizes. And finally very poor treatment while giving us the end product.

Make sure you don’t go when 6 teenagers with terrible attitudes are behind the counter. They’ll do the bare minimum for you, with no manners or a smile anywhere to be found. It was horrible how they were acting, must’ve all been the time of the month or they all hate their lives and job and each other. Prob spent $1k at this place and one terrible experience to finally realize that the price is way overpriced and not worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about the ice cream at Chill-N Nitrogen. It is delicious. It is a small venue located in a busy and somewhat gritty strip mall, but there is plenty of parking, lots of other easily accessible businesses, and safe and good for the entire family. Located on Biscayne Boulevard. A must-go location whether leaving the mall or returning from the beach. Highly recommended. Take some friends.

I highly recommend trying this ice cream. It is made with nitrogen which makes the ice cream so creamy and delicious. You can also choose topping and mix ins into your ice cream. It is a great place to go with family or just when you’re craving something sweet and unique!

Ice cream in a different way!

This place was great! I’ve been craving some froyo for the past couple of days but I leave work late and by that time nothing is open. Thankfully this place was! I hope the staff here knows how appreciated they are! Such yummy ice cream ❤️

The food was good, however the service was bad.

Prices are kind of high but it is Aventura, couldnt really taste the difference between their ice cream and other ice cream shops.

Very, very good ice cream! Definitely recommended! I recommend joining their rewards program- it isnt too difficult to get a free ice cream! The ice cream here is a little bit expensive, but it honestly has its own unique taste to it. It tastes fresh to me! Great ice cream!!

Amazing ice cream and the employees have a lot of fun in there dancing and creating a great vibe. Been 4-5 times in the last week or so including one time with Uber eats and each time it was consistent and very enjoyable.

Super friendly staff, who Wye very helpful in choosing a selection and helping to Debbie on coconut for base. I wish you had almond milk for base to choose from or non coconut flavored base as it doesnt taste well with PB or other flavors. Excellent ice cream. Having been a few times, the ice cream taste and creaminess is consistent. Be careful which flavor as some are more ‘flavored’ with syrups. Get vanilla and add berries instead of getting the strawberry for example. Cookie dough, Vanilla, Nutella, chocolate, all fantastic. Best ice cream spot in the area

The choices are absolutely endless. Its also really fun to watch them make it. Very cool site to see. The sorbet flavor is fantastic. The fact that you get ice cream made from scratch, makes me want to come here everyday. This place is a must.

Ice cream was not shaped as it regularly was during previous times, I had a small portion, they put nitrogen on the melted-looking ice cream before serving me, appears melting in-store, and two mins after being outside in October, it melted into a puddle!!!... except the fruit pieces, of course. Here I posted photos of what I got BEFORE eating it.

The concept they have here it is pretty unique, you can actually enjoy watching them make your ice cream. You get to choose flavor and toppings and then they mix it up with nitrogen for you. The flavor, at least for my experience was super sweet but very good.

I honestly didnt know that there was such variation between different nitrogen ice cream chains. We usually frequent Frostbite, but wanted to give Chill-N Nitrogen a try. The texture of all the ordered ice cream was liquid-y. There wasnt that smooth texture that weve grown used to. I would recommend searching somewhere else for ice cream.

I absolutely love this little place in Aventura. You can customize your ice cream however you want.I prefer the Dulce de Leche Ice cream with caramel!!!

Always a healthy chemical experience. Icecream to a nivel level. Texture outstanding. You can request any base such coconut milk, almond, yogurt or regular milk, your flavors of choice and toppings if you dont care about calories. Super friendly fast service. Live walking into a ice cream parlor and being greeted with a smile. The concept they follow for their ice cream is so cool (pun intended). It reminds me of something similar to when Walter White was cooking for Gus.

My friend and I went on Friday 4/12/19 in Aventura, to check this place out because it is highly praised and on social media. The customer service of all the employees was horrible. The employees had attitudes and did not want to make our ice cream. We had questions about add-ins because we wanted to add more before they started to make our ice cream but we were ignored. When we stated we tried to get someone’s attention, one employee said she didn’t hear us. This was our first time going and our experience was ruined, we couldn’t even enjoy our ice cream being made because we were being treated so horribly. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was very unacceptable and my friend and I were very disappointed.

My so got some icecream here and we shared it. I must say it was very good. Very creamy and full flavored.

It was my first time their and went try it out yes the ice cream was good but in reality for the price rate the same as gallon of ice cream at the market which wouldve have come out better after the rudeness we were treated. My oldest son that is 18 goes and as politely for napkins because in our table ran our and we need for my 1yr old that eating ice cream but spilling some and my son was told by an employee to go get from the tables outside which were filled as if he was going to go over the people tonget it just because they didnt want to assist and then to top it off we sitting eating our ice cream and an employee comes to our table and tells us in these exact words we are closing so I have to kick you out everywhere Ive gone they lock the door and wait to you finish eating never in my life weve been humiliated and kick out of a place again we wouldve have been better off and saved money buying ice at super market and eating it at home then having to have gone to that experience specially on our first time there so guarantee its our last time there
