The store was nice and clean. The freezers were full of a variety of products. The people working there were very courteous and professional. I received a perfectly made milkshake float. 👍Very good! I would recommend this place.

Classic soft-serve ice cream joint, includes a bunch of tubs filled with around 20 flavors (maybe more) of hard ice cream, sherbets. Sauces are the usual, my favorite is hot fudge. Bins for serving scoops of candies, sprinkles etc. abound. Service is prompt and courteous. Be careful of crowding--the place is tiny.

The original and always classic soft serve. Small and family owned location, great service. Miami has very few options for soft serve and Carvel is always consistently good. Dont sleep on the birthday cakes or flying saucers either

As I am placing my order for my ice cream a roach crawls out on the counter into the nuts. I informed the employee that a roach was crawling into the nuts she took her hand in tried to kill the roach smashing it into the nut container the roach crawled in then continued asking me did I still want the ice cream after I told her I was no longer interested! Dirty experience! Would NOT recommend.

Love sundae Wednesday all day

Totally disappointed on the service I received today. The employees were going at a super slow pace not efficient at all. It took about 30 mins for them to take care of just 3 customers. By the time I exited the store there was 2 people inside getting taken care of and about 8 waiting outside. This has not happen before even during these times of covid.

This Carvel ice cream store, used to be located on West Dixie Highway, and a hundred and 29th Street. And they move down to the new location. 167th Street. This is a very old historic, ice cream shop. Ice cream is always fresh. Management is okay. Customer service is good. Restaurants available. Just a movie parking in the front, its available. Prices are reasonable. Considering the quality of the high school is superior. Good place to take the kids, for an after-dinner treat. If you enjoyed this review, give me a thumbs up. Do NOT order a cake here from postmates or Uber eats etc. Lady called me to tell me she only sells $60 cake (I didn’t even know carvel sells $60 cake OR a slice of cake.) I was charged $18.99 to cancel for a cake I didn’t even get. They put a menu up that they don’t even have. The manager wasn’t even there to help.

Always friendly. Carvel ice cream tastes so rich and creamy. The family that runs it are very nice and they serve the appropriate portions. The ice cream is Kosher and Im so glad the Orthodox community supports this business.

Poor Customer Service Will not provide you with the FLAVOR requested nor The quality of Ice Cream you see display instead will give you a GENERIC brand Ice cream from the BACK which you do not see what brand is it a NOT what you pay For it. A lesser quality.Which does not have the flavor youve paid for upon request.Find another Carvel that takes better care of their Customers.

I have been eating carvel since I was born. Yesterday I went to get some ice cream and there was roaches crawling inside the freezer. I was very dissapointed with seeing that. Never eating that again.
