Used to be really good, loved the ice cream and the employees, went there with my gf at least once or twice a week…Apparently ownership has changed and they don’t even know what a scoop of ice cream is, ordered a cone and got half of a half of a scoop.Shame when new ownership destroys a good business.

The gelatos are good however I ordered a gelato in a cone and they didn’t served a full spoon, just felt robed and unfortunately they lost a loyal costumer.

I recently discovered gelato to go and it has been a pleasure. Not only is the quality of the desserts amazing but Marcela is just wonderful. I have been there for pick up several times now and have purchased different sweets each time. Again, each time has been a great experience.

My first experience tonight was wonderful the store is super clean and organized. I order to go two gelatos and it was hard not to pick one of each in the menu (for those who like sweets!). Service was great Friday night, she let me taste couple of flavors and coconut and cookies and cream were my favorite. The cheesecake was also very creamy and delicious

I love this place! Their vegan hazlenut and vegan chocolate gelato is heavenly! They have a variety of desserts and I believe they serve coffee. Very friendly and fun, clean atmosphere.

I let the 4.8 stars trick me and it was a extremely disappointing experience. Gelato in that place is particularly extremely sweet to the point that overpower the flavor of the gelato itself. The brownie was hard and tasteless. It seems old and presentation was really poor. I also ordered an affogato and even that was not good, probably due the quality of the gelato. Better go to the frozen yogurt place in Aventura.

Mochi Ice Cream!! One of the best mochi places Ive been to besides Bubbies Ice Cream in Hawaii (I recommend going there if you ever visit Hawaii, the island of Oahu).

My mom brought me to this ice-cream store with a crave, and no wonder. The ice-cream is full-body, home-made, delicious. I ate a scoop of chocolate and one of coconut and my mom had pistachio. All three flavors were exquisite. Probably the best ice-cream I’ve had in Miami. The store is spotless and the service was sweet. There is also a couple of tiny tables for the little ones.

Best Hazelnut VEGAN Ice cream. OMG!! I never thought I would taste a real gelato again after becoming a vegan, until now. Hands down!! I also had the chocolate vegan gelato which was very good as well but the hazelnut.... oh my!♥

A new and wonderful place, highly recommended. Gelato is delicious, much better than usual ice-cream, and the variety of different flavors (all natural) was great. Really friendly staff, pleasant modern interior (with a special area for kids). We will definitely go there again (and again:-) )

Their Ice cream is extremely expensive. South Beach prices in an ugly, ordinary strip mall in North Miami Beach. Nothing special franchised chain with lots of wasted space. Much better than Cold Stone Creamery but don’t waste your money. It’s really not worth the fat and calories and sooooooo expensive

BEST GELATO I’ve had in Miami so far. The pistachio and dark chocolate together is incredible.

We stopped in tonight because our kids were looking for ice cream and we are glad we did. The staff is extremely friendly and offered us samples of any flavor we were interested in. The prices were reasonable for high end ice cream. Most importantly, however, the flavors of everything we had were spectacular. The Sabayon in particular was something special that you cant get anywhere else. If youre in the area Id recommend stopping in and giving it a try. They also had other desserts like brownies and cannolis along with espresso so there is more than just gelato.

Best Gelato!

Hands down to my favorite gelato store in the area! Cant even put in words those gelatos... They made it at the store and they always have new and different flavors... Crazy Nuts, Coco Pazzo... But gotta say that Brigadeiro is my favorite of all times. And the cappuccino in a Nutella cup? Its simply heaven! Customer service on point, you feel always welcome there, they even know my favorites! And they have this cute little spot for kids to play (they call it kids area), I love that! Its definitely a must-go when youre looking for a sweet treat or something like that.

The gelato here tastes good, but unfortunately the service isnt as great. I went with my husband on 08/20/19 at around 8:30 pm and we each ordered gelato. After paying for the gelato, my husband was trying to accommodate the change he was given into his wallet and his gelato fell on the floor. As soon as this happened the lady working picked up the gelato and I helped clean up the mess. As I threw away the napkin in the trash and apologized she looked at us and asked, Another one? So my husband replied yes. She then charged him for a whole new gelato. I have never written a review before, but this heavily upset me. When we first got there she asked if we wanted to try anything and we replied, No thank you, weve been here. I understand it was our mistake it fell on the floor, but charging us for this doesnt show good customer service. Especially after letting her know were customers that go there regularly.

We visited while on vacation- the. gelato was delicious and the staff were very sweet and helpful. I loved the coffee gelato! ❤️😋 It is a bit out of our price range, but it is all made there in the gelateria with better quality ingredients than you would find in the grocery store. We made the exception since I missed having some good gelato and for the kids. 😉 I look forward to visiting again on our next visit to Miami.
