I was in a car accident and they took my car in that same day. Based on the order of the parts and working with the insurance they werr professional and quick to get things going. They keep me updated through the whole process via text messages and phone calls. They made the process of being in a car accident and the repair less stressful.
Best collision center in town as far as I’m concerned.I’ve used a few in town one of which was the dealership,and they were by for more professional from start to finish.the work was done fairly quick and I was able to monitor the stat of the work through their link.so I had an idea when my vehicle would be ready and I was able to leave my rental there to return.that’s all I had to do was pick up my vehicle,it was great I didn’t have to worry about anything.definitely my 1st choice in the future for a collision center!

My insurance choose Service kings because it was close to us, it has been the worst experience in my life with a service center, do not trust them with your car. when i went to pick up my truck after it had been at service kings for 14 days, after a theft. the air conditioning was not working i stopped at Walmart and i called service kings and they said that they would contact my insurance. when i went to leave walmart the truck would not start. a gentleman checked my battery wire and it started. i drove right back to service kings and called my insurance. my insurance said to get back in the rental and they would deal with service kings. Skylor from service kings was extremely rude like it was my fault the truck was not completed right, and refused to give me back my rental and said that yes the posts on my battery were stripped from them removing the battery on and off every day for the last 14 days. so they let me drive away in an unsafe condition and just didnt care. i contacted my insurance and they are towing my truck to a different garage to have it refixed. Service kings does not care about your safety, do not take your vehicle to them.
The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude it was as though she didnt want my vehicle brought to Service King she kept hounding me about the claims department and repeated over and over about the car being there and the storage fees I asked for a written estimate instead they gave me a verbal estimate I said that I could pay for my own damages without insurance apparently she felt I didnt have that type of money she told me my car was totaled but couldnt and no way explain I have always thought that Service King gave exceptional service but this employee prove that to be untrue
Service king was amazing they walked us through everything. Kept us updated through what they was doing to our vehicle. Also got our vehicle done 2 days earlier than the original date they gave us. Definitely would recommend service king to everyone I know. I will be going to them for all my service needs for my vehicle. Thank you very much to all the workers at service king.

Here is some context. I was rear ended in the highway I had come to a stop and was hit at approximately 40-50 mph. Before the accident I had the car for less than a year I had no issues. I bought it from a used car dealership. When I got hit the engine check light, brake, and low tire lights turned on. When the Allstate estimator checked my car this was brought to their attention and also to the attention of the person that did the walk through of my car from Service King. I was only given the option to take my car to Service King and I choose this location since it’s the closes to my home. They did a good job making my car look nice again, but they didn’t do any good mechanical work. After having my car for 2 days all 3 lights turned back on. I checked my tires they were all over on the psi, the breaks were fine as I had recently changed them before the accident, I connect an OBD 2 and it read a small EVAP leak. I brought this to the attention of Allstate and also the receptionist at Service King. I was told to wait for the Managers phone call, which I never got. I ended up calling them, the receptionist was very nice, asked me questions to bring up my account she then transferred my call to the Manager Matthew, who yelled on the phone “ Stop Fu##** harassing my employee” I was shocked so stayed quite, and he disconnected the call immediately. I don’t know if he confused me with someone else or what the deal was but it was very unprofessional. About 2 minutes later the receptionist called me back to apologize, she wasn’t the rude one why did she have to apologize. To make the long story short after going back forth Service King told Allstate that a small EVAP leak could not be possible where I got hit in the pictures I took before the repair you can see the charcoal canister knocked out of place. The tire and brake sensors still turn on and issues haven’t been fixed at this point I don’t care about the sensors but I’ll just take it elsewhere to fix the EVAP leak, so I can pass my smog check. I don’t recommend this place at all, they were fast and the body work was good but what good is a good-looking car if the inside is damaged. Also, the Manager needs some ethics training.
Best collision repair ever! Communication is outstanding and they treated my car as if it were their own. Jeri and Skylar were so nice and informative. If you need to repair the collision on your car, go no further!
They were polite. They kept us updated on all the move and details of the work. They had it done early. I won’t go anywhere else. This is the second time we have used them. They fixed our truck too when it was broke into and damaged.
Service king in North Las Vegas were very friendly, nice, helpful and welcoming. They kept in contact in regards to my car. Gave me up dates daily in regards to the progress of my car. I think service king crew in shop and office people are amazingly Awesome. What I really liked was the receptionist accommodated my payment. Which was so cool of her.I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them to any and all who needs auto body repair. Great experience all the way through. They gave me an estimated date of completion as well as daily updates on progress. They even beat the estimated time by a day. I had an issue with screws that came loose. Called them and they said bring it in..was there 5 minutes and done. Finished product looks great!

We requested Service King because we had a previous experience that WAS excellent! This time was NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! They rushed our repairs, missing a “clip”, causing the bumper to be off center. During the week wait for that part to come in, we noticed a light was out, on the other side of the bumper (which was not damaged by the accident at all). So, they had to fix the clip and the light. A week later, the light goes out again. They said we needed to come in for inspection (is this not done before I get my car back?!) Now working with Matthew, the manager, he says there’s a part that needs to be ordered and they need to contact my insurance for payment. When I asked why my insurance would have to pay for something that was not caused by the accident, that it was not included in the original estimate, AND was on the opposite side of my car; he pretty much argued with me saying these new cars are all plastic and anything could have happened. So of course we had to wait for them to contact my ins. 2 weeks went by, we got not call. When we called, Marco (our original service advisor) told us our ins. denied the payment and that Matthew was getting a decision if they were going to pay for it. (so much for guaranteeing their work!) We waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. We had to call them yet again. Then leave the car with them again for this repair. The accident happened in August and we JUST got that light fixed today! Just to find the rubber around the light is not placed correctly and my light has some kind of adhesive stuck to it! They’ve had our car 3 separate times. I will NEVER GO BACK even if their work falls to pieces.

The final product was a like new looking vehicle. A very professional outfit that worked with us, the insurance companies and also the nearby car rental to get us back on the road. Very honest people went for my husbands car looked worse then it was. The guy just popped it back in and send me on my way. He could have lied and charged us a bunch of money.
Work was done quickly. Their app kept me updated on the progress. Had a problem with the color match...they immediately took my car back into the paint shop and fixed it. Service is their first name for a reason.

I recently had a vehicle repaired here following a car accident and it was a great experience overall. I was updated constantly on the progress. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They finished my car earlier than expected so I can get back to my life and did an awesome job. They went over and beyond in cleaning my car too! Hopefully nothing happens to my car again but if it does I would bring my business here again.

First time being in a accident but was very easy and fast going through Service King. I dealt with Marco very good customer service.They returned my car washed and vacuumed. I didnt expect that. Would recommend.
Possibly crooked. Went for my own estimate, guy didnt want to do one, blaming the ins co for not wanting to take it, then said they would take my parts off to do the estimate. I have never heard of that before. Any body shop that cannot do an estimate without removing parts is a bad shop. Im guessing they are trying to force someone to use their shop that way, or will at least charge to put the parts back on. I smell a rat.
Lived in Wa. State my whole life. Moved to Vegas a year, & 1/2 ago. Ive learned Vegas people are in no way as friendly, & nice as Washington state people are.. except Matt, & Mary Lou, here at Service King in North Las Vegas. Two of the best people in all of Vegas. Super honest, hard working, & they fixed my car like new. She is 14yrs old but new 13yrs ago. She was in very rough shape inside, & out. Now she looks beautiful, & is running like a champ again. Worked with Rachel to get an estimate. She was absolutely amazing. We were in and out in twenty minutes. We had another company do an estimate about a year back and they took like 2 weeks just to tell us the amount of damage. Service King was amazing, and Rachel had great service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an estimate.
I brought my vehicle here because it has a partnership with my insurance company. It is a difficult business with many demands. It’s even harder to find dedicated employees that care. There were a few problems throughout the process . However, they were identified and corrected to my satisfaction. In the end, the repair looked great! They are very friendly and professional. They also stepped up and paid for the additional charges when my rental car went over the limit without a big hassle . Thanks for that. I wish everyone the best with good luck to boot.

Met with the technician and he explained everything that would be done and additional items that would need to be looked at. Parts were running behind but still got my truck to me earlier than projected. Technician called me daily with updates and text messages on status and changes. Great service and have already recommened to others.
These guys are great (big props to Daniel) my car was broken into (driver side window smashed) with some collateral damage to my paint and interior paneling. They repaired my car and returned it to me within 4 days and it looks better than before. Thanks guys!

My car was a total loss so I cannot comment on their auto body repair. However when I went to retrieve the rest of my belongings out of my car I noticed that everything was stolen. I reported it to the management and they kept saying theyd get back to me but never did. He said he would speak to Eric the person responsible for my car but still I have never heard anything about my missing belongings from my car. They even stole my cross necklace hanging from my mirror pretty sad.
Removed my old review as I sorta jumped the gun on the blame. My insurance company was a major pain to work with and the guys at service king did the best they could in that regard. But my old review still holds true in the fact that if you have any aftermarket lights(hid) dont come here as they wont be able to fix. I had four hid lights that worked prior to bringing my truck in and when I got it back one headlight doesnt turn on at all,one they made back to stock configuration, and both fog lights are back to stock. Now I have to go spend more money to have them wired for hids again elsewhere. I was under the impression that whatever my truck came in with its atleast it would leave with . That was not the case . But they did warn me ahead of getting my truck back that they didnt know how. So just a heads up. Also there was white stuff sprayed all over my windshield wipers that was never cleaned off so know extremely difficult to remove since its sat in the sun so long. Some type of compound from when they fixed my hood. All in all. Your vehicle will eventually be repaired but it could be done cleaner and with more communication. They do send you text updates but I feel those arent very accurate. If you have a completely stock vehicle and your insurance is gonna pay the very high prices. This isnt bad.

My estimate guy discovered a lie that an ALLSTATE employee had made on the form. His service was awesome. My car was even done 2 days earlier than expected.
Totally unprofessional, I made an appointment with Chris for Monday. I get there and they tell me hes called in sick which is understandable. They guys I talked to said theyd order the part for my truck and call me. A week later my insurance calls me and says they talked to Chris and he tells them I never came in. Huh? So I call the shop, speak to someone who says thy havent ordered the part yet because they forgot to order the part. No one called me, nobody followed up just lazy business practices.
I received service from the GM and he guaranteed top of the line service for my BMW. Including, work that was separate from the original accident.When you visit Service King ask for Matt, he gets the job done RIGHT.

Be careful folks. They throttle reviews here as some appear and some dont. When I log in without my Google account, my review doesnt appear. Caveat Emptor! You can’t find a worse location to deal with. The Manager “Matt” calls you IMMEDIATELY after you give him/his location a bad survey to reprimand you and tries to make you feel bad! Ha! He called the wrong guy. What should be simple follow up – with answering emails, following up on parts orders, scheduling, and making phone calls that result in contacting someone and making some level of forward progression - is just so overwhelmingly complex to these folks.I hear ServiceKings are generally pretty good (location off of Russell/15, location off Tenaya/Azure come to mind…) but this locations leadership is beyond bad. We actually ended up contacting the regional manager in Texas who was concerned, followed up, and ultimately got the job done for us. Since we gave a bad survey, we were dead to Matt & MaryLou (our alleged rep.) ServiceKing-Craig’s game was to never reply, never call us, and do the minimalist amount of work to piss us off. Well that may have just backfired. With such good people looking for work, it’s shameful that callous, inept people run and work at this location. They need to clean house at this branch, put in a manager who knows how to manager, and give this crew some much needed customer service training. And ServiceKing Craig - if you don’t like surveys tied to your comp you have two choices; 1) Go find another job, 2) Do it right the first time so you get a great survey results! But whatever you do, don’t call a paying customer like some chump, thinking they’re going to feel bad because you cant do your job and youre lazy. Next letter is going to corporate offices! Looks like the jokes on you, Matt. 5 stars because the regional manager fixed the problem, and ServiceKing asking Google to delete a 5 star review would be weird.

Hi my name is Yalonda clark service king has been my worst night mare. my car was towed there own aug 12 for service been there nevery since, the damage to my 2009 challenger was both tires on the passenger side.which was not taken care of instead they changed out my front bumper did painting put new tires and rims,never once was i contacted to give me the opportunity to chose them for repair or to take my vehicle to another company for repair all they did is charge my insurance company 8,000 plus dollars for work that hadn;t been done I was told my car would be ready on 24 of aug still there and on aug 25 that is when they finally found out thatthe damage was to the rear abs and axle they should have known was the damage.. all had happen was that i hit a curb to avoid hitting a guy on a moped, they took of my lower bumber which i had purchase for my car i ask can you return it they claim they dont know wear it at i have my reciept showing when i puschase it. frustrated and disapointed in service king

Took 4 months for them to fix the little things at the end they ended up scratching my trunk. They removed my dash never put it back correctly. Was the worst experience ever.
