Had no prior bad experience with them but just recently took my car there and they were trying to put and engine in within a days time. And were acting fraudulent when it came time to pay. Everyone is going to take their own chances but be mindful of just giving your money away to people who are just going to patch things up just to scam you out of your money. Always get a second opinion. Not to mention now I have more problems with my car wrong lol. I took a chance but im going to let go and let God!

The staff here were amazing and friendly, and helped me figure out what I needed to do. I will definitely come back here for any general/body work that I may need in the future. The office is a couple buildings behind the street, but look for the signs and its there.

I cant even begin to explain the bull these people put me through. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I finally was able to take my car to this shop this person I bought my car off of suggested after I had saved enough money, and at first they told me that there were little problems, and it was a much lower price than I had hoped, so I was happy (I had to call them to get updates because they almost never called me). Then about an hour later, they called back and said there was a much bigger issue, and the price was a good 1k+ more than I had hoped. So I agreed because it needed to be fixed, and they took almost 2 weeks to fix my car, they never called, so I was always the one calling, they would give me estimates, and I drove all the way out there twice because they said it would be ready, and right before I get there they tell me that its not ready. I finally got my car back, and before I drove away, it was still doing what it did before, but I left anyways. Then, my check engine light came back on when they said they had fixed the problems that were causing it because I repeatedly asked if they fixed those issues and they said yes. So I ended up taking my car back the next day because my car kept starting then dying right after, and the check engine light. They said they needed more parts, and itd take another day or two. They lent me a loner car for those days which was nice, and then I went back and got my car, and the next day it started making a terrible sound. So I took it back AGAIN, and they said that one of the vacuum tubes had a huge gash in it and the mechanic must have put it on where he didnt see it. They fixed it, then about 10 minutes later, my check engine light comes back on. I came back the next day yet again, and they told me I needed more parts to fix the problems, when they TOLD me they had FIXED what was CAUSING the light, and not just clearing the light because itll just keep coming back if the problem isnt fixed!! They tried to charge me another $180 when I had already paid them $1,880 for a heads rebuild, oil change, 2 fuel injectors, and new spark plug wires. I then stopped with them altogether because they were just giving me the run-around trying to get as much money and time out of me as possible. I also realized after, that they didnt even put new spark plug wires on my car, but they charged me for them!! The only good thing I can say is they do really good body work, they painted the bumpers on my car before I had bought it and I couldnt tell the difference. Mechanical work and customer service however, is absolute garbage. I do NOT recommend bringing your car here to get fixed. I learned my lesson, dont waste your time or money here!!

I have always had a great expereince here. When I had cars that werent great and broke down I price shopped and hectors price was always fair and usually the best. And they remembered me when I came back after moving out of state. Always fantastic service.

This is the most affordable place with quality service. The mechanic has certificates and it really shows after I brought my 2007 BMW 381 si, which had been to 3 other shops and even the dealership and Hectors is the only place that fixed it and didnt cost an arm and a leg.HECTORS REPAIR IS THE BEST!!!! THANKS !!!!

We were vacationing, the AC on my vehicle quit 20 miles out of town, I called the shop and they told me to bring it by. They got on it right away and got us going on a couple of hours. The service was great and price really affordable, and all this happend on a Friday when most shop will tell you It should be done by Monday

These people ripped me off! Dont go here.They told me I needed rear brake pads and I believed them. They were so stupid to give me my old pads, and I took them to my mechanic and he said I was ripped off.Avoid this place!
