We bought a new 12V battery for our Sonata Hybrid from Fernando’s. Our many questions and concerns were addressed professionally. Our self install project was graciously taken over and completed by Fernando with no charge although we did leave a decent tip for the excellent customer service from both he and his wife!

Fernando knows how to run his business. Always beats other prices, has a great selection of refurbished batteries, remembers my name when I call which is a great touch. I needed a delivery for specific time and he makes it happen. Thats what I call great customer service! I would give more stars if I could!

WARNING HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I could give them no stars that we be a gift. They replaced my car battery that works but is not the correct model for the car. The mechanic at a automobile shop said the battery is to small not the proper one. This place accused my father of making it up instead of fixing their error!!. My father went in person to tell them and they treated him horribly and yelled and cursed at him. Trust it would’ve been different if I would’ve been there. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS PROPERLY!!!!AND IF THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE NEW BATTERIES THAT IS A LIE!! NOT NEW AT ALL!!!!THEY ARE RATS!!!

Amazingly helpful and they dont try to rob you. He went out of his way to do more than just fix our battery. While a lot of other places try to make you pay more and more, they wanted to help us save money. Love this place!

Strange comment saying that this business denied the warranty to a customer regarding their battery. i have bought many batteries from this business for more than 4 years for my car and have recommended my family to come to this business and the owner always has great customer service, but once a battery did have to be replaced but the warranty policy that they have did not make it difficult to replace the battery, as long as you are within the limits of the time you are able to replace it, overall great business and will continue to recommend.
