I was in today 6.11.21. No one had greeted me when I walked in for about 7 min. I was lingering in the front there were 4 visible people working. I do understand one might be busy however, even while on the phone you can acknowledge someone’s presence. Moving forward a very sweet young man I can’t remember his name. He came around the corner swiftly and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes and he proceeded to help me get a new battery for my truck. His customer service was amazing and didn’t treat me like the average mechanic talking to a female. Very respectful and efficient in his duties. Got me in and out pretty quickly. Overall great experience with this employee minus the 4 I had seen upon entry! Thank you!

I went to AutoZone for windshield wipers and met a gentleman name Craig who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he was nice enough to put them on for me. Thank you Craig for your professionalism! 😄

One of the worst stores I have ever been to. Bought a battery from them which was defective as I have had to jump it twice within two months. I call the store and one individual says as long as it is under warranty (which it is), I can bring it back and replace it no questions asked. I go to the store to replace my battery, but their sorry excuse for a manager comes out and rudely explains that they cant swap the battery because they would lose money and insisted that there is something wrong with my car. I had literally just driven from a local mechanic straight to the autozone. My mechanic tested my car for several hours and found zero flaws in my vehicle and pinpointed the problem to the battery autozone sold me. Kindly enough, my mechanic just GAVE me a free battery to use and I have had ZERO problems since. Autozone sold me a bad battery and their trash manager refused to exchange it. He was not even dressed in uniform and has no ability to offer high quality customer service. I would never step foot in another autozone. The staff I dealt with was absolutely embarrassing. Not worth your time or money. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I accidentally gave them the wrong engine size and got the wrong part when I came back to return it there was no hassle.

Helped me in a pinch. I needed a heater core hose I couldnt find elsewhere and they had one. Thats the most important thing for a parts store in my opinion. Knocking one star off because they play music in the store so loud its hard to communicate with the sales people about what you need especially with covid safety stuff.

Autozone is a great parts store. The parts work great so long as you ensure they are installed correctly. I have never had any issues with part or tool warranties.Also one of the reasons i purchase tools here are because there are so many stores. If i need a specific tool or exchamge one under warranty there are so many stores through out the valley that they usually have it in stock and very near by.

Another sad Autozone. How does AZ keep their doors open when they run off the customer? I was disrespected by their staff. I stood in line and the staff waited on other customers. Im guessing because Im an older white guy I have to be discriminated against for the past. Get over it already. I was born in the UK and my wife is black so stop blaming white folks for the past that are not to blame.

Rented a Vacuum pump and a set of manifold gauges. Went to return in the next day and they said they didn’t have the money for me to return the tools I rented. According to contract you can return tools anytime manager in the stores very rude.

Just poor service. Felt like no one wanted to be there. Every other autozone I have gone to the people have passion and care(and are just awesome). The associate and his managers just wanted to make a sale. The warranty is 3 years and the sticker on the battery was 10/17 and if Im not mistaken its only 07/20 so if my math is right I should still have 3 months. Any how. They wouldnt warranty it. Took my business else where. And bought a new one. I felt like auto zone didnt even try to charge the battery as normally its warm after a charge but it was cold.

Cant exchange things when a manager isn’t in so they asked me to come back in 2 hours? What kind of bafoonery is being run here? All for a $30 windshield wiper? Not only that, they were less than helpful from the get go. Will not be returning for future business.

They were a friendly staff, but not the most knowledgeable. I came in looking for paint to fix a scratch on my car and was told I dont know by a staff member when I inquired where to find the right color for my car.

Horrible customer service at this location, waited in line for 15 mins before been acknowledged and then a non professional grown man told me he couldnt help me do a check engine test because he was the only one working, while his coworkers where in clear view in the back. I see anyone can get hired here!

He helped me outside with fluids he was nice

After about 4 trips which started off as an easy fuel filter change, then the fuel line broke while taking that off and trying to find the correct connector and finally getting it on, to the dang battery being dead.. Eddie helped each time and instead of referring me to the manufacturer like 2 others did on separate occasions and trying to talk over me like another one did, he listened to my issue and found the parts I needed without having to go somewhere else. If you need a part, hes the one to go to, very knowledgeable

They had a part I needed ready for me, that another store called about. Not sure if the employee was new but when I asked for additional parts he was not even close to where they were located, and he didnt offer additional parts that I would have purchased, had I known about. It was the first time tackling this project so I was unaware of additional parts I could have used, the old parts were still useable but I would have replaced as they are getting old.Everything was accomplished with no issues from parts, only my lack of knowledge.

In a nutshell, this location AutoZone is Outstanding in customer service! Issue was a AutoZone battery that was shy of a 2 year purchase thru a 2nd party auto service (not named). There was no record of the purchase in AutoZones record (not surprising since the battery was not directly purchased. After a run around I went to the AutoZone on Ann. The help I received was exemplary to say the least. They took care of everything for the other seller, and made me a loyal customer to them instantly! Thank you to the whole staff!!

Best staff and service. I had a light bulb out and they found the correct part for my vehicle. Also offered to replace it for me. I was not charged for the service to replace... just the bulb. This staff wasnt allowed to accept a tip for helping me out. If I need parts in the future, Im going to Auto Zone.

Working on your car is such an unexciting and daunting task for some. But the people at this location always make me feel comfortable working on my car. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to have the ability to translate moron talk to car talk. And find the right parts I need. This is the only place Ill go from now on.

Every time I go there the people there are always friendly and helpful. Prices are good for auto parts. If youre in the neighborhood stop by if you need something for your vehicle.

Last night one of my headlights went out. I bought a new light and the cashier went out to install it, when he could not install it, the manager came out and tried (with a broken hand.). The manager explained what needed to be done to remove the bulb and install the new one. Customer service was A+ !

They wont take a used battery, and they arent nice about it. Their starter testing machine wasnt working. The OReilly store I the same parking lot was better on both counts.

Complete morons. I called for headlights. When they said they had them I confirmed 3 times they were the right ones. The guy said yes. Drove 30 minutes to get them. Sorry we dont have them, we can order them for tomorrow. Sure moron. I want to drive 30 minutes again to give you my money instead of 5 minutes down the road. Or better yet, I will get them from a different company altogether. This is the 3rd Autozone store today who is full of idiots who should not be allowed to work in a parts store. Its even sadder when the manager also doesnt have a clue whats going on. I will never shop Autozone again in this city where stupidity is king and customers are not important.

Autozone is great ! I always price check with Oreillys, they are next to each other.Majority of Autozone items are cheaper .Only issue is, theres either 1 or no more than 2 registers open, so youll need to stand in line .

Very bad service again and this time it wasnt from the two normal Aholes. the store manager pretty much called me a liar trying to tell me that I didnt leave my distributor core because he could not find it. He told me to go dig through the dumpster to find my old distributor.I had to get on the phone with the district manager and then only then was able to resolve my problem. its not all of them is just a certain few aholes. Ive had very good service with other employees after but after this Im done with autozone I will no longer spend any of my money or tell anybody that I know to go there for parts..
