They sold me the wrong engine. I told them it was incorrect... then they said theyd have the right one soon. Another week went by so I went back to get my money... manny refused to pay me my money unless I paid 10% fee... a 10% scan fee because they lied. Dont buy from here unless you are prepared to be scammed

They really take care of you, they treat you like family!!!! And the prices are great so freaking reasonable!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

These folks are fantastic, they gave me a quote for almost $1000 dollars for all the parts i needed for my pathfinder to fix it. i put my deposit in, and they pulled all the parts for me, even held them for a few days till i had the finances to pick them up. not only did the get every part i needed, but they also came down to half of what i was quoted at, had me in and out with my parts in 20 minutes flat and were super helpful! THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS!!!!!

Ive never physically been to their store, but dealing with Nikki over the phone and via email has been an absolute pleasure. She sent me pictures of the motor I was purchasing every step of the way and provided everything I asked for without once sounding annoyed over all of my requests. Hopefully the motor will be in the condition that was described and shown to me, but service and price have been fantastic so far.

Received wrong parts and they will not accept my return, very disappointed.I called LVTS and Spoke with Amy (10/23). I was looking for a six speed transmission for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler with a four liter. I was told they had a rebuilt transmission with 500 miles in stock and asked that they send it out to me. After paying and receiving the transmission the receipt showed it was a 3.8Litre engine, which was a motor unavailable until 2007. I called LVTS and asked if this was correct, they assured me it was.As my mechanic was inspecting it prior to installation he noted all bolts that held the transmission to the bell housing were missing, the countershaft bolt was missing, the expansion plug was missing.I again contacted Amy (10/29) and spoke with her manager and was basically told it was my problem. I am disappointed with the service I received. I clearly stated what I needed and received the wrong part. I had it shipped across the country and am now being told it is my problem.I would love to delete this negative review and have them honor the fact that they made a mistake.

I had to buy a fuel pump for my car, dealer quoted me over $300.When I called around every salvage yard had it at the $130 area, called LVTS, Jose quoted me $40, I got there, waited no longer than 20 minutes, and left with the part.Installed it - work like a charm!!Will buy from again, recommended!!!

Very rude on the phone, poor English, Not at all helpful. Ive bought a lot of parts here only because I was desperate and managed to get waited on by someone who spoke English well enough to help me with what I needed at the time. That has NOT been the case the last few times Ive dealt with them. It seems like all the local salvage yards have figured out they dont have to give good service since most of their customers are desperate to get the part they need and cant afford the time or money to go elsewhere. As for me, Ive had MUCH better luck buying used auto parts from Amazon or Ebay than I have at local salvage yards and thats exactly what I do for anything other than an emergency. The sad thing is that there isnt even a manager a person can complain to since they most likely wouldnt speak English either or, they simply wouldnt care.

If I could give the zero stars I would. This is the WORST place to buy anything from, I bought an engine for a Ford F-150 4.6l and they sent me a 5.4l. Ive been very patient for them to send me the right one, well it has been a month and half since I bought the engine and they havent even attempted to help me out. I keep calling them to get a refund but they just keep avoiding it and Jose says he cant give a refund because his manager isnt there. They also want me to pay for shipping to send the wrong engine back so they can send me the right one. Ive had it theyll be hearing from our lawyers as well as the lawyers from our customers that need their vehicle back. Stay far far far away from this shady place.

Went there last weekend, i has a 1991 Nissan SX240, needed the front and back bumper, no one in town had that car, they had 2!!The guy at the counter told me that they bringing 250-350 new cars every month.Ill defiantly going back there! its the closest one to the city and fresh inventory every month, what more could you ask?

LVTS,Pump was installed - and did not work. I attempted to contact seller twice through ebay messages, they never responded. I attempted to call seller, was put through to a George (by Mandy) who I could barely hear, I asked him several times to please speak up as I couldnt catch everything he was saying - after several tries, I was able to get that George refused to speak up because that was as loud as he was going to talk (his voice actually got lower). I called back a second time, asked to speak to a supervisor or manager Eddy sent me back to George, who I identified - asked him if he was going to speak up - dont know what he answered - as I couldnt hear him, told him to have a nice day and hung up. It was like it was nothing but a big joke, that started as soon as I said I was calling about an item I purchased from them on ebay. The PUMP does not work, there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I wanted to do was talk to these people about getting either a different working pump, or my money back. Im glad I was able to provide them with some amusement. I do not want this pump - it does not work - I want a refund!

Tried to times to get something fro them. First time they broke the part while pulling it out. In the end 1.5 hours of wasted time. The second time wasnt successful either. After 40 minutes of waiting I was told that they need a day or two to take the part out. Probably never going back. Definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I called they had it, customer service was great, I came and picked it up, it was in good shape, saved me money, installed it and is working great! This Place is a Fraud never fixed the engine I bought and had them install in car was at there shop for 2 months approx paid then 2500.00$ and now 1 year and come to find out the dealership diagnose the engine told me it had a hairline crack in head that why couldn’t find issue changed coil packs injector etc still having issues after they blamed the machine shop thei would not take full responsibility of there obligations with. Me I even gave them half the money up front still wasn’t good enough I will calling a atty to see if I have recourse . It’s all documented on the services and parts I had installed .

So I got into an accident few weeks ago with my Hyundai Elantra and had to replace my front bumper. Did not want to file a claim via my insurance company as my deductible is pretty high. I called several places to get estimates. They all were around the $100-$150. Called LVTS and they offered me a used bumper in an excellent condition for $55! I was there the next day and picked up the bumper.Friendly stuff, highly recommended.

Worst place to buy parts and it is a ripoff. Tried buying an airbag from the OfferUp app from someone who works there and was selling the airbag for $50 and when I got there it was for $200. Nothing but a joke and very rude people and wanted to compare his company to Walmart

Some guy with pit bull face acts like some mobster running a big business; being harsh with an attitude, for simply asking for interior parts had no name for. at the end there is nothing I was looking for including struts/shocks. even though there website says they have it in there inventory. Waste of time.

I bought an engine from this place one month ago and it work really good.They give me 45 day of warranty!The bad thing is that they promisse the engine for Thursday and they give me the engine on Saturday!So far so food!!

Called to check a part and the guy talks extremly fast and low. sounds like hes auctioning something off in a whisper. I kept asking him to repeat himself. When I finally told him he talks really fast (in a jokingly way) he said please hold and never came back. lol this place is a joke.

Good service they just a little slow

I just bought an engine from Manny on Thursday 2-18-16 he had me pay on the phone to hold it we picked it up the next day and when i got it home it was locked. He had me take it back so he can look at it ( this is an hour drive from where i live) he promised me another one for the next day.. Also no good he refused me a refund said he would have another for me on Moncayo now he isnt take my calls really what kind of business is this horrable just horrable!!!!!!!

Buyer beware...I went and purchased a transmission for my blazer....paid almost 400.00 I get the tranny to my repair man and its the wrong one! I take it back to get a refund...they are trying to charge me a 25% restocking fee!!! So I have to pay for their mistake? Times really are changing....

As soon as I went inside to that junk, LITERALLY I asked for a fuel door and waited for 15 minutes and they did nothing. All they did was typed on the computer typing random numbers and pressing the enter numerous times and they said they have a fuel door. They said I have to purchase it from Idaho. Waste of gas driving there, they have no HOSPITALITY!

They are very thieves, about two years ago I bought a transmission for a nissan frontier 97 v6 and it came out bad and then I took them back then the same transmission and they wanted to take it back and they did not return anything and according to what they give you a guarantee but it is a lie If you return something, they do the impossible to give you nothing, they are very thieves, be careful if you buy some part there, check all the papers and guarantee just one abyss, very careful, there are already several people who have happened the same thing, nothing more than they comment nothing...
