Excellent auto parts but a little pricey!!

They sold me the wrong belt for my car then gave me a hard time when I returned it. Took over half an hour after all the ridiculous bickering.

Got referred to Napa Auto Parts from Competition Transmission. Once I came in I was not greeted and it looked like no one was working. I went to the front to get helped. Associate looked at me with no greeting. After a couple minutes passed he finally advised me he would be right with me. I then got helped by “Store Manager” Richard or Rich. Richard then started helping me. I came in for coolant and brake fluid for two cars. Richard advised me in order for him to sell coolant I had to know the color of it. Which I didn’t know. Richard appeared to be upset that I didn’t know. While Richard was helping me, he felt it was appropriate to help the customer after me in line first while he was looking for coolant. Keep in mind their was at least three other employees that were behind the counter that could of helped the next customer. Once Richard was done with that customer behind me, and made it clear it he didn’t appreciate my business the phone started to ring. Richard then picked up the phone. He then also felt after me waiting, the person on the phone was more important then an actual customer in his store. Other employees didn’t appear to want to pick up the phone. He then spent some time on the phone. I then waited patiently and after he was done I advised him his customer service was terrible and that I would notify Competition Transmision on he how he treats their customers. I then left and Richard didn’t appear to care to loose business. Competition Transmision has been informed and are extremely upset with Richards “Store Manger” actions.Richard is the main reason why I will never do business with Napa Auto Parts again. He is unprofessional, unfriendly, and doesn’t appear to understand the word “Customer Service.” Times are tough due to this pandemic, but Richard made me feel my business didn’t matter nor was wanted.

Easy in and out. Clean and organized store. Very helpful employees. Had every part I needed. Easy to see from road. Handicap PARKING. Dog FRIENDLY!

Started shopping at this location about a year ago & theyre pretty good. They know there stuff & dont act like if we need them & they dont need us. Theyve offered to have parts brought to their store so we both win. Havent had to return any parts to them so praise God.

Went here to buy a battery they only had one choice in stock but the guy who rang me up for the battery was alright.

Awesome customer service. He volunteered to bring the part I purchased out to my car and was super friendly answering all my questions.

This is a fairly new store but after checking the prices against AutoZone and Pep Boys this place could give could give either one of them a run for their money.
