I came in to Pepboys to get a headlight replacement on the right passenger side of my vehicle. I get my vehicle back and the head light cap (the cap that you remove to take out the headlight bulb) is missing on the left side(Driver’s side). Not only that but I drive back home and notice I have a screw in my tire on the back left side (Driver’s side). Aren’t you guys a tire place? How exactly did you miss that? Maybe I’m missing something but if someone can elaborate from this store I’ll gladly change my rating to something better. I’ll be it, Pepboys NEVER DESERVES 5 stars but I can make it a 2 or 3 depending on how this is solved. I talked to customer support and they told me I’ll get a call back from a manager in the next 24 hours. Hopefully this is solved accordingly.

Always been good with me, Jason is a great guy same with the other staff.

I went there for a tune up that cost $385. When it was finished they only changed the spark plugs. Did not change the wires or the air filter. They said it was not dirty. I changed the filter myself. I wish that I could show the picture of how dirty it was. And they left a big screw driver under my hood. I bet if the screw driver was to fall into my driver belts and mess up my engine they would say it was not theirs. I went to this store because it had an ok rating online. I am going to make sure other customers see a lower rating.

Terrible crooks, tried to take advantage of me because my car broke down out of state. I work on my own car, I buy and sell cars and know what’s up. These guys charged me for a suspension inspection when they didn’t even take the wheel off to look in the wheel well. Said they would only take the wheel off if I decided to get it fixed there. Even though they charged me an inspection rate. Disappointed by the staff

This place was nice and really quiet. At least on this day. My father and I needed some supplies to work on our vehicle. Its also a pretty good sized place. So they have a good variety of different things. The customer service was the best part here! The young man greeted us when we came in, asked us if we needed help and he took us to personally show us where the product was so we didnt have to go walking around all over the place. And then he rang us up and we were out the door within five minutes. It was a quick but comfortable experience! Than you!

T June 13-20 Im going to explain a lot the reason why Im given few stars, my negative comment is because my wife had a mishap on the freeway, a tire exploded and I directed her to this place after searching on Yelp for one of the best place, in LV, I went to their website and made the appointment, and once I received my confirmation by email, I sent the address to my wife, she arrives and they tell her that they do not have any information about the appointment, and they want to send it to another place far away more than an hour retired, she had to wait as if she had not made an appointment, my point is so why they have the website? if they are not reviewing it, they didt give me any other explanation of what happened, their behavior was not pleasant to me been here at this place and disappointed by the service they have. Too bad, the client is not guilty if the workers of this place do not pay them well, or have a bad day at home that they go this way to work unhelpfully, or act like no intention of helping their clients.

I drove from out of town a couple days ago and I’m glad I did. I was in deep need for a oil change but it wasn’t a problem for the service manager. She made me feel at home and like I was part of the pep boys family. I got offered multiple times for and food/beverages while I was waiting in the waiting room. The waiting room by far cleanest I’ve seen. Everyone was working together like a family with no trouble. The store and the displays looked amazing the whole store was so clean. The service manger was the best part of my trip to the store. She had the best customer service I have ever seen. THANK YOU PEP BOYS won’t be the last time you see me.

I had a Facebook mechanic replace the alternator on my Infiniti FX35. Had some engine problems a week or so later. Took my vehicle to Pepboys and turns out the Facebook mechanic broke the power steering sensor. I should have just gone to Pepboys in the first place and saved myself the trouble. Ive definitely learned from my mistake. Big thanks to Pepboys on Las Vegas Blvd for fixing my vehicle up right.

Love coming here for all of my oil changes. The service staff are very knowledgeable and caring for you and your family and for your car. If they see something wrong, they let you know.

I stop for get cleaning supplies for my car not have any one help me only pointing the finger where it’s the Items next time I prefer go to auto zone better services because people from retail don’t help you or people from the service counter only looking you and don’t said anything or try to help you auto zone got better customer service

Had a very disappointing visit here. Booked an appointment online for 10am to have an oil change. Online it said it should cost around $40 and that there was a $20 discount for some promotion going on. I arrive at the store and they try convincing me to get synthetic oil which was actually $70, but they say I can still use the $20 off coupon so I agree. I wait for about two hours before someone tells me that they don’t have the filter my car needs and they just sent someone to buy a new filter. I ask how much longer and they can’t tell me a time. So I wait a while longer until they’re done and they say I can check out. The woman at the counter tells me my total is $99 and I ask “how is that possible” and she said “wait” and typed on a computer for several minutes and then says my total is actually $88. I ask if about the discount they promised me and she said “they’re not going to give me the discount because they had to go out and buy a filter for my car”. I don’t see how that’s fair at all I never got a say about them buying a filter if I had known they didn’t have it I would’ve gone somewhere else and the filter was less than $20 so it’s unprofessional to me that they would take away the discount they said I have. She then made it seem like it’s my fault they didn’t have the filter for my car because they “have four different filters and none of them fit my car” I have a Chevy and it’s nothing fancy. Called customer service and am now waiting for a response. Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a service for my car will never go to or recommend this company again.

Need fix right

Before I went to this pep boys I tried the dealership, firestone, and some other places around town. This place was by far the best. I felt like they were actually trying to help and not just take my money. I highly recommend going here! The employee Moe has been extremely helpful to me and my husband when it comes to understanding and fixing our vehicle.

This place is awesome. I went in for my check engine light they cleared that and suggested a tune up which I knew was way over due. They also changed my valve cover gasket. They were so friendly and didnt try to talk me into things the car didnt need. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs car repairs done....Great job guys keep up the awesome service!

UPDATE! They had my car out of there within the week and she runs way better than when I first started to drive her. I noticed something though. There is a lady that works there and I noticed when she is around - everyone is on it. I must of not caught the right people at the right time yesterday. Please, whoever was working the day I wrote this - keep it up!

The store and the the staff were very nice. And the pricing was great. The labor didn’t take long at all they told me an hour and in a hour my vehicle was done. Veronica was very friendly and really helpful. I will continue to bring my vehicle there for servicing.

I had a great experience, she explained everything and even let us know where I could eat around there. Fast, affordable professional work

Recently purchased a set of tires for my wifes SUV. Made the purchase on line and saved more money. Only priblem was the website doesnt tell you you still have to be present in person to complete the payment transaction. I sent my brother to get tires out on and he wasnt going to be able to get it done before the lady helped by running everything through to get us in and out the door. Tires look amazing and rides great.

I think this Pep Boys, has the best service department that I ever been too. If I brought my cadilac SRX there and the manager of Veronica, was very helpful very friendly and just took care of me. On July 6 we broke down in Arizona and were towed into Las Vegas because most places near us were closed due to the 4th of July weekend. Bryan and Sergio took extremely good care of us from ordering us a Lyft to arrange a rental car to actually fixing our car before we had secured a rental car! We used Lyft back to Pep Boys and were able to resume our vacation. 5 star service and customer satisfaction!!!

Rushed over after the worst tow truck driver ever picked up my car and dumped it in their parking lot taking up two spaces with my compact two door car.Felt terrible coming in at closing but Moe and the cashier (forgot his name, nice black kid) helped me out for sure. Wasnt sure whether it was my alternator or my battery but they got it taken care on ASAP.Highly recommend them.Thanks again dude 😀😀

When I walked in I was not greeted. I asked about the Free check engine light code code pull and the guy tried to charge me 150$. His presentation was rude and discouraging.

I call B.S. on many of these reviews they look so shady.So unprofessional.Veronica the store manager is very disrespectful, snobby, and not a courteous person. That manager has a HUGE ego problem (when i say big i mean bigger than a T-Rex) and doesnt know how to handle issues in a professional manner away from customers.She shocked me when I saw her yelling at her employees. Thats no way to treat someone who works for you. And I refuse to go to this location after seeing her mistreat another person like that.Thats unacceptable. And I bet many of these reviews are just connected with fake accounts to bump up the ratings of this establishment. If you need proof just look at the accounts associated with the review and see that they only review one place and that place being pep boys..IDK but that seems kinda fishy to me.

This place was TERRIBLE. We had our brakes done and a week later we are having trouble with the brake lights staying on. They denied responsibility. And wanted $500 to fix problem they caused. We went to other mechanic and got brake lights and another issue fixed for $100. Will never go back to Pep boys.

My husband and I went to this place we told them that there no light brake when to stop and took us three hours to waiting for nothing, told us they could not find anythings, and we paid 175 what a waste ( GOD take care of it!) We went to my husband friends to see what he know he found brake peddle not work. FINALLY he found it and everything is good and work. Pepeboys did a bad job.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had an appointment, set appointment, for a diagnostic check just to submit information to my warranty company. I arrived 10 minutes early. I patiently waited for the agent at the counter to finish her work and assist me. She then said, you need to leave the car for the day, I have 2 others in front of you to fix. I explained to the lady, I have an appointment, I set so I can get the info over and I will be done, its just tires, oil condition, and brake condition. She again says, I need to leave my car for the day, the appointments dont matter, the person who does the diagnosis is working on another car, and itll can be 5 hours before they can even check. I ask the lady, why set appointments if they dont matter?Her resolution... Go to another store, and then proceeded to talk about other locations.I left her standing there talking, after wasting my time, gas money, and apparently if I needed a diagnostic, why would I want to drive all over town looking for another location? If my insurance company wasnt making me use Pep Boys, I wouldnt let these people put water on my windshield if I had a foot of dirt built up

We love this place. We took our car into get the brakes checked because they were squeaking. the mechanic took the time to do two test drives to figure out what was wrong. They were friendly and honest and I would highly recommend coming here for your car needs.

I went into this Pep Boys on 12/07/2017 to get an alignment done on my 2008 Honda Civic as the car started to pull to the right two days prior. I had a planned trip to California for the 12/08/2017. I went to this Pep Boys and they told me it would cost $89.99 plus tax to do the alignment. I gave them the keys to the car and had them take it in. Almost two hours later the employee at the front, Moises, came to let me know that they can try to fix it again but so far no resolutions had popped up, so I agreed to let them have at it one last time to see if it can get fixed. it was already closing time, and 20 minutes or so later the same employee let me know that they fixed it, so my husband and I went to pay them for the job. Once my husband and I pulled out from the shop we checked it ourselves, and the employees had actually made it worse than when we came in 3 hours earlier. We turned around right away and caught Moises before they had left the shop and I informed him that my alignment is now worse. He stayed behind to check it out, and in the end, told me that it wasnt actually my alignment causing the problem it was something else. He promised my husband and me a refund but couldnt give us one that night as his register was already closed, and asked us to call him back for one. I called a couple of times and spoke to the manager Veronica and she told me she will talk to him. Once I finally got a hold of him two days later he told me that they will not be giving me a refund because they techincally fixed the alignment, he also said that I cant pin it on them for making my alignment worse even though It actually did get worse after having them work on it. My alignment was not fixed, they did not provide the service they charged me for and are now refusing compensation and stated that I can talk to the district manager but that they will tell me the same thing. Im greatly disappointed at the service and from this experience, I will never return to a Pep Boys for any car service.

We were traveling from Utah to California when we noticed that our engine coolant temperature gauge was high. We stopped at Pep Boys to get it checked. Moe and the boys did a great job. They looked the vehicle over very thoroughly and fixed the problem. We felt comfortable driving our children to California after Pep Boys checked the car over and fixed it. Thank you, Moe!
