Amazing experience from start to finish. Their receptionist was courteous and accommodating to my schedule and got me a technician ASAP. He called before he arrived and was on time. He had my repair done so quickly I couldnt believe it! He was friendly and efficient. Thank you for fixing my dryer. We will definitely use them in the future.

From the first moment the CSR picked up the phone, to the follow up call I got the next day to make sure everything was still good, my experience has been amazing!James was so sweet. It was a small issue for my stove, and he had it fixed in no time! He answered my questions, as well as patiently answered EVERY question my 7 year old could think of!I dont wish to have more issues, but if I do I am definitely calling Priority Appliance!!

Jeremy and his team are amazing! I have used them for multiple projects and they are always so professional and deliver exceptional customer service. From appliance selection and install to trouble shooting, they are always so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! I would highly, highly recommend priority appliances!

I called Priority Appliances because my neighbor suggested them. They came to fix my washer, I thought I would give repair a try before I throw away the washer because other companies have told me its not repairable. Boy am I happy that I called. Their specialist showed up, and it turns out it was simply a broken wire. They fixed the machine in no time, and charged me a fair price considering others couldnt even find the problem. They also advised me that dryers collect lint and it could be a fire hazard. They offered to open up the dryer and clean it out, as it turns out I had a small lint fire in my dryer. They had their own vacuum to clean out all the lint and make sure my dryer is safe to use. Now I have them scheduled to clean my dryer and my dryer vent every year. Definitely my go to guys for appliances.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing appliances from Priority Appliances multiple times. I started with a refrigerator and added a dishwasher later. It was easy to schedule delivery and the delivery men were very professional and came in and changed out the appliances quick and easy without making a mess in my house. Jeremy and his team were easy to reach and updated me every step of the way with delivery and making sure everything went smoothly. Prices were great and it was a pleasure working with Jeremy and his team to find what I needed. Definitely will look to them for appliances in the future!

Jeremy was great help in guiding us into the right appliances. Great prices, speedy delivery and an even speedier install. The guys got right to work and were in and out in 30 minutes installing a new microwave and stove. They showed care in making sure the new appliances werent damaged during the install, made sure everything fit nicely, made sure everything worked before they left, and even cleaned their fingerprints off. Not sure what else you would want from an appliance company! Maybe cookies?

AMAZING! Priority Appliances was very easy to work with. My washer needed a quick repair because it was leaking due to a ripped rubber boot seal. They ordered the part and before coming to install it, they noticed the part was damaged during shipping and immediately called me to advise. I LOVED their honesty in telling me about a damaged part from shipping instead of trying to install a damaged part like other companies would have. I also love that they inspect their parts. They quickly had another one overnighted and the next day came right on time to fix the washer. Their communication was/is AMAZING. Their honesty is even more AMAZING. I am so glad there is a company in Las Vegas who I can comfortably trust for my appliances. Thank you Priority Appliances! =)

Just remodeled our entire house and got all the appliances for the kitchen and laundry room from Priority. Absolutely great prices and even better customer support. Jeremy is great to work with and contacted us well after the sale to make sure we were happy and satisfied. During the initial sale, Jeremy recommend we upgrade on appliance to qualify for a GE rebate - Because of this we got an $800 rebate from GE. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and Jeremy had a new one delivered and installed in about three days. Dont waste your time at the big box stores - they arent even is the league as Priority Appliance. Some of the best customer support I have ever experienced! (and the appliances are great)

An absolute pleasure to do business with Jeremy and the team at Priority Appliances. Jeremy was able to help me purchase the Speed Queen Series 9 washer and dryer. The dryer was on backorder, and nobody in the valley had it. During the time I waited for the dryer to arrive from Ripon Wisconsin, Jeremy kept me updated every step of the way. He was proactive with his updates, and contacted me without me ever having to call him. It’s a level of service that seems to be very rare nowadays. From my experience, I can honestly say that Jeremy and his team have earned my loyalty as a future customer, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for new appliances.
