Supper grate customer service from Laura. She made it so easy to apply and get the items deliver to my home within a couple of days after applying. I definitely recommend going to this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. George the manager never returns phone calls and after 2weeks of waiting for the item I prepaid online for I decided to go with another company. Best buy has cheaper prices and payment plans. This location has still not returned my deposit. I will not recommend this location to anyone! Choose a different location if you want to go with the company.

George is the best. He immediately greets you as you walk in but allows you to adjust instead of bombarding you with a caffeine related persona. Computer shopping was available at their convenient customer in-store online station! Prices are ridiculous but the quality of the product is good.

I went to a store to pay off my account. Only the store you deal with can take your payment. You can’t pay an item off over the phone. This makes it really inconvenient. Name one other store from Macy’s to Sears that won’t let you pay off your account over the phone, or at any of their stores. Totally ridiculous.

My experience started off great Friday when I went in to order a laptop so I can work on my school assignment during this thanksgiving break. I honestly had no issues they told me that the laptop that I wanted (burgundy) wasn’t in stock and they only had grey. They informed me that they could order the one that I wanted (burgundy one) but it would be here Monday. I said no problem and decided I would wait because it’s my favorite color. Yet Monday comes along and I call ahead to make sure it’s there at 11:30ish and the guy who answered the phone said the driver was on his way and I should expect it here around 4-5pm so I waited until 5pm and called again and another man answered and he told me he was on his way (from pahrump) I know it doesn’t take the whole day for a short trip but I understood I was informed it would be here at 7ish so at 6:40 I decided to call and I was told it was in the store so I drove to this location but once I arrived there I was informed that it wasn’t at that location but at the one on lamb and Las Vegas Blvd so I went to go pick up my laptop and when I arrived home only to open it and see that it was a grey one. I called the store and they told me that the guy who did my order put burgundy in the description which I guess want where you select the color and I am not mad at him he was a very kind person I’m more irritated at the fact when I called to see if there was any way I can get the laptop that I originally wanted but the guy on the line just kept repeating that the color was in the wrong place that everything is correct on my order expect for me actually getting the laptop that I wanted. In the end I decided to keep and keep paying for a laptop that I didn’t want. Waited a weekend just to get the laptop I didn’t want. Great .

Paid my first payment upfront, Got a call the day ibam supposed to have my item delivered to tell me my adress doesnt check out and I need to provide another form of proof of residency. I comply. My window time to have it delivered was a 4 hour window and still nothing. I called they said it would be there about 20 minutes, 1 hour and 15 minutes later they deliver, hook it up, and BOOM the TV is Broken. Not a good thing. Ana my representative is super nice, super informative but unfortunately the rest of this store was out of policy and if this was they way they do business all the time (Charging upfront before verifying information then calling you 2 hours before your delivwry window starts to tell you) then this place need to be closed. Bad taste in my mouth for sure.

I went to Rent-A-Center and bought a new washer and gas dryer did the six month lease where I will own it in six months this is the cheapest way to go for me and my daughter my washer broke down on us its been hard we thank God for stepping in the guys at Rent A Center are awesome

My family has worked with mario for years since i was a little kid and now hes helping me out with my bedroom set up at low cost and hes very honest great customer service.
