Love Home Depot. Period. Its always my first stop when we need anything for the house or need materials for DIYs. We were in a bit of a time crunch and needed some house paint for a repair so we went to another home improvement store which turned out was somehow out of paint? They said that the paint store across the street has been buying up all their supplies. Either way shouldve just gone out of our way and gone with our go-to. We were in and out with our perfectly matched paint in less than ten minutes.

The employee Todd in the lumbar department was the best! I had a DIY cabinet idea and came in with hand drawn plans. Todd showed me where to find the materials and suggested different styles for my project. He would show me an area to browse, go help other customers then COME BACK to make sure I was finding everything I needed.He made helpful suggestions and I believe my project will be better because of him. He really took the time to understand what I was trying to make.He spotted other employees stocking, answered every service call on his phone and graciously answered others question (staff and customers), all the while I felt he was taking care of me! He has a great sense of urgency and never stopped going. While multitasking to the fullest he had a positive attitude and demeanor. He helped me make some cuts and find additional materials. If I owned a business I would not want Todd as a regular employee, I would want him to run it. Thank you Todd for your help today!

This store always has what we are looking for when it came to fixing our spare bedroom. The worker thay was there pretty much lied to us about every question we had, first being where the chrismas tree i was looking for was and he told me its only what was on the floor but someone else helped me and found the one that I had looked up but other than that its great. Also a plus to the paint department they were fast about 10 minutes totally from telling them the paint to picking it up. Overall though I still would come back just would ask for help from the floor staffing.

Always have what I need. Never have given me problems with exchanges or refunds. Price is fair. Friendly service.

An employee got me pointed in the right direction for the item I was looking for. The item location in store were accurate making items easy to find. The store felt clean for a home depot.

This was a pleasant and enjoyable trip, the majority of the things I went looking for were actually in stock and things were neatly stocked. I have gone in several times looking for screen replacement supplies and couldnt hardly find what I needed so Im glad today was better. Employee was helpful too🙂

André at the Paint Center is the BEST. He took care of our custom color needs with no hassle, even though the sample came from that Other Store down the street. He was funny, friendly, fast, honest & helpful. He didnt just try to upsell us just for the sake of making a bigger sale. He made sure we got what we needed all with a 😁 on his face.Assistant Manager DJ answered all the questions we had & was a wealth 🤑 of great information. 🎩🎩off to these guys for outstanding customer service & jobs well done in a 🌎 where you dont see that as much anymore! 🤩🖌️🚪

Extremely helpful customer service, not only did they find (1) item I went for, they brought it up to customer service for me! They is putting the CUSTOMER 1st. Also, found Venus fly trap plants - my grandkids have been asking me to buy for a year!

They didnt have enough of what I was looking for. I logged on to Anazon while in the store and was able to order 50 of the items i needed for the price of 16 at Home Depot. It will be delivered tomorrow. I only need 16 and was willing to pay the stores price, but they only had 4 in stock.

They have always been very helpful, nice also had the products most of the time.,however keep track of every item because later on if you have to return after a couple of months because of a malfunction $300.00 bucks good luck no record of your purchase will show that happened twice & your buying it All over again pass experience shopping for over 20 years the last reason was why I didnt give five .

My dad needed keys made and it was good to know that there was an attendant to make keys and there was a self service key station. My dad insisted on seeing the attendant. The line was long, though. A couple of the patrons said that the self service kiosk was hard to operate. I dont know why. Language barrier?

On this day (Wednesday) I do not recommend you to go to this home depot to make match colors, because the 3 guys who are on this day have no experience to make match colors, (they have about 2 and a half years working in the paint department and have no idea to make match colors) 08-04-2021 1:45 pm

Went to Lowes first about a security door. I was told it was not a standard door size and the price more than doubled. I went to Home Depot and was met by Nick. Nick was courteous and helpful. He waived the measurement fee after hearing the way I was treated at Lowes. The door has been measured again by HD and it is as I suspected a standard size door. Now Im just waiting on a price but, so far Im very pleased. Appreciated Nicks professional and polite manner.

Theres a young man there Ricardo, he knows the store well. He knew exactly what I needed and took me to the product. The aisle the product was located on I had searched that aisle up and down and didnt see it. Ricardo said, I know exactly where it is and its slightly hidden. Lo and behold he was correct he went directly to it. Ricardo has excellent customer service skills and a great smile.

Gentle man helping in the paint department had excilent customer service. I was surprised.

I always enjoy coming to Home Depot. The employees are always friendly, and easy to find if I need help with something. It is a far better experience than when I visit Lowes by far. Some items arent always in stock in sufficient quantities though, like pipe fittings. In general I can find everything I need in stock.

I went in looking for a slab of wood to make a necklace holder.I walked out with a free slab of wood and some hooks.Oh, and some Gorilla glue, a new mop and broom, an industrial size bucket, dishwashing liquid, tomato plants, fencing, and four heavy duty lawn chairs.Everything was on sale or clearance.Im watching this really nice drill set for a sale.Theyve got everything in this store and I do mean everything. Theyve even got snacks and drinks.Do yourself a favor and check out the clearance merchandise. Trust me.The greeter is a riot.If you need tools that you cant afford to buy, check out their rentals. The sell their used rentals at less than 1/3 the original cost.If you need lumber, check out their huge selection.If you need it, theyve got it!

Just like all the other Home Depots had a lot of employees going around and helping people cuz of COVID-19 trying to get hired staff come in and work at their place

I was there for curbside pickup and had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up with my order. After he finished loading what I thought was the first part of the order he started to walk off and I had to call him back to ask where the second part was. Somehow there was a mix up in the store and they had only brought out half of my order. He took my receipt went in and got it very quickly and everything was fine in the end. I wish it had been a little quicker and that they had double checked that the entire order was on the cart before they came out.

Clean, well-organized, wide aisles. Service could use some improvement: no one asked if I needed help finding something, and the employee monitoring the self-checkout area was as quiet as a mouse.

You have to love this place! I can always find anything that I need here, great return policy, and educated employees. The reason why it is a 4 instead of a 5, is because it would be helpful if they had a few more people on the floor to help you when youre in need.

This Home Depot has plenty of employees that were very knowledgeable.

They usually have what you need and have people working the floor that can help you out. Unlike another home improvement center where you can never find help. (the ones on Craig road)

As most of Home Depots, they are the place to go for all construction projects. Very Clean, well organized and professional knowledgeable Staff. Very Quick In and Out, with very many Handicap parking right in front. As all Home Depots, watch out for illegal alien workers who are looking to be hired, but stay on the very outskirts of parking lot.

Tool Rental has been an easy process along with helpful sales associate in the tool rental dept.

Becca from customers service was a great employee at looking at her computer. She was playing space invaders( iron man), just playing i don’t know what she was doing on her computer, but helping a customer “me” was not that, I had to ask 2 times for some help but I did not feel like waiting 10 minutes every time.So I looked around and saw the advertisement for the Home Depot app and it was a much better customer service helper then becca. (Sorry Becca)Long story short I found what I was looking for thanks to the app. (The cashier “not Becca” told me every employee working has the app and Becca should have offer to help me to look it up on it)

Finding people who care about the service they offer is difficult to find in this location. The product selection is very good, but the level customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Customers should never feel like a burden to the employee or establishment, unfortunately that is the culture this location fosters.

I normally try to find things on my own but I needed help since I couldnt find what I needed. I asked an associate where a particular item was and was told I dont know. So I walked around the store a few more time until I found a supervisor who physically went and got what I asked for. No customer should be told they dont know. Thankfully I believe Ruben/Rudy, I think that was his name assisted me.

Customer service its horrible. I spend 37min for someone to knowledge .and they still have attitude to do the job.

Had some 8 mirror closet doors I was loading on my truck and numerous employees walked by noticing me struggling without the offer of any help until I had one left

There have been so many times that I didnt purchase certain items and walked out because its very hard to get help. I think they need to have more knowledgeable employees working there so you dont get so frustrated. Its pretty much the same story at all of the Home Depots Ive been to.

I went for the spin mop they had the best price 29.99 and it comes with 3 mop heads. The garden area had a very nice selection and I was able to find an employee quickly to assist me.
