Robert came out to look at my dryer that wasnt blowing air out through the vent. He didnt hesitate at all when he saw the dryer was stacked on top of the washer (I dont know why the previous owner did that since theyre full size machines). He dove right in, diagnosed the problem, took the machine apart and did his job. The price was fair too. Robert was very friendly and talkative and I liked that. Friendliness counts when youre inviting someone into your home. This is a top-notch business! I will use them again should the need arise. Thank you Best Choice, you certainly were! ;)

Excellent service and repair !!! My father called them to fix his freezer and Robert came to the house and gave him a great estimate in a timely manner and ended up fixing the freezer that same day ! My father was ripped off by another company in which the idiot never came back after he had allready paid him 350 bucks for a part, so it was great to have someone who was honest and did the repair with parts that he already had in his van! We will be using this company and telling others and family members about there quality service and honesty in the future Thanks Best Choice!!!

Robert is refrigerator Jesus. He came at a timely manner, super friendly, and strait to the point. Took a look at my fridge, diagnosed the problem, told me that the compressor was dirty, and the circuit board wasnt working. He then just pulled out circuit board, did some work, cleaned up my compressor, and neatly put everything away. Very professional person and very professional company. I called many companies before his and got quoted something I could buy a new fridge off of (price gauging from repair companies isnt uncommon in vegas, especially for ac repair, but Best Choice was awesome and really was the best choice). He brought my fridge back to life and Julia the lady that answered my call was friendly and professional as well.

Robert showed up to repair our freezer, 15 minutes later it was on and working! He also showed me how to to keep it going if it happened again, this in and of its self was amazing. While he is finishing up we were commenting on our built in microwave not working, the last repair with AHS didnt do a thing, said it wasnt fixable to bad. Robert had it fixed in 40 minutes!! He just casually said I can look while Im here, yeah its fixed as well. This company really goes the extra mile, honest to a fault I might add, letting us know about our other appliances while he was here. We will never use anyone else when we need an appliance repaired. This company is amazing and have gone above and beyond, Shoutout to Robert for repairing my clothes washer we waited for the parts to come in which is few days and today Tuesday 6/29/21 Robert installed that let’s to my clothes washer and it only took him like probably 15 mins I think fast and easy and threw my kids dirty clothes in there and it’s working properly. Robert mentioned about if there’s other things that need to be look at and I said oh! My gas stove one of them is not lighting up but I told him not important at the moment and he said he will take care of it and It’s not part of the work order today but soon as he left my property manager contacted me and in a couple minutes I received a text that my stove have been ordered :) wow!!!!! I called 3 different companies asking for a quote for my dryer before I called best choice and all the other companies quoted me $200-$300 then best choice said for what I needed it would be about $135! So of course I booked them right away cause a family of 6 is constantly doing laundry. They were able to come the same day and only took about an hour to fix. I highly recommend this company if you need a household appliance fixed.

Robert came out to fix our LG refrigerator because the ice maker was not working and it had no water coming out. I had just bought a new water filter and checked water hose and valve and I could not diagnose the issue. So, Robert is a nice guy but he could not diagnose the issue either so I was not in a better position than before I called him. Still had to pay the $65 travel fee.

I’d be remiss to not take the time to provide feedback for a great customer service experience my wife and I recently had. Our dryer has been a never-ending source of grief for us ever since we bought it. We bought it brand new 5 years ago from Conns here in Vegas and somehow grew to be okay with the fact that it would take two (or more) cycles to dry bedding or towels. Coming from apartment complexes with cheap machines, we figured that was the norm.Well, last month it finally happened. The dryer didn’t dry our clothes at all. As a matter of fact, the machine never even appeared to get hot whatsoever. It was time to do some analysis. Like many, I went to YouTube. I looked about 15 different videos on how to troubleshoot my Samsung dryer and realized that not one of these people on the platform actually fixed what my specific problem was. My next web site was Google where Best Choice Repair was the first result I received. My wife gave them a call and set an appointment the upcoming Saturday morning with the representative, Robert and it was on.Robert arrived on time and immediately got to work diagnosing the machine. In less than a half an hour he not only found out what was wrong and provided a reasonable estimate but he showed me where the people who installed the unit, Conns, were truly fit for their name, minus the extra N. The person who installed our unit did not use the proper fitting for the foil-looking exhaust thing and it was likely the reason why the system never dried great in the first place. On top of that it created a backup that pushed the excess lint into the machine and at one time even caught on fire, as evidenced by the burn marks and ash inside the machine. In a nutshell, the people at Conns installed the machine improperly and left our home susceptible to catching fire. It’s funny, because there was a burning smell coming from the dryer when doing linens a few months ago, but I never thought there was an internal fire literally burning on the inside.After making sure it was a better deal than buying a new machine, we decided that we did want Robert to fix our machine. He ordered the parts on Monday the following week, and we had an appointment set for Wednesday. Again, he arrived on time and got to work on the machine, finished, provided a receipt and now our dryer works BETTER than when we first got it. Robert and Best Choice were indeed the BEST CHOICE. It’s an AMAZING feeling to wash towels and sheets (finally) and only require one dry. I wish I would have had them check our unit out months ago, as I’m sure it would have resulted in a massive savings on our gas bill.Needless to say, if we need any other appliance repair, we won’t need to search, BEST CHOICE is programmed into our phones for the future.
