I had a prescription for eye glasses from a doctor out in Summerville but I primarily wear contacts. I figured I would use my vision coverage to get new glasses this year since its been awhile since I had new frames.Well let me rave about Karen. She was AMAZING when i went in to look at frames. I dont think I have ever had such a thorough fitting when it came to picking out frames! The measurements she did on the actual frame of my pupilary distance....just top notch!Even better was when I went to pick up them today...Karen made sure that I liked them and made sure they fit perfectly! I most certainly shall be back!!!

Mostly the issue is with the actual vision center. I have called multiple times to get their hours because apparently I can’t order contacts over the phone. I was told they open at 10. I go 30 mins out of my way before work and they tell me they can’t order them until the doctor got there at 10:30 or 11. I can’t sit and wait around. Don’t tell me you open at 10 if I can’t do anything until 10:30 or 11. Now I have to wait another week before I have time to go back to order.

I had a great experience working with Timothy 3 years ago to get glasses, so I was happy to see he was still there today when it was time for new glasses. Tim is progressional, funny, and has a great attention to detail. He rocks!

The lady running the office Tashona (sp?) was amazing. Ive rarely seen someone that could soo smoothly perform so many tasks and keep all her customers happy. Dr Banks was great also. Its a great place to go to get your eyes checked.

There are two older ladies that work at the front desk. I never had glasses before but I assume they didnt think I was going to buy anything so they brushed me off. They gossiped 10 straight mins about customer appointments and how dumb some customers were. I just witnessed the crappiest customer service experience in a long time. I had $3000 dollars in my pocket and was going to buy the must expensive pair just to prove a point, but it had gotten so terrible I refuse to even waste a lesson on them in sales... Ill take my business elsewhere!

Lousy eye doctor, I had a three thirty appointment and they didnt even complete the whole exam. She was too busy rambling with other people.

She is always friendly and kind with me.
