After completely non-helpful or non-existent service at other stores, including ones that sold Oakleys, this store was the best. It was actually quick and easy, the associate understood what it was I needed. Would absolutely go back again.

We purchased new lenses and found out they were unfortunately defective, when we called the store Sarah was on it, insured us to come back and was able to replace them instantly. Extremely bad experience. I purchased a $200+ snow goggles from there yesterday, and when I opened it at home I found it has no cover inside the lens, and all scratches and fingerprint over it. I assume this a used one. I called the local store in bellevue and they say they cannot do anything about it. I called back the outlet vault and they told me I have to drive back (about 1 hr) and they can see what they can do without promising anything. Im so disappointed with it.
