Love the latex mattresses - got two for kids; first started looking at latex because wanted something chemical-free, after extensive research chose sleeping organic since their mattress is completely customizable. Been two years, mattresses are like new.

Ive been very happy with their products. The organic flannel (Naturesoft) sheets we got are excellent, and they have no plastic in the packaging--they come wrapped in paper inside a simple cotton tote bag.

Where has Sleeping Organic been my whole life? The past year Ive been sleeping on a $3200 Four Seasons Signature Plush mattress. I woke up everyday feeling like I was 15 years older than I was. I blamed the wine from the night before...until I didnt drink for the month of January 2020 and still woke up feeling that way. I began researching over the next 45 days and found Sleeping Organic. First, organic latex is truly amazing. Instead of trying to absorb you like foam, it is constantly pushing back on you giving you the plushness but support that a side sleeper like myself desperately needs. Also, I got the 4-layer mattress which is fully customizable and can even be tweaked and modified after sleeping on it for a bit. My configuration is Firm-Soft-Medium-XtraSoft. Also, Tess provided OUTSTANDING customer service. She even followed up to see how I was sleeping after a few weeks! Great company, great people, great product.

We got this mattress about 3 years ago. At first it seeme pretty good. However after about 3 or 4 months our backs started hurting. We called and talked to them about our situation but found out our warranty was already expired. We were told we could buy more layers but after just spending over $2000 we honestly didnt have the money to do so. With three kids a house and pets its not cheap.So we called a couple more times and was told the same thing but one lady offered us a solution. She said we should change the layers around. We tried that but no matter how we switched them we came up with either one of two problems. Either the bed was nice and soft but wouldnt support our bodies or it was firm and would support our bodies but felt hard as a rock. So we are now left with a mattress that cost over $2000 that we cant sleep on. My opinion is these mattresses take anywhere from 4-6 months to break in. Then your body has to adjust to them. By then its too late. Your warranty is up and if you didnt guess correctly your stuck with no one to help you. Good luckAnthony Young

We love our Sleeping Organic mattresses! Yes... we have three now and cant imagine sleeping on anything other...The customer service was outstanding and the mattresses are irreplaceable. My husband and I did our own his/her configurations and it gives going to bed a whole new meaning. I LOVE my custom organic pillow and am so happy that I purchased it. The staff and owners here are so helpful and know about their products. My previous pillow had failed me and I was having a hard time finding a new one. I had purchased and returned many others before speaking with Brandon about his pillows. Knowing that I am sleeping on safe products helps me rest easy, not to mention they are top of the line quality. This truly is the best pillow I have ever had and I am sleeping so soundly. Wow! It may have or may not have taken 11 emails back and forth, (guilty as charged, it totally did) to answer all of my questions. I knew I wanted a latex mattress when I was ready to invest in myself and they remained patient and never pushy amidst my education process. They are the least expensive for the quality delivered from all the research I have done, and I am thrilled to finally invest back into their hard work and incredible company today as I treat myself to purchasing a 100% Dunlop mattress. Sleeping Organic has my loyalty and my deepest gratitude.

I have a laundry list of issues and chemical sensitivities because of such. After years (literally years) of hunting for a mattress that doesn’t activate pressure points, cause migraines, or sleep hot, I finally landed on Sleeping Organic. After one layer exchange, I’m finally sleeping through the night and I wake up uncongested, refreshed, and ache-free! The absolute WORST mattress in the Latex (Natural) Line. It requires assembly which needs 2 people. It has NO support. 3 or 4 layers depending on what you chose. It feels like laying in wet cement. There are many and plenty better alternatives with much, much better customer care. I did contact Sleeping Organic and have all emails and correspondence with Alex and another. My purchase is not in the same name as listed here.

We just purchased our 4th bed from Sleeping Organic. Every time we have had fantastic customer service. The beds have arrived as expected and pretty quickly. They are so comfortable. And I feel confident putting my family on these clean beds without all the dangerous chemicals and flame retardants.

This bed is incredible. This bed has me falling asleep 30 min in to a show instead of watching half the season, waking up before my alarm in the morning, and I feel my everyday anxiety has all but disappeared. If you are even thinking about getting an organic mattress you might as well pull the trigger. What a great investment for your life! The staff is amazing and especially informative about every aspect and youll wonder where all their energy comes from. They sleep organic as well. You wont regret it.

My matress is only 13 months old and and it is already sagging and my back always hurts. We tried and tried to make it work but looks like we will be shopping for another matress. The foam is not what it was cracked up to be. I do not recommend it. Biggest upset and loss of $1200+

I absolutely love my new organic bed! I have always been a side sleeper and I could not find a nice soft bed that also provided the support I needed. I am 63 and 210 lbs, so most soft beds just cave in the middle and leave me in an uncomfortable position. After 6 months on a Sleeping Organic bed, I could not be happier with the sleep im getting!I purchased the 4-layer King size mattress. The product is designed for full customization specific to the customer. Tess did a wonderful job tailoring my mattress to the perfect configuration for me (and the dogs, of course). If you have any questions Id highly recommend giving her a call as she was very nice and great to work with.

Ive had my Sleeping Organic pillow for a year now, and cant be happier. I bring it with me when I travel as much as possible because other pillows just dont compare to Sleeping Organics shredded latex pillow. I sleep in all different positions, so the fact its customizable helps keep me comfortable no matter how Im sleeping.

I wrote a two star review yesterday (as below) and today I received a phone call in which the representative apologized and asked what she could do to make it right. The vibe was completely different than what I got from my initial contact. I guess I gave up too quickly and should have asked to speak to a supervisor or something.------------------------------------------------------------------------I bought two pillows and two pillow covers. The pillows are ok. I didnt open the pillow covers because they werent what I wanted. There is no picture of the pillow cover on the website and I assumed they were plain like all of the pictures of the pillows. Theyre not, theyre decorated and totally not what I wanted at all. They deducted $15 from my refund to cover shipping and handling. They were not particularly nice to me by email or on the phone during the discussions about the return.

I ordered a mattress topper from Sleeping Organic because I was experiencing a lot pain in my lower back. I called in and spoke to a male representative named Alex about what might be the best solution and we settled on a Dunlop Soft topper. It arrived much sooner than expected and Ive better sleeping well ever since! So much in fact that I rarely leave my bed now. This topper is amazing! I often find myself in bed for hours after Ive woken up and Im often late for work because of this. Its taken a toll on my career and social life, but to be frank, I just dont care. This topper is my life line, my escape from the struggles that life brings forth unto me. I wouldnt trade this topper for anything, not even a date with Christina Aguilera. I am a huge Christina Aguilera fan so thats really saying something. Anyways, I would give this topper 6 stars if google reviews would allow me. Buy one before its too late!

BEWARE! This company uses false advertising and lies to sell their toxic mattresses. It is a big-bucks industry. Their mattresses are laced with toxic chemicals, flame retardants, hormone disruptors. It doesnt matter that latex itself is a natural product when, during and after manufacturing, you drown it in toxic chemicals. Do your research, there are other companies - such as Avocado - that actually sell natural latex and manufacture it in a way that keeps it natural. Sleeping Organic is a scam of a company

HIGHLY TOXIC MATTRESSES. Beware of false advertising & fake positive reviews. Although Latex is a natural substance and a PURE latex matteress is amazing, this company adds toxic fillers, sprays and adhesives to the natural latex. They claim the latex is “certified” (by the way—the certification process they use is not well enforced) however once you add toxic VOC chemicals in the processing and manufacturing—guess what!—THIS IS NOT A NATURAL PRODUCT.These mattresses reek of horrible smells. They’re truly disgusting. A much better and honest latex mattress company is Essentia.

Second Update: I use their 3 Organic Topper in medium and it is comfortable, howver my shoulders still may need more give. It seems to be good quality,and I am hopeful that it is GOLS certified as stated. I come from Memory Foam and miss the sink in feeling, but just cant go back to a toxic mattress. Still not sure if I would order from them again. I seem to have much higher standards for a mattress company. Yet, their prices are VERY reasonable.Update: I did receive a response from sleeping organic that the official label will not have organic on it. Yet the latex will. I opened up the zipper and it does say organic. The concern I had is the official label says Natural, I still think they should put a GOLS label on the cover and label the box that it was organic. It might have made me feel better about this company. Adding one star just for the email follow-up, yet the initial phone call experience leaves me tentative about ever doing business again with this company.Original review:Just got off the phone with support. We actually got disconnected. I am trying not to assume that he hung up on me. I paid extra for a GOLS certified organic latex and nowhere was it identified that I received this. In fact, what the official tag (that all mattresses must have) stated is organic cotton cover and NATURAL latex which is not organic. The fact that I was hung up on and never received a callback seems to signify they did not like my informed questions. I am leaving this at two stars just because the latex seems of good quality, yet it was not as I paid for. No certificate sent to me would change the fact that this company did NOT send me what I paid for. If so, they would have identified it somewhere on the actual mattress. The organic cotton cover was identified as organic, so I ask why wasnt the latex? This companies name is Sleeping ORGANIC.. A little irony to end my review.
