We have been searching for mattresses for our girls and have been to several different retailers in our area. We had the same experience at each location. Sales associates stuck to us like glue and attempted to sell us things we didnt want. Upon entering the Charleston Mattress Warehouse, Mike introduced himself, told us how the store was arranged and said to let him know if we had any questions. He then left us to check the mattresses out. No pressure to buy. Amazing! The best part was the savings. We were able to buy two mattresses for the price of one! And we did not have to buy box springs, which was a requirement at other retailers. I highly recommend checking them out before purchasing from another retailer.

I bought a mattress from here last year. Its off the beaten path and is very quiet, but the deals are great! I saved hundreds of dollars on a memory foam mattress that is so, so comfortable. They delivered it to my house and set it up for me with great and friendly service. I also bought a set of microfiber sheets that are still my favorites to this day. You should definitely try this place.

My Fiance and I went yesterday to look for a king sized bed looking to spend over 1,000 we realized early on that these prices where pretty much cut in half! Michael was such a huge help and had such a vast amount of knowledge on mattresses. We spent under 800$! Thats with the box spring, 2 extremely comfortable pillows and bed sheets. I promised I would leave a review so I will. I wanted to wait until we had had the mattress for a while before I gave an honest review. While the whole buying experience was great; good customer service, fast and free delivery...Im not impressed with the quality of the mattress. While In the store I commented on the size of the king mattress we were looking at. It looked smaller than the standard king. I was quickly given a reason as to why that was (the pillow top supposedly made it look smaller is what I was told) well once we got it home the mattress is clearly an inch to two inches smaller (ON EACH SIDE) than the box spring that we purchased from another store. It is CLEARLY not the same size as a standard king mattress. And they dont do returns. Most places will give you a certain time period to return or exchange. Also, weve had the mattress for maybe 6 weeks and there are already dips formed where we sleep. That shouldnt happen that fast. The comfort level of the mattress is also not what it was in the store. The model we tried in the store was brand new so it wasnt broken in but it was extremely soft and comfortable. Our mattress is nothing like that. Hard...stiff...springy... those more accurately describe ours. I wake up every morning with stiff sore hips and shoulders.

Just went here today with my girlfriend to buy a new mattress and it was awesome. Michael couldnt have been more helpful and laid back. He wasnt standing right over us and showing us their most expensive beds. When we walked in he told us how the mattresses are set up and how the prices work. Bed seems great and high quality and it is a lot cheaper than the others we saw elsewhere. We will definitely tell people about their deals!

I googled the location in Mt Pleasant after seeing the prices at Mattress Firm. We went by on a Sunday 15 minutes after they closed but Brett was still there. We found the equivalent mattress sets we were looking at the other place and bought a King and Queen plus 4 memory foam pillows for less than the Queen only at the retail store. Amazing experience. Easily saved $3,500-$4,000 and Brett was much easier to deal with....no pressure, no gimmick, no stress. Highly, highly recommend!!

We shopped at Mattress Warehouse Charleston in January 2017, and had a great experience. We were in, narrowed it down, and purchased a mattress in 30 minutes. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the mattresses and helped us pick best based on our needs. We ended up with a 12 Murray Firm which is flipable even as a pillow top! The price was great, the delivery was smooth, and they took our old mattress and box springs away for a small fee. Highly recommend and their prices are the best!!

Friendly staff. Prices are exceptional, I have had my mattress now for anfee months and couldnt be happier. My husband and I are sleeping like a baby after replacing the mattress we had for 20 years. I was skeptical about the low pricing but so far there is no issue, and the mattress isnt sagging in the spots we sleep. I got the flippable king size.

This was the easiest buying experience Ive ever had. I walked in the store, tried out the various mattresses they have on display, and told Mike what I wanted. He wrote it up and I was out of the store pronto. The prices for each selection were very reasonable and were clearly marked. Delivery is free, although there is an optional charge for hauling it upstairs or setting the bed up for you if you choose. There was no hard sell or anyone trying to talk me into buying something more expensive than I wanted. They even have 1800 thread count sheets at a discounted price if you buy your mattress from them. It saved me a trip to Wal-Mart. I will buy here again if I need a mattress. Thanks Mike! :)

I went here a few months back for a queen bed, the most basic one they had,. It was just a little lumpy because it was the cheapest option, but if you put a $10 memory foam topper on it, then its perfect. I am returning in a few weeks to grab a twin for a guest whos visiting soon. No pressure sales environment, low prices, and the guy is really nice and straight forward with you. Delivery was a breeze, as well. I dont know whats up with the low ratings, someone must have peed in their cereal that morning. This place is great.

I ordered and paid over the phone on a Thursday . They came on Saturday set up and out the door in 15 mins. I am very pleased with my mattress for my spare room. That in the Fall or sooner I am going to get rid of my old king and replace with pillow top queen.

I too thought the deals were incredible. My wife and I were looking for a mattress for our guest room, and wanted something under $600. After looking and the big stores, the only thing they had that fit our budget was the bottom of the line mattress with a one year warranty. With Mattress Warehouse, we were able to get a middle of the pack mattress with a full 10 year non-prorated warranty. Thats HUGE in my book, and they dont even talk about their warranties all that much. The one small gripe that I have is that the Free delivery only includes them bringing it in your front door. They will not take it into any room or up any stairs unless you pay them extra. Its not a big deal, because my wife and I can manage it from the front door, but it was something worth noting. Also, they offered very fast delivery, but we opted to wait until the next weekend day for convenience.

Weve bought a couple of mattresses from here and weve had no problems but the last time we were here the owner made us a deal on a mattress and a used frame for cheaper of course but when we got home the frame was broken and missing a leg. We should have just spent the extra $10 on a new frame!!

No pressure sales and good prices on off brand mattress, but descriptions are inaccurate as I purchased a 16 mattress that turned out to be a 14 mattress. Bring a measuring tape to verify what you are interested in purchasing.It would have been nice to hear from the owners when I had questions about my purchase, but they did not respond to my email or call. I did speak to a salesperson who called the factory and gave me a poor explanation of why they are misrepresenting the size of their mattress.
