At Home store here really going all out! We love this store. Always friendly, helpful service, products reasonably priced, great selection...not just holidays.Far better pricing than competitors.

Looks unorganized. Not many staff. Nice store but it is hard to find items you are looking for without proper staffing. Pet friendly.

This store is huge! They have everything that you need to decorate. The set up is great. The selection is wonderful and so are the prices. I took a friend there when she came to visit and she was thrilled. I go every chance I get.

Nice variety of home goods. Everything from pictures, lawn furniture, holiday decorations indoor and out, cookware, kitchen, dinning room, bathroom decor as well as functional items. This was my first visit to At Home and I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Prices are comparable to other home stores in the area, but the quality of the items also seemed to be a bit better than the average bargain home goods store.I will be going back as the staff was friendly but in no way overbearing and the store was laid out well. There were no issues traversing the aisles and the merchandise was displayed openly and made browsing very easy.

At home is awesome for products for the home. They are now ready for fall, Thanksgiving and Xmas with beautiful decorations. They have lovely colors for every room in the house. It is a wonderful experience if you want to get ideas.

The manager at this At Home store and Taylor working with .com orders are highly unprofessional. I ordered lamp shades from their store and selected my pickup date through Athome.com (because thats how their online ordering works at all their other stores—they let you choose the pickup date), but for some reason the manager decided to cancel my order even though the product was in stock, and when I called about it, Taylor was very rude and said their store couldnt hold items overnight (odd, since I order from the At Home store in Tennessee all the time and theyre great at holding my items). Taylor then said the lamp shades would probably be gone before I could get to the store since they are so busy on Saturday (their parking lot had about a dozen cars or less when I drove by). In short, the manager is impossible to work with and should probably be replaced by someone who knows what theyre doing. Im glad I had the opportunity to see Taylor on her smoke break outside the store, since she was exactly how I pictured her when she was snippety with me on the phone—lazy and boring. Long story short, I found the EXACT same lamp shades while on vacation, ordered them, and will be receiving them in the mail tomorrow. I am so happy I didnt have to deal with this store!

Wonderful Experience and the hotel was super clean and very nice. Our room had a king bed with a small living room attached. Also had Microwave & Small Fridge. Definitely be staying there again

I went to At Home with my mother yesterday. We were looking for rugs. It took us a long time to find the right rug. Nicolette came to assist us. She has Excellent customer service skills!! She didnt get made or upset because of the time it took us to find the perfect rug. I dont think it was her department but she helped us match the right colors. I recommend going to this place! This store is a mixed bag of junk and some pretty good items. It depends on what you need. If you have an eye for quality, you may find some deals but a lot of their stock is overpriced.

I was looking for a tray for the perfume on my dresser. They have so many options that looked like they cost more than what they were. Of course I ended up getting other things as well. Great customer service during checkout.

Not what I expected!! But not terrible

No one spoke to me the entire time I was in the store. The outdoor furniture cushions were so overpriced for the type of store that it is especially the cushion prices.

Found lots of nice things.. However, a lot of prices were too high... A few reasonable though. I added a few pics to show some selection... But for me this is a place that Im looking for something specific. Not to go for deals... Because there really isnt any...

Good selection of homeware, seasonal clearance is not clearly marked in many instances.

Bought a rug from this store and it had mold all over it. It smells horrific. I did not discover the mold until I opened the packaging and rug. They said they would not accept the return if it was not in the original packaging. This is disgusting! Horrible company.

Love Everything about The Home Decor Superstore, from the excellence ambiance as soon as you walk into the store. The staff start with a such kind & friendly welcoming not to mention throughout my shopping experience the staff is always very helpful. The store has everything you can possibly need not to mention I can shop and stay in the store forever and keep coming back there’s so much beautiful home deco & furnishings I simply make it my go to place for design. I’d like to add when I check out it amazes me that the checkout lines are long but not saying this as a negative it’s never stops me from returning, the checkout staff are extremely quick and careful and very kind. I recommend this store to all my friends & family.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. Thats as far as it goes. Be careful when you buy lawn furniture there. I bought three chairs sat in one and the welds broke. They need to put a sign on them only holds 100 lb.

When I came in on my first trip, there were 3 rude associates that were trying to discourage me against purchasing the display rug, since their display would look “empty”. I decided to give them another try and George & Travis were more than pleasant! I’m so glad I came back and ran into Travis and George! I will be back, and I’m so glad that they are a better representation of the company!

THIS STORE THIS BEYOND AMAZING!! AND ALL WHO WORK THERE!! I came into the store to buy a blanket for a homeless person who was somewhat close to the store. I asked the MANGER where the Clarence blankets are. So she showed and i told her i was buying this for the homeless person who is sitting on the bench with only a sheet to cover up with. As i am waiting in the short line to pay for the blanket i didnt realize that the MANGER came up to the cashier and told her what I was buying and why. They gave me an extra discount i wasnt even expecting i am so beyond great ful for those team members. I returned to the store with tears in my eyes to thank them from the bottom of my heart. I wish I was able to have caught her name so if you are able to see this thank you thank you thank you#BeKindSpredStoke

I love this place! They have sooo much stuff for your house including everything you need for the holiday decorations. I can spends all day there Im not even kidding lol. My husband usually has to drag me out of there😆. Definitely a place to visit if you are new in Charleston.

First time ever visiting an At Home store and we were OBSESSED. Halloween and fall decor (my all year long home decor) GALORE!! It made my heart happy and everything was affordable.

My experience with this store was very well I have no complaints it has everything one need, and I will continue to go back
