Mr Billy was totally AWESOME, and that is even an understatement. From the time I walked through the door to purchase til the time I walked out of the door AFTER purchase....totally genuine, honest pure spirit. Im caretaking for my grandmother and he made sure he helped me and more, he took a step outside of his title in the company and allowed me to see who he is as a person. Im so glad I went there, my grandmother saw the commercial everyday about their beds and she talked about it for weeks and finally I went and if I had any doubts prior to purchase Mr Billy erased all of them...Im telling you go and your experience will be well worth it. THE Welcoming is Awesome, the Beds are Amazingly awesome and Mr Billy Jackson is Genuinely Awesome.He helped me make my grandmother more comfortable and for that Im forever grateful. ❤

Sleep Number on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a great place to try out all of the latest Sleep Number beds all in one place. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything Sleep Number. I have had a really good experience every time I have shopped here and have been happy with my purchases.

My salesman Chris was great! Very professional and informative. I felt like we were old friends.I have two observations: I noticed that I was not shown the iLE which was 50% off- I’m not saying I would have bought it but it seems like a sales tactic to “overlook” that specific model. I am a side sleeper so I realize the i8 is best for that and that is why I purchased it but I still feel I should have been directed to the iLE so I could make the informed decision. Also, when in the store, a different customer came in asking for his previous salesperson(not Chris). The salesperson who greeted the customer brought him over to the salesman who quickly said, after a quick hello, oh you can take this one and walked off. Seemed very rude. He barely acknowledged the customer before passing him off to the salesman who greeted him . It wasn’t like he was busy. He was standing there talking to the other saleswoman with no other customers in the store. My husband and I both noticed it and felt it was very rude considering the customer made a special effort to be sure to ask for the previous salesman. What’s so bad is the salesman will get commission regardless. Plus, he got a new customer while this guy was in the store so he will get that too. I know people are earning for a living. My husband works off of commission too but you cannot ignore the person and make them feel less than or less important than other customers . He gives salesman a bad name.But to reiterate Chris was professional and personable. I did make an expensive purchase which I hope will help my sleep for years to come.

We had a very professional and knowledgeable sales associate. She explained things well, showed us all the different options and gave us pricing for everything allowing us the time to make a choice that was best for us. No pushy sales tactics, no hard sell. I highly recommend visiting this sleep number store.

We had such a great experience with this Sleep Number store. Chris, our salesman, did a wonderful job actively listening to us to help us best find what we were looking for. He was so friendly and kind that he made us feel so welcome as if we were friends. We came in knowing which beds we wanted to look at and Chris didnt push us to look at other beds. He gave a phenomenal demonstration of the bed, showing us everything the bed could do and all the little things we would need to know to be successful with a good nights sleep. The store itself was wonderful, spacious, clean, even kid-friendly with a kids little station for them to play. We were even able to test out pillows while being COVID safe. We left there so satisfied. The only thing we would change would be to take our bed home that day ☺️. I would highly recommend everyone to not only a Sleep Number bed but to this store and to use Chris as a salesman. Thank you so much!

Please Please Please read before purchasing.Sleep Number staff are very friendly to the point of distracting you while they are telling you to sign here. That way you do not hear or notice there is a $200 delivery and set up fee. You have to have this delivered, also the setup is 10 minutes. NOW!!!!!!!! The Return process is rather easy, just have to wait a week or so for pickup and that is another $200. So now your out $400 if you do not like this bed.My Mattress Topper is great to try and there return policy is so simple. You do not like it donate it, email the donation slip and they will refund the cost minus the $19.99 delivery charge. I recommend the My Mattress Topper first it my save you from spending $400 for nothing but a headache.

Cameron was amazing!!! He stayed a hour after he was supposed to leave just to help us. He had excellent customer service. I can’t talk about it enough.

Mitchell Orr helped us pick out our perfect bed for us. He was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. He kept in touch with us but did not harass us to make a decision. It was a very good experience and we are looking forward to a great night sleep.

I will be returning my bed before I even get to sleep in it. You are not allowed to specify what day is convenient for you to have your bed delivered. You take what they give you. So I took off work and waited all day long. At the beginning of my appointed time frame I received a message saying that they would arrive towards the end of my time frame which was 6:00 p.m. . Around 5:30 I checked the tracking and it said it was estimated to arrive around 8:00 p.m. . When I checked back at 7:30 p.m. the tracking said that it had been rescheduled. I never received a phone call or anything. When I called no one could tell me anything, but over an hour later I did receive a phone call from the delivery center and they told me that my bed would be delivered in two more weeks because that was the only time they were in our area. The salespeople were great, but the follow-through on every end of the company from customer service to delivery to even the online chat is horrible. I dont care how good the bed sleeps I would be mad every time I laid down in it. I would not recommend them solely for their service. They are very undependable and do not care about their customers.

Beds are nice. Located in a hard location to get to. You better have a small fortune to buy one of these beds. Quoted us 7000.00 for a mid tier king bed.

Chris helped us. The store was full first of all and he welcomed us and kept letting us know he would be with us soon. He quickly let us know we could lie on beds and test difference in mattresses. He showed us results with explanations. He was very knowledgeable and confident. Which made us more interested in product. Of course we purchased a new sleep number bed.

It is not the store or salespeople it is the product. Delivered 2 defective beds, and did not know when there would be a fix for the problem. The bed is super uncomfortable and in my opinion a very overpriced air mattress. The bed has been picked up and now have to wait 3 weeks for a refund. Look before you buy at the stores refund policy (it says a lot) . The customer service number you call the rep promises to call you back once they get an answer and you never hear from them again. You call back and you have to start from square one all over again. Bad overpriced product.

Good experience in the store but 5 days after I used my card there my credit card showed fraudulent charges. The last time I used that card before then was three weeks ago. Not sure if it is related but I better not find out that is where my credit card got compromised.

We visited and Jeff helped us find the perfect bed. He was professional, answered all of our questions and we quickly found the perfect bed for us. A couple weeks later, I called the store and apoke to Jeff about coming in and making the purchase; he set aside all our paperwork and when we went in the next day, we were in and out within 5 mins. We are happy with our choice to buy a Sleep Number. The 0% financing option made this purchase possible too!

My daughter attempted to visit this store yesterday afternoon- I had given her permission to go ahead of me to look at the mattresses as I was tied up in another store. She was met at the door by a sales woman who rudely told her if she was not actually buying a mattress she was not welcome in the store as they reserved space in their store for purchasing customers only. My daughter was extremely embarrassed as this was done in front of several people. Little did the rude associate know- my intention WAS INDEED to purchase not one but SEVERAL sleep numbers- fortunately her rude and classless demeanor saved me the trouble of dealing with a pretentious, low rent company who apparently profiles anyone who attempts to walk in the door. I will carry my business elsewhere and will be certain to let others who may be considering the purchase of a new mattress know how you conduct business.

I purchased a P6 360 Smart Bed. Pretty expensive compared to the Labor Day discount of $200. Not a big discount and where is the bed? My saleswoman is talking a 3 week date for delivery. Not happy with that.

Rude sales lady met us at the door. Decided to leave after only a few questions when she acted annoyed with our grandson.
