As a woman who also works in a vehicle related industry, places I take my car always try to add junk that I know damn well doesnt need to happen right now, or charge an arm and a leg because dealer.Ive only been to Honda Medics once so far but 1. They were very flexible with my schedule.2. Efficient and did what I needed when I asked.3. Helpful and informational about what/when and if I needed any additional work, and not pushy.4. Cost effective af and still professional.5. Down the street from a rental car place which was kinda nice. I work too much to not have a car for more than 4 hours so thats just me.Highly recommend.

I had the best possible experience at Honda Medics of Charleston. Chris went above and beyond to fix my baby (Acura RSX). Im not the easiest customer to deal with because I do tons of my own research and know cars, (especially my car) very well. They went above and beyond to put my mind at ease to get the job done right with the correct parts at an extremely fair price. I honestly cant recommend them enough!

Great, personable, honest shop! Im so glad I chose to bring in my car here for over $1k in repairs. They were really nice and straightforward, answered any questions I had, did some diagnosis on a couple weird things I noticed going on with my car, and made sure I left satisfied and happy. Me and the wife were in town and my car wouldnt start. On a Sunday everything was closed so I took a chance and had the car towed to honda medics. I called them first thing Monday morning told them what was going on, and that we had to leave later that day. They called me back 2 hours later to let me know the car was fixed and for under 100$!! These guys are outstanding. Professional and courteous. Genuine good service. I would send my momma here to get her car serviced, and not worry about it.

This business is amazing. I called them looking for someone to install an alternator in my 17 Honda Civic, because that is what Auto Zone told me I needed. When I called they gave me the price and I said okay I will give you a call back, he called me back and stated that he felt my car was too new to need an alternator. So I agreed to bring it in. Once I took my car there they checked again, and turns out it was really the battery which saved me A LOT of cash. I am so grateful, I initially thought I was going to spend a lot more money than I ended up spending. Not to mention, they did all of this and went the extra mile for free. I even offered a tip, but I really appreciate them! Honda Medics just gained a new lifetime customer!

This is the absolute best place I have ever taken a vehicle! The owner/mechanics here are very knowledgeable and top notch! These guys will save you $$ and time from taking your Honda/Acura to a dealership. I actually dont live in the Charleston SC area (I broke down there which is why I used these guys) but if I did, I would only take my vehicle here.Long story short, I was stranded 10 hours from my house in an Acura MDX with what initially seemed like it was going to be a huge costly electrical repair. I had recently replaced my windshield (which I did not tell them about) and they traced my problem back to exposed wires (from the windshield repair) which caused a short in my dash. All signs from my issues pointed to a new gauge cluster which was very expensive. They ended up tracing my problem back to a fuse that was not easily found and literally saved me thousands from taking it to a dealership. They also repaired the exposed wires from the window replacement to ensure this would not happen again.I had my car back in less than 24 hours and they saved me so much time and money in the process.

Brought my 2008 TL Type S in for 100k maintenance. Super easy to schedule drop off, pick up and payment around my crazy work schedule. Prices were very reasonable and turn around time was fast for my timing belt/water pump, plugs and transmission fluid change. Great experience! The owner was very professional, and we had our A/C repaired in less than 24 hours on a holiday weekend! There was even an issue with the part we needed getting delayed in delivery, and we still had our car back the next day. We received timely updates and notifications at every step of the process. Such a better experience than any trip we ever made to Stokes Honda. Will recommend to anyone for Honda repairs/service!

Great service. Definitely fixed my cars electrical issue. The mechanic even threw in some fuses for free and even offered to replace my side markers for free if I brought the parts. They were able to fix my A/C fast and efficiently. But turns out the problem wasn’t fully diagnosed, I had to come back and get my compressor replaced again with the warranty. Turned out my A/C needed a full system re-do, but I found out from the dealership. Didn’t fully diagnose the issue. So I paid $800 instead of $1200 to fix the issue. A/C still doesn’t work.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Honda Medics. I have three vehicles that have been serviced or repaired and every time good work and excellent service.

Long story short. After internet searching, going to three different garages with no success. I was referred to Jermell at Honda Medics. Within 5 mins of explaing to him my story. He knew exactly what the issue was.Come to find out. The aftermarket clutch and flywheel I was told by company I bought it from would bolt right in and have no issues. Was the issue.Jermell was able to resolve the issue roughly 30 mins.My 2 1/2 month headache is now over.
