On September 10, 2021 my 2019 Honda Civic was keyed from the front fender through the drivers door and left rear passenger door. I had no idea it would cost more than my $500 deductible but after getting several estimates I found out it indeed would be over $2,000!I purchased the car new from Stokes Honda North so I went with Stokes Collision to have it repaired. From the first contact on the phone asking how the process worked to meeting David and Charles to having it taken to the facility for repair to having the work completed they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!The customer service level was beyond platinum and they were very understanding and patient with my many questions through the process. Along the way Samantha, a new co-worker joined in and she was just as amazing as David and Charles! In fact, I had a question as to when I could have the car washed in a car wash again and the two gentlemen were busy but she was able to answer my question directly with great professionalism.I hope I do not have to have my car repaired again for a long time but if I do I will definitely go back to Stokes Collision on Ashley Phosphate Road and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for both customer service and quality of work done in the repair!

I brought my car in on 5/31/21 to be repaired. My car was done in three days. I am very satisfied with quality of work. The job was done professionally and quickly. Stokes Collision representative worked out all details with insurance company, and I did not have to contact insurance company at all. They kept me updated through the process and took care of my additional requests. I will definitely recommend Stokes Collision Center to anyone I know and come back if I have accident in the future.

Unfortunately had some issues time and time again with the quality of work done to my vehicle! But I will say the manager and staff are nice and willing to fix any issues.

I was rear ended on December 7th 2020. My Vehicle was towed to them a few days later. It is now February 5th 2021, I still have yet to get my car back. I have spoken to them 4 separate times and have gotten 4 different time frames on when itll be ready. I have the rental car agency calling me saying i need to pay them because they have taken to long etc. I just spoke to The Manager Dave, He was very kind and empathetic towards my situation. He is the only reason im giving them two stars. The next time I do get in an accident (lets be honest people in Charleston dont know how to drive) I will not bring my business to them.

No doubt this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in all my years on this earth (50+). I waited two weeks to drop vehicle off for repair because they had to order the parts. Two weeks into a one week repair we go go pick up the car only to find they never ordered parts, touched or repaired a portion of the car. And now I am on day three of a one repair, this is ridiculous; i tried giving 0 star and then half star but was forced to give one, which they do not deserve. This place is pure garbage

Update: Randy called me and stated that they received the pictures back from the adjuster and the damage was not on the photos. Randy offered to repair the damage and did so quickly without any hassle and they also gave me a loaner car free of charge since my car was going to be with them for a couple of days. All in all I am satisfied with the total repair of my vehicle on both trips but will be hesitant about using them in the future due to my experience but since they did right their wrong I am updating my post from 1 star to 4 stars.Highly disappointed with this body shop. I dropped my car off on 1/9/2017 and today 1/25/2017 I picked it up. I have numerous complaints about this place and the service I received. First off my car was less than a month old when I was t-boned with under 2k miles, purchased brand new. Here are the issues I have had and am still not satisfied.1. I was told my job would take 6 days well, they had my car a total of 16 days.2. I was told my vehicle would be ready today at 2pm well when I arrived to pick it up I was told that the guys were behind schedule and it would be ready between 3:30 and 4 pm.3. My car was lined up to be washed when I pulled up to look at it well when I did I noticed over spray on the edge of the back driver side door. And that was the only thing that I noticed at the time because I walked around the whole car. I ended up having to go and point this out to the guy in the office and he said that he will have the guys fix it. (Now, why wasnt this inspected prior to the car being taken to detail. It was so obvious and tacky that I, a female picked up on it.4. When I dropped my vehicle off it had no other damage then what was caused in the accident. It is practically a new car (less than a month old when I wrecked). Well when I got back to pick up my car the detail guy was washing my car with a car wash brush. The car wash they did was a really poor job, there was still dirt in different places on the outside of the car. They washed the car and parked it and when I went to do the final inspection I noticed a deep gouge (all the way to the black metal) on the back of the car on the trunk). I immediately went back inside for the guy that I spoke to about the over spray and he said that he would have someone touch it up. Well the touch looks very tacky because my paint is a 3 stage paint and you cant just take a little paint brush and touch it up it needs to be done the right way.I explained to him that I did not drop my car off like that am I was not satisfied he then proceeded to tell me that he will have to get in touch with my insurance adjuster to get the pictures from him and they will be in touch with me in a couple of days. I immediately called the adjuster and explained the situation to him and he told me that he walked all around my car when he inspected and that there was no damage other than the damage from the wreck. I am so upset with Stokes collision center, I went here because they are part of stokes honda where I bought my honda from and felt that my car would be done right, and it wasnt. I ended up coming home (I live an hour away from stokes collision) and going directly to a local body shop for a quote well that quote for the gouge is $334 and its going to take them 2 days to fix my car. Now I am going to have to contact stokes collision about this quote because I dont trust them to fix this because it may be something else damaged when I go back to pick it up.If you value your car whatever you do dont take it to Stokes Collision my experience was very poor and they do not do quality work for the price you pay.

Picked my car up but they didnt complete the work. Had to bring the car back a week later for them to evaluate it. The I had to wait another week to get the repairs done. Brittany appears to be very disorganized in my opinion. Save your self the frustration and dont use them. Worst experience ever!

These guys are bunch of crooks..They wanted to charge me close to $1500 for minor dents and scratches I had on my car. I wasnt using insurance, since I thought paying for the damage out of pocket would be cheaper than my deductible, but after seeing how much they were trying to steal from me, I decided to go else where.
