Got a complimentary oil change and tire rotation for taking part in a blood drive. I went in expecting to be nickel and dimed but aside from a nail in my tire which they patched for twenty bucks, I walked out 90 minutes later with a great experience. Thanks so much!

Not happy!!! They tried to charge me 3 times what it cost me to fix the problem I had... I went to the auto parts store and bought the part I needed and found an awesome mechanic to fix it for me. It is shameful what these dealerships do to people!!!

Great service department. Helped me even though I didnt have an appointment. Researched, ordered and mounted two new tires in record time.

My Service Advisor Ms. Susies customer service was great. However, the service was mediocre. They had my car for a week. Told me I needed a part that I originally told them was needed but was told no. Instead advised it was a more expensive part. Then once I picked up my car, something else wasnt working due to not being reconnected. Took the car back, only for them to keep it for another week. Yet, problem was still not solved. What do you know, it was corrected while I waited in 25 mintues. Seriously!!!!

Came here today for oil change & whatever other svcs they do at this mileage (rotate tires, inspect things, etc). (Theyre monitoring the truck for excess oil consumption, b/c once it was a quart low when it wasnt even due for a change (but its been fine ever since).) Anyway, an hour later and its ready to go! Ive always liked the service at this place!

The service performed was great. But lack of communication I had a rental paid for out my pocket for almost a month and didnt know my car was ready til I went down there because everytime I called to speak with Emalie the phone kept disconnecting for some reason. Then they did not give me the rest of my wires after buying a set for $145.99 and only installing 2. Just because its a dealership that doesnt mean the ones who come for the service dont know what their talking about. I would never want to go back unless I have to... Yes im talking of the one on rivers avenue.

Great customer service and great atmosphere

Good for oil changes but I wont go back for any major issues. After spending $1000s and waiting weeks at a time, they never fixed my issues. I did purchase a new truck from them though. I would recommend that. The people are nice and the place is clean though. Free soda and popcorn are always available for customers. I was also told that a different person would be working on my truck after a few times of returning for the same issue. I was very surprised when the same guy was still trying to fix it. 😤
