Called to try and schedule an appointment to get my car inspected, I have a check engine light on and have put $100 worth of repairs into, I know I have to put at least $150 into it to qualify for an emissions waiver. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and polite, but she then handed the phone to someone else when I began talking about the check engine light and he instantly was raising his voice asking who did the work on my car. I calmly replied my father, who has been a mechanic for over 40 years I may add, and began yelling at me telling me to get it checked by him again and for him to do more work on it. Didnt offer any other solutions, just raising his voice and telling me they couldnt do anything. It literally has auto repair in your name! Guess Ill go somewhere else.

Made an appointment on Friday to have my car looked at for the following Wednesday morning before I went to work. I brought it in Wednesday had somebody follow me so I could drop it off for the day but when I got there at 8:00 a.m. when they first opened the mechanic said theres no guarantee he can look at it today. Whats the point of making an appointment. I like to think my time is valuable also. Not the way to treat a new custome and great way to lose one. I wont be going back.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. 2004 Cavalier needed an alternator on a Saturday. Pep Boys King of Prussia treated me like a piece of trash. $700+ for the job and no promise they could get it done in one day. I remember reading the reviews of K & K online and gave them a call. He said $340 and it would be done today. They had the car 3 hours and called me back saying it was done. The owner and the one employee I met are amazing, down to earth, good people. Thank you very much K & K, I will be back again and recommending to friends and family. You are exactly what you promised, honest, reasonable and affordable.

I had found this place when I was looking for a quick oil change. While waiting for my car to be done I was talking with the owner about different car related topics and he seemed very knowledgeable. The way he treated the customers that were there before me showed that he was looking out for their best interest. My car was acting like it had an altenator problem. Called K & K on a Saturday morning asking if he could look at it. He quickly diagnosed it and had me back in my car by Saturday night. He could have easily charged me for a repair I didnt need, but he didnt. Honest, professional service with good prices. Great place.

This is my second time posting about kK and the last time i will find a repair shop who wont try and tell me how much money i have in my pocket. I ask them not to do any work on my car until they call me first with a price, didnt happen then the ower trying to over talk me like i did something wrong. If he doesnt like your response he gets disrespectful. I never will send a soul to KK again and yes i have in the past but never again.

They prescribe genuine suggestions and do repairs honestly. I got my car service twice and inspection as well. I didnt see any problem in that. I found services provided are worth and more what you pay.

It was my luckiest thing in a while to find this repair shop (btw, thanks to those who left reviews on Google and yelp and led me to find this place, now I am returning the favor).The owner Kear has quite a personality. He might not be easy to like at first sight, because of his speech in a blunt manner. But you will be convinced by what he does to your car.I came to store for 105k maintenance plus a repair for damaged parts in a rear-ending accident. I was quoted near 5k by other repair stores for the whole package. Kear asked me to buy parts (spark plugs and timing belts) to lower the cost and charged me only $840 (you heard it right, less than 20% of what other shops ask).I was a bit skeptical about the quality of work given the extremely low quote, but it turned out that he did a fabulous job in every task agreed on. Further, he did a thorough check of my car at the end in an attempt to identify potential problems (he charged no money for the check and did not intend to sell me any service).It is a rare karma to find a reliable mechanic and I feel very fortunate that I just did.
