Dont go to this jiffy lube unless you want your driveway to look like this. Oil changed 8/28/21 for routine maintenance. Car has been leaking ever since. Has been back 3 times. On 3rd time back told it is from a turbo leak unrelated to the oil change. When asked why no one saw the turbo leak before the answer was no one probably looked up there before thanks for nothing James. That is not ok. On my first time back after oil change someone shouldve actually checked the car thoroughly. Instead I was asked if it could have been water. Because I guess I look too dumb or too female to know the difference between water and motor oil. I pay $90 for oil changes at this place and I have a leaking car with no help.

I have a 2014 cruze. Rebuild engine. I needed the radiator flush. They did an excellent job. Got all the debris out. Made sure. I was completely satisfied and the was more than far for the job done. Well done.

I went in for an oil change, great and fast right, no problem. However I should have never said yes to topping off my fluids. My bill was over 100 dollars...irrelevant and they forgot to put my coolant cap back on. Days later I am thinking something is seriously wrong with my car...and now I have to buy a new carton of coolant which isn’t a big deal but your motto is “leave worry behind “ well you left me behind in the waiting line.

Got an oil change last Sunday and I will say they maid a mess under my car oil all over.

I went into the shop for a oil change. They stated I had a headlight out. I asked them to change it. After working on the headlight for a hour the technician comes out and says I never had a headlight when I came in. This I did in fact have. My lights worked last night and my car was just inspected. He stated he could not change the bulb as it fell into my bumper. He also stated the bumper has to be removed to get to the light that was dropped. So he dropped my light into the bumper and did nothing to fix his error. Now $200 later at a body shop I will have a headlight changed. Not trying to fix the mistake your technician made is not acceptable. Having another associate come on the phone acting like the manager is disheartening. I will never return to this shop again.

In my neighborhood and in a good location. Everyone who has helped me here has been very nice and informative. I usually just stop in for oil changes but I have gone in for a separate issue. The guy explained that they don’t typically do the type of repair I was requiring but he helped me with providing an idea of what the issue was. Good place which I recommend.

Service went well. Took about an hour from the time I arrived to the time I left. There were three or four cars ahead of me.

I was so impressed with how fast the service was! I am so used to poor service where it takes HOURS to do an oil change so it was such a pleasant surprise when my car was finished in more than enough time for me to drive to work. CSA Christopher W. was so nice and explained everything to me without making me feel dumb. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!

Good place for a quick oil change, the manager Tim is a stand up guy honest helpful and on point. Mike and Chris are the other two managers and are also great guys as are the rest of the employees.

This location has the best service. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and fast. They make great suggestions on what you need but they dont push it on you. I recommend this location please go you wont be sorry.

Ay yo its ya boi Ian. Had some tires slapped on my whip DURING a snowstorm. Guy named Dakota was the only one working because nobody else could make it due to weather. He stayed cooler than the other side of the pillow. Didnt mind the wait at all. Even offered him a beer and he said nah. Just doing my job

They are slow. Took over an hour just to get into the shop.

If possible go on a weekday, weekends tend to get busy. That said I’ve never been there over an hour and a half for an oil change even when it was busy

So last week I needed an oil change in between clients. I also needed to settle business with the IRS. So I asked the Jiffy Lube mechanic not to bother me. During the time I got acquainted with another customer who coached me with the. IRS, he was a former college political science teacher. Cleared my account with the IRS. Best oil change ever.

Do not bring your car here!!!!! These people dont know what they are doing. They screwed my car up. I was going there faithfully every 3000 miles to have my oil changed and paid for the good oil when they were just using the cheap stuff and the ltime before the last time I went there my car was starting to sound loud because they didnt put enough oil in my car and or used old oil.They screwed my motor up and screwed with my brakes they put old breaks on my car. Yall are gonna pay for this!!

Never had a problem like some of the other reviews on here. My only complaint is the building seems backwards as far as which way you come in from. Theyre professional and relatively quick.

Horrible service, staff changes frequently. Took over an 1.5hrs for oil change and tire rotation didnt reset my cars computer, left a part from engine on my dashboard, then lied about checking my tire pressure. we filled it to a good 32 psi. Checked a day later and it was unchanged from the 37 psi I filled it to a week prior. Go to another place not here

Came in for state inspection and emissions test. Inspection was quick but afterwards I had a rattling noise from the cabin air filter that wasn’t there before. One of the employees fiddled with the filter when I brought it up but the noise didn’t go away. Said it would likely remain until I replaced the filter.

After a state inspection that took two hours, they asked if I wanted an oil change too. When I said no, they told me that my wiper blades are bad and that I needed new ones to pass the state inspection. This was the end of day, so my only real options were to drive away after paying for a failed inspection, or buy the blades here. I drove here, in the rain, and wipers worked perfectly. Feels a bit like a racket. Wouldnt recommend coming here for a state inspection. Seems consistent with the other upcharge reviews.

I came here for PA inspection, failed because the checking engine light on, they charged me almost $600, but the checking engine light was still on for 2 weeks, and they could not fix it and could not pass the inspection. I took my car to another place, it got fixed for less money and passed the inspection, will never come here any more. I saw how they scare people and charge a lot for that. Got the phone call from you, but you didnt do anything to improve, thanks.

This is a great, fast jiffy lube. They always do a good job and keep me on top of routine maintenance. Also their prices are reasonable.

Did PA inspection and forced me change 2.5 month old RAINX Wipers. They could not able to find any other issue and gave the reason that its old and cant pass inspections. Its was forced and bought without any choice. Collected my old one and wiper blade is still good condition (Rubbers not wearied) . Not recommended for PA state inspection

Treat fleet vehicles as second class customers, Had to to ask for windshield sticker, & also asked to reset oil change reminder, first mechanic could t do it, then supervisior tried several times,failed & tried to give me some double talk that it could not be done with out buttons, until I persisted and told him to try brake & gas petal combinations, finally got it after 4 more attempts, DID. NOT clean windshield, or vacuum front floor, also front tires not inflated to proper pressure, Had to do it myself, This is why Im a self taught mechanic for the past 38 yrs. Unforantly my employer makes me go to jiffy losers, will have to try another location, to possibly get first class full service

The guys here were able to change my oil and cabin air filter without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and eager to sell you things that you didnt know you needed. Glad to pay the extra few dollars to ensure my car is running smoothly. My only complaint is that they were not able to rotate my tires because they had just painted the lift bay. The correct way to make up the inconvenience would have been to offer a free tire rotation for next time considering I had spent $150, but all they offered was $5 off the tire rotation. I will be back.

Despite telling the tech I needed an oil change & tire rotation, they were only going to do the rotation. He originally projected it only taking 10-20 minutes but actually ended up being almost an hour and a half. I would NOT have stayed if I knew that was the true time. Everyone who was there before me & several people who came in after me had already left. One of the employees was extremely apologetic & professional about the situation (Zach, what a cool dude!) & tried to get me a free oil change for next time... no go, manager wouldnt allow it. He at least tried to fix the situation, so kudos on his part. The only thing I got out of this experience was a few missed appointments later in the day & an apology. They also didnt bother to windex the windows or vacuum the floors, which is supposed to be done with every oil change... really? Overall put a bad taste in my mouth.

Everytime i go, they over charge! Their only goal is to rip off the customer. They dont even tell you before charging you with something.They have to reach daily sales limit. Also please be careful when you ask them for brakes change. If you are Indian and a girl never step in there they will rip you off based on your appearance.I beleive they will replace with second hand parts for brakes and will Charge you like crazy. My perfectly cinditoned brakes were replaced with noisy ones and chraged me 800$.I will give a half star if i can! I hope their managers see this review and change their attitude towards their customers.

They were nice, but I just went for an change and they nearly destroyed my engine. They overfilled my car with oil and my engine started shaking a couple weeks after the oil change. I had to go to my local mechanic and thankfully they fixed the damage before too much wear and tear on my engine. This was about July 2016. Just be careful to anyone that goes in there for an oil change.

Nothing great about their service-Took close to an hour, arriving around 9:45am on a Monday.Price for a full synthetic oil change in line with competitors (if you print a $10 coupon ahead of time).The complementary interior vacuum service is a joke, just as much stuff on the floor mats when I brought it in; complementary window washing left streaks on windows that were clean when I brought the car in. Wouldve been better off just telling them not to do either.The kicker is charging $24.99 + tax for a tire rotation on a small 4-door sedan. I dont own a jack (aside from the dinky one that comes with the spare tire) and my car was already there so I went ahead and did it for the convenience. Total rip off.Long story short- avoid. There are plenty of other shops within a quarter mile that are better options.

Been going to this place for a few years now just got the worst oil change ever mechanic dropped oil all over the inside of my engine compartment about a half or full quart didnt notice till my belts were squeekiing and smoke was coming from the engine didnt even make it out of their parking lot had to clean it up took a whole roll of paper towels luckly I had on the truck thankfully I didnt drive it home and find it in my driveway total scumbag and Ill never ever go back I recommend to stay away from this place
