They were very nice . I listened to the the reviews and went with them they were very professional. They communicated, the got it done in a reasonable amount of time and it was a good price. Definitely will go back again. I love supporting these small businesses!!

Lady answered the phone was horrible. I asked her how much CV axle replacement would be. She said depends on how fast we could get the parts. I said what if I bring them with? She replied “we don’t have customers bring in parts, we have to make money on the parts to stay in business” then instantly hangs up. Didn’t try to make a deal or anything this girl should be fired. No wonder they have to make money on the parts to stay in business with the rude lady working there. FYI I was being totally nice to her and she was rude as could be. So sad that’s how this world is going.

Big O Tires tried to rip me off on a simple alignment handing me a $1100 quote on front end when I personally just replaced everything myself. I brought it home and tightened an adjustment bolt. Brought it to this place the next morning and they aligned it perfectly. Treated me with respect and were honest with me. Intelligent alsoI do most of my mechanic stuff myself but I do recommend this place

Joe and Donna have been taking care of my family for years. They are honest, very well priced, and the work is so above par. Joe works hard and fast, without sacrificing quality. Donna is great at calling and communicating in simple terms so the average person who may not know a lot about cars can understand the situation. Family owned and family ran, they really are the best in Norman.

My mother-in-law needed new brake pads and rotors ASAP. The pads were worn so the metal was rubbing and making a loud screeching sound. I search google for the closest brake shop and found A & B Automotive. They did an outstanding job at a very fair price!The car also had an issue that drained the battery. I asked them to take a look and they found out that the car shifter wasnt completely going into park. This was draining the battery slowly each day. They fixed the problem and only charged me an extra $37.50 for labor. They could have easily taken advantage of me like almost every other repair shop has done in the past. The car is working perfectly thanks to A & B!If you are looking for an honest mechanic look no further!

Took my truck here when the I found out I had a cylinder misfiring after I had taken it to auto zone and got a diagnostic done on it. I had another problem with my truck the next day when I shook something loose and asked them to take a look at it again. They had it fixed within the hour free of charge and sent me on my way with a smile. The guy who fixed it answered any questions I had about the truck or what was fixed on it with detail which was super helpful. This is a small local business but yet the best auto service I have found in Norman after living here for 7+ years. Will go back and I do recommend.

My car wouldnt go into park. Had it towed to A & B on Saturday and first thing Monday morning it was checked and the problem fixed before the end of the day. The mechanic could have taken advantage since I didnt know what was wrong but he fixed it for a little over a hundred and that included diagnostic, parts and labor. Will definitely use this place again. Thx A & B.😀

My lit Sis had her pickup checked to see why her engine was leaking oil. She had 3 shops check all all said she had a rear main seal leaking and that it would cost about $1,500.00 to fix. She called me, BIG BROTHER, so I took it to A & B Auto Repair per my neighbors recommendaction. I did - when I received a call from the mechanic he said the OIL PRESSURE SENDING UNIT WAS VERY LOOSE, about to fall out, and that it would cost about $20.00 to fix. Thing is he could have lied to me and I would have believed it, but he didnt. You know - A & B Auto Repair IS MY ONLY REPAIR SHOP FOR EVERYTHING. Its about time that there is someone/ place you can trust!
