Had my truck 9 hours; paid for tires and alignment but they said they couldn’t get my truck in for alignment; also never put air in tires so PSI was 15-20 off. I wouldn’t not recommend taking your vehicle here. Discount Tires is your best choice

Every time I talk to someone from this particular hibdon they have a attitude and a smart mouth its ridiculous if your having a bad day take it home dont dump it on your potential customers 1 star is generous Im a nice guy its ridiculous

Ive been coming here for years now and its Tiffanys customer service and honesty that keeps bringing me back. Hibdons tire service and warranties also make it a no brainer when I have a tire need.

They were really nice here, but it took forever for them to tell me that I need to buy 3 tires instead of just one. Very expensive flat tire.

I get my tires from Hibdon because they offer free repair on tires if you get nails etc in tire. Today was a horrible experience. I thought I had a nail in my tire because it was losing pressure. Come to find out after waiting 2 and a half hours to be told it was something else. I have told them I have a new number but they have failed to update system with new number. I was sitting outside and instead of someone coming and getting me they let me wait till I finally decided to check why a nail to be replaced takes that long. Looking for new suggestions on getting my tires and services done? Very disappointed.Update on tireI left after 3 hr waiting and found an honorable company who repaired my tire by removing nail.The Hibdon tire is dishonest. They not only made me wait so long but told me my tire was not able to be repaired.When someone shows you who they are...trust them.

The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they are Hibdons and their warranties and product quality are excellent, otherwise I would have given them just 1 star for customer service. I ordered my tire the day before and had an appt but still had to wait for 4 hours for just 1 tire replacement. I was not told how busy they were. If I would have known I would have waited a day or 2 before driving up 30 miles.

I was visiting the area and about to travel back to Dallas when I found a huge screw stuck in my tire. I call Hibdon 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Jessica told me to come right over. They repaired my tire and had me on my way in an hour. Treated me with total respect and didnt charge me! Talk about going above and beyond!!! Love this place!! Thank you Jessica!

Hibdons will always be my spot, the experience at this location had me a little stranded and angry with multiple returns to rebalance brand new tires they installed.

I’ve been here a couple of times in the last year and they always have a terrible attitude. They act like they’re bothered to be attending to customers.Most recently I was met with negative attitude throughout the entire experience. Avoid this particular store unless you like to be treated badly.

If you are a walk in, you are likely to be in for a wait so my suggestion is to either have someone accompany you so you can drop your vehicle off, or make an appointment. I had an appointment and it only took just over an hour for a tire repair/replacement, a balance and a rotation. That was a very pleasant surprise. Negatives were that my tech forgot to advise me he was replacing my tire because it was covered by warranty (this takes away your options on resolution but honestly didnt effect me) and the tire pressure notification was still on when I got my vehicle back. It seems that resolving that warning would be automatic with any service.Overall, this was a great visit with friendly and efficient service.

Took my vehicle in last Monday for a rotate and balance normally it takes them about 2 hours with an appointment. Well this time it was only like 30 minutes which kinda shocked me. I hear my truck start and then hear the guy reve my truck. It has a muffler delete so its noticeable then a couple minutes later they tell me its ready. When I get in my truck to leave the guy had cranked my radio up also normally i would have went in but had to get my son picked up and was running a little behind so I left. Well get on the road and you can definitely tell they had balanced them at all so when I finally got home I looked at my wheels that I had marked on the inside with tire chalk and seen that they had never been rotated either if I wouldnt have been in a hurry I would have caught it then. So Ill never be back for sure Ill take my truck to Walmart before I go back.

Ill start by saying that my last set of tires were purchased from Discount Tires prior to today. After a lot of research on what next tire to buy I ended up at this location for Hibdon Tires about 2 weeks ago and happened to meet my new favorite service advisor, Tiffany. She found me the best price for my 35x12.5-20 Falken Wildpeak AT3 tires. She also let me know about theyre $100 off discount that started today, so I waited the two weeks to take advantage of the discount. I didnt think to have them ship the tires prior to today though. I stopped in this morning and she ordered them from their warehouse and had them delivered by 2:30 today. I made it there at 3:30 and they had me wrapped up before the end of the day with my new set of tires and an alignment. As a matter of fact the staff stayed late until I left an hour after closing. I love the quiet ride and look of the new tires! Im hoping to get 80,000 miles out of these as I have heard others have.Hibdon Tires has definitely earned my business back for tires thanks to Tiffany and their staff!

I have always had great experience here. Tiffany and Tanner always go out of there way to make sure I’m taken care of from the quality of service on my vehicle, giving me an accurate estimate of how long the service will take and of course making sure I get the best deal.

Nice staff but they will pack there workload so heavy you will be there for hours. Be prepared to sit for a long time or to just drop it off

Phenomenal service! We had a blow out on the interstate, and a good citizen gave us a ride to the shop. At first we were told the wait time was an hour, but after explaining the situation the guy running the register made sure no new customers were coming in and took care of the tire himself. In and out in about 20 minutes. I wish I could remember his name, because he was one of the heroes in our adventure today. Would highly recommend them.

Dropped off a tire Friday afternoon around 4pm. Brought my wheel and tire in. Told Tiffany I wanted matching tread. She said she didnt have it in stock but could check the warehouse in OKC. She said they had it. Could have it Monday. Monday I go by after work and pay. They go to load it in my truck and its not the same tread. Jason was helping this time. He told me to check with him Tuesday afternoon. I called Tuesday and wouldnt you know it. Jason scheduled a vacation day and nobody knows anything about it. Called Wednesday and got Jason back on the phone. He finally told me he couldnt get it. I told him Id be by after work. Gave him a few hours notice. Showed up around 415pm and he said Ill have to wait and might can get to it. Im now 5 days with a car on the side of a highway. At this point Ive lost my patience and they just lost a loyal customer...

I went in to have tires replaced today and i was really pleased to see everyone wearing masks clerks as well as most of the public. The chairs were at least 6 feet apart. It felt comfortable and their response time was great! Also the added bonus was they accommodated to my need to my hearing loss and my being a lipreader by writing down what I didnt understand as they had to keep their masks on. They were patient and courteous. I may go there again for other services!

I just left my vehicle with them for 5 hours. I was told Id have new tires and an oil change done within 3. 5 hours. My ride had to leave, the vehicle was never touched and I had to cancel the deal because they could not get it done in time. This would not be that big of a deal except I noticed the 7 empty service bays and employees on smoke break. I will not be back to do business with Hibdons

I liked the experience and this tire was even cheaper than at Discount tire. I was surprised when I found that out. Will definitely go back for the last tire to be changed out. Thank you ☺️

I’ve been waiting for nearly 3 hours and they didn’t even move my car until about a 1/2 hour ago. I had to miss a doctors appointment and work to deal with this. Not to mention I’m 3 hours behind on having to take my medicine for pain and now we’re being told it’s going to be another 30 minutes to an hour.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SLOW PEOPLE

I had to get a valve stem repaired to make my drive back home to Texas. Tiffany was friendly, energetic, quoted an accurate ETA for repairs and she even had the guys plug a nail that I did not know about. They were busy, but my vehicle was ready before the promised time. Very professional and courteous and they didn’t even charge me for these repairs. Thanks for helping get me home!

I had called last week to make an appointment and get a quote. I used to run a garage for years and I knew what to ask so there wouldnt be any surprises. I was told if I needed brakes it would be around $175 - $180. Total time to be serviced was 1.5 - 2 hours. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment but my truck wasnt pulled in until 10 a.m....an hour late. They never gave me an update or reason. Then they told me I needed rear brakes and a bearing. I dont doubt what I may need but all of a sudden Im looking at $595 for just the brakes. I questioned 2 things...why was I told 1.5 - 2 hours for the brake service to be done and it had already been that long for just an inspection. And 2nd, how could I be quoted so much less when I had specifically asked worse case scenario before coming here. They threw it all back on me. Terrible customer service. I moved from here to Kentucky 20 years ago and this was the place to go back then. The men here were rude, short with me, had attitude and made excuses for everything. Also, the man that quoted me over the phone said, I didnt misquote you. I have 10 years experience in this business. Well guess what? So do I. I ran a very successful garage in Bowling Green, Kentucky and I always did my very best to take care of my customer. Never use Hibdons if you can help it.

I came in to this location to have a tire check done on a tire that was slowing losing air. I was told that I had a nail in my tire that was “too close to the sidewall” and that it needed a replacement. I was told that they didn’t have the tire I needed but they offered some alternative options instead, which I declined. I have a mustang with staggered tires and this particular tire is one that’s not commonly in stock. Long story short, I ordered the correct tire from my local Michelin dealer. Upon arrival, I gave my Michelin case number as Michelin offers discounts for tire replacement due to roadside hazards. However, when the dealer took the tire off, they informed me that there was no need for a replacement, just a patch. They walked me to the Bay Area to see for myself that I had been mislead at Hibdon.

This location has a great staff! They are nice and helpful, plus wonderfully knowledgeable of any needs related to your vehicle. I highly recommend using their services for your tire and vehicle needs.

The staff in the lobby are very helpful and very polite. However the people in the shop working on your vehicle are another story. Im not trying to be rude. Im just being honest and sharing my experience. Took my car there to have some work done, they out bad brake pads on my vehicle and did not machine my rotors correctly. They did fix the issue free of charge upon my telling them I didnt want to pay for it. Things in this line of work shouldnt have issues. It should be done correctly the first time every time. I also had to wait to schedule an appointment for almost 3 weeks, despite their mess up. Life goes on, its just irritating to wait on something that should have been done right the first time. In my opinion I should have been rushed or been able to schedule an immediate appointment. But hey they did fix it. So overall its eh. Probably will not be going back and would not recommend, being that you dont want your vehicle to be operated on incorrectly or with faulty parts.

I called this business the day before and asked for an estimate which they provided and I asked if could have an appointment. The person I talked to said just bring it by and we will get you taken care of. So I dropped my car today at 10:00am and at 3:30pm they were still not done. The people kept telling me that my car was next, next, next. I lost a whole day and I am still waiting on them to fix my blasted vehicle. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again, so unprofessional, so inconsiderate, definitely do not recommend. Seriously look for anywhere else to get your vehicle serviced.

The two men that work at the front desk Im assuming they cant hack it in the shop are very rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Always have an attitude when you dont take their recommendations and/or spend extra money been here since 8 to get a new tire and its now 945 and vehicle still is in the shop!!! Discount tire here I come!!!

Kyle (I believe that’s his name) was going around asking customers if there was anything he could do for us while we waited which he didn’t seem to have to do. Also they’re pretty inexpensive and I never have to wait very long to get back on the road at this location. I plan on coming to them with any car issues in the future. :)

I love going to Hibdons, because I always get great service. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and patient. I bought new tires from them. Routinely get my oil changed there. I received an alignment, balanced my tires, fixed my tires. You are normally in and out in an hour or less.

I would not go back to this store the one off I 240 didn’t do my alignment right and tore the bottom of my fender. So I go to the Norman store hopingfor an better experience I made an appointment for 3 didn’t get my truck pull in until 4 then one of the technicians broke my grab handle and didn’t say nothing to me but left behind grease prints. Didn’t even get a chance to get my tires balanced because of all this. All day wasted due to Hibdon...

I Purchased A full set of new tires at this location with a full warranty. I was told upon purchase if I had any issues with the tires to just call and they would fix them. Today at work I noticed I had a nail in my tire I called Hibdon tires and they told me the soonest they could fix my tire is Friday. “I explained I didn’t feel safe driving back and forth to work with a nail in my tire.” all they could say was that they “were sorry.” So basically, the warranty I purchased was a waste of money and is worthless!

They generally do a great job! Tiffany is awesome! I feel like my needs/safety come first not money.

Friendly, professional, and fast (it was expected to take a while due to them being busy, but they completed the job faster than anticipated).

Ive been trading here for about 20 years... both before and after the location burned down, and before and after it was sold. Ive consistently experienced excellent service, reasonable prices, and friendly associates.

I had scheduled an alignment. They checked and found my passenger rear tire had separated inner liner from outer layer which caused a bulge and the subsequent vibration I was feeling. I replaced the tire and had wheels balanced and it runs very smooth and vibration free. I did not need the alignment after all.

I could not be more happy with a place. They were great. Friendly, funny just a pleasure to be there.

Save yourself some time and just go to jones tires or rnr tires

Bruce Street seriouslyZak Strozewski called to set an appointment to get a new tire, tire rotation & oil change, the lady Tiffany says they can do the tire & rotation but will not do oil changes on appointments only walk-ins so he would have to come back ! Whatttt the heck is that ! So he waits 3 days goes to Hibdons for new tire, rotation & oil change. After more than an hour wait he’s told we will not do an oil change but we can get you a tire & rotation done by 5pm then you can just come back for an oil change. Hibdons exactly what day do you actually do OIL CHANGES AT THIS LOCATION SERIOUSLY!Bruce Street seriously

All of the employees are very welcoming, energetic, and happy to help. One employee walked around and asked if she could get anyone some water or coffee, or if anyone wanted her to check on their car. Very happy with how this place is ran!

Customer service and hospitality is decent. Actual car service and processing is extremely slow. I was told theres usually an hr wait period.. Never again for a simple tire change.

Ive been using discount tire for years but I happen to stop in the hibdon shop on a Sunday because I wanted to mount the original wheels on my classic Camaro. I talked to Tyler at west side of Norman and he personally swapped out the wheels and tires and hibdon didnt even charge me a dime. Im going to switch to hibdon for all my cars tires and everything they offer there.

Great place at Great prices! They actually stand by their warranty, which is rare now days. Very pleased with the quality of the service and products. You cant beat the six months no finance charge. It allows us to get tires for the vehicles without a major drain on the finances, just pay it off and you save so much. My only complaint would be that they are so good that they are usually very busy so you end up waiting for a while even with an appointment.

Came in because my left front tire, or suspension was making noise and I wanted to find out what it was. Was told there was no noise and that they couldnt identify anything but I still hear and feel a noticeable clang when driving.I usually always get car work done here because I figured it was safe and reliable but this time around I feel like I was overlooked :/

It was okay my truck drives better now I have the alignment done but they took forever I dropped it off at 1:30 went back 10 mins till 4 pm because I never got a call saying it was done and it was done but I would have liked getting a call to let me know it was done

I made a reservation to get my tires rotated and balanced and they finished it in 45 minutes. The other times I have just gone and waited and it took forever! But this time it was a much better experience.

We have received great customer service twice now from this store. Our first time time the technician Robert brought to our attention an issue that we would need to address soon after we got our ailment. Jessica in the front was very friendly and helpful. Our second visit was on the issue that Robert said needed to be addressed and it was fixed in no time at all. We were greeted by the manager, Tiffany, and she took great care of us. The staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend this place for your tire plus needs.

Needed a flat fixed on a Hibdons tire, I was told there were a few people ahead of me, 3 hours later I left. Another customer told me had been there for 5 hours. I drove 1 mile to Discount Tire, 15 minutes later flat fixed, no charge, I was back on the road. Discount Tire has my business from now on. Rating N/A

Walked in with no appointed for 2 new tires and left with new tires for a GREAT price in just a little over an hour. Everyone was very nice and really tried to get me the best price for what I needed! I will definitely come back for my back tires before winter.

Im sitting here waiting for my new tire to be put on--the one I ordered about noon today and was called a little after 4pm to say it was in the store. The man on the phone said to wait at least 30 mins to an hour because there were 4 people in front of me. I got here at 4:45pm. When we got to the counter, the man didnt seem to know what I needed. There seemed to be a breakdown of management or communication between everyone--customers and fellow employees alike because not only am I still waiting here after the store has offically closed, I have heard the employees having to let other customers down because of false promises. If they couldnt have gotten my tire in and on in the promised time, I would have been fine to wait or find another place to accomodate me. My last experience at a Hibdon in Moore, OK had not been a good one either and that was 8 years ago. I probably should have listened to my misgivings about trying it again. I know people make mistakes and I can forgive, but it seems that false promises at Hibdons is a consistent and long time issue with how Hibdon allows their stores to operate. Maybe they ought to figure out a better way to serve, but it seems more people have positive experiences. I wish I could say the same. I will, hopefully, get my tire and car soon, and I hope the work will be done correctly.

By far the best Hibdons around. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. My only suggestion if you don’t want to wait forever because they are ALWAYS busy is to make an appointment. They always apologize and go above and beyond when it takes longer than expected. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Dont bring a tire here for a flat repair. Had to plug my tire on the side of the road so i could make it in only to be told they would not touch it because its a liability. Ill take it to a shop that knows what they are doing and not trying to sell me an over priced tire. Do yourself a favor and go to jones tire or rnr tire at least they dont try to lie to your face.

This has been a great shop that I have used for years and years. Similar to Firestone, the employees are honest and always willing to help. The men and women who were able to help me out this holiday season are amazing. Short dtory- daughter had an accident Thanksgiving night. the team at Hibdons got her fixed up and out the door next day. I saved roughly $500 with blackfriday and some other deals they helped me out with. Honestly never had bad work and they stand behind their warranties 99% of the time. The 1% they cant, theyll at least help make it right for you the best they can. Tires are competitive, labor for repairs are as well. Definitely recommend

I have done a lot of business here. The alignment service is legit, tire services are too. They are constantly under staffed but find a way to make their skimpy management issues not My problem. Waited over two hours and then they said I didnt schedule appointment the day before but I did. Went Firestone on 36th the next day and they had me in and out in an hour.

Excellently helpful, friendly staff and very prompt service with appointment. Even the walk-ins seemed to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time for basic service needs. Shop is clean, waiting area even cleaner and the staff keeps you updated an whats going on with your vehicle.

Super friendly staff and fair pricing. Plenty of services offered and nothing is out of this world. That said many of their tore prices are on the high side. You could find many lower prices at places like Discount or even Walmart. Still not a bad place.

Good service but typically long weights to get stuff done due to being busy. And I recommended getting second opinion on service work outside tire.
