My husband and I have been trying to get up with their finance department for almost 2 years to figure out whats going on with our payments and we always get hung up on with no answers. Had no letters or anything since covid hit.

Ive purchase several vihicles from auto connection while, they where in newport news, they treated with fareness while they where located in newport news lot, however sense theredeparture due to the pandamic. they had my hyndai sonota for over a month an 1/2, sense then, ive. Contacted a few laweryers for thei ncident, sense ive hadnt gotten any answers either.

Had to pick up a vehicle to transport back to New York show Kevin Thomas that work there the pick up slip from my phone and I emailed it to him it’s not my problem that your printer don’t work properly waited two hours before they release the car

They sell lemons a few months after having the car transmission was smoking & it had a bad leak & it wasn’t covered under warranty which I only had the car 4 months at the time. I had to pay a deposit for them to fix it & the car was In The shop for 2 weeks & left me w/o transportation.. fast forward just had to replace my own battery bc it would’ve been the same thing of waiting to get it fixed for 2 weeks & not have any transportation.. & now the brakes are out it’s something new everyday with my car it’s a lemon & they expect you to make a payment on a car you constantly have problems with & you just got it I don’t even want this car anymore bc of all the problems I’ve had since I’ve gotten it & it hasn’t even been a year .

Love Mac Mac, they are always very friendly, they have great deals, if I send someone to them and they drop my name I get 100.00$ off my payment if they purchase a car. You cant beat that. The ladies when I call there are the best. I am confident I will buy another vehicle from them.

No communication at all from the tech when you leave your car with them. Been out of a car for three weeks now. I set an appointment up with Norfolk auto connection because the one in hampton close down. I had find a way back home because they close up the shop at 6 didnt even give me a call to let me know they keeping my jeep after i call at 1:30pm to check the status they said they will call me back to let me know. STILL NO ONE CALL. I had keep calling everyday to see whats the update on my car because i am struggling trying find ways to get around. They give me a date that it will be done since i drop it off sept 27, they told me give them til 15. Call today on 10/11 to make sure. They saying still waiting on a part, a call would be nice. Then they get mad because you keep calling. Its hard getting a rental because its costing more then your car payment, i just got my car in feb. just so frustrated .

I came in to find something cheap and reliable & Ken helped me get into a reallyyyyy nice car. He was knowledgeable and able to answer everyyy one of my questions. He was kind and courteous and I didn’t feel hassled to buy anything. I would 1000% recommend them to anybodyy

Be careful buying a vehicle here theyre all wrecks or tore up cars that they fix and sell to you at high dollar and you have to bring it back every week to be fixed but they dont fix it and youre stuck without a vehicle while they do it.

This post is for a friend. I was the ride. So make sure your warranty is spelled out to you. They are not so great on that. My friends issue was said to be one thing. They noticed another system down. Fixed the first said their repair would fix the other. Duhh!! Not the case. Their mistake. Had to take the car back. No rental for their mistake. Super bad service on the maintenance side

Just brought a car from here. Vehicle had several issues not even a week after i drovebit off the lot. The service department is amazingly helpful and honest. However the salespersons that work here lie more than trump. I would not recommend this place even if its your last option take the bus in stead.

I guess this just isnt my year! My daughter passed on 4/27 my psychologist suggest I shop and since a big loss I bought a van on 5/10! Its a gourgeous van I love it! I was happy till I called to get the oil changes promised to me by Ricky Gregory along with free inspections since I purchased it there! Just to be told they stopped doing that 5 days before hand! But he used it as a sales pitch! Im just devastated! The thing that was suppose to make me feel better has brought more stress and sadness! I held up my end and payed my dues! Now im afraid my beautiful van is gonna have problems.... that was one reason I bought it! I would definitely record the sales pitch and anything promised or get it in writing! The van was towed 3 different times the first week I bought it! But... it was handled promptly! Just devastated about the oil changes and inspections, I think i should be compensated by at least$500 off the final price! Stand behind your word and employees and admit when your wrong! Im not trying to get anything free... just what was supposed to be in the deal I was promised! Pleassseeee help!!:That response was just as lame as him using it as a sales pitch!!!!!!!

This is the best place to buy a car if you cant get bank financing but be prepared to spend triple what the auto is worth after financing. Thats right, three times the amount of nada suggested retail cost. The car we looked at had unreported damage that was repaired so I asked if they could come down on the price. Prices are set and when I asked about these facts the salesman got frustrated and short. No negotiations. Not a good look. But hey if you cant get a car anywhere else and need to finance with no or low credit this is the best place for you. Good luck!

Upon meeting associate I ask about one of the vehicles I seen online. He did inform that he didnt have any of the vehicles I was interested in. Then I asked about the other location and he said he didnt know what they have, just like they dont know what he has. I still was willing to fill out an application as a cosigner for my brother and the sales associate said if we didnt live together then I couldnt cosign. NEVER have I heard that before ANYWHERE. Just bought a car from them last week! Staff was excellent! Its obvious they have courteous professionals here. They always had a smile on their faces. They were polite, professional, and pleasant. You know when you walk onto a dealerships property, you start to get that feeling like you have to have your guard up and be ready to do battle. Well, this experience was the exact opposite. They arent flashy. They wont offer you a pedicure, or a movie, but they will offer you something to drink (water, coffee) while you wait.
