The ambiance makes shopping feel like such an outing! The associates are super helpful. The clothes are great but I always seem to find a great book there: I bought a great book on Keith Haring. There are lots of great gift ideas there as well.

Very cool store in the middle of downtown. It’s in a historic building and they did a really cool renovation leaving a lot of the beams and exposed brick. Super cool on the inside with multiple floors. It’s neat to come and walk through even if you don’t find anything. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the have never found anything to buy here.

Urban outfitters is great.. but this location doesn’t hold too many clothing options(especially for men). I prefer to order online from Urban Outfitters.

Called the store to see if they had the clothes i was going to buy online. was able to speak to Juan who was very helpful! he went to search for the items I wanted in the store and did a great job at finding a lot of them. Set the items aside for me so I could get them later. Juan is an awesome employee!! customer service top notch! thanks again:)

They have the worst customer service. If you have any issues with online orders they are never able to provide a resolution! They will just take your money and tell you to dispute their charges with your bank. Their website auto populated my old address for shipping and when I asked them to update the address before it reached the carrier they refused and told me they could not help me even though I told them my merchandise would go to the wrong person and I wouldn’t get my $70 sweatshirt

So happy that my favorite store is much closer to home. I have been seven times since the opening and I must say this store has a very friendly and helpful staff! I will say they need to carry more shoes though.

The manager there I forgot her name but she was so amazing super sweet and helpful. Definitely will shop at this location again.

BOGO 50% off BDG AllOver the store. Windows had at least 6 posters. Went to the counter with 2 BDG shorts. “Oh, these are not included” It’s almost September!! I’m trying to buy your surplus of shorts. Ok! I left. No sale. Poor business practice.

Ive always loved this store its very cool and I like their clothes and miscellaneous little items all over the store. Not to mention the staff is very friendly which isnt common for a lot of these stores who try to hire people who are fashionable,quirky,or edgy. While those kinds of people create the atmosphere stores like these try to offer you often find that these personss personalties are not right for a job/customer service oriented surroundings. Its good to see that they obviously just dont hire people for the look but, rather a personality as well. While the clothes are pricy I enjoy going here when I have a few bucks to spend and its always a worthy trip. Just wish they would open one in the Hampton or Newport News area haha.
