This place is organized and I was able to find what I needed. The cute guy at the register helped me pick my hairstyle. When he was helping me, he was very patient. I didn’t feel rushed into buying something like other beauty supply stores. I highly recommend this place!

They are not nice to people they think black people are going to steal in there stores

I visited this store on 8/26/20 to purchase hair gel and a sleep mask. Upon entering I asked the female at the register if they had the sleep masks. She directed me to something other than that. When I attempted to ask about the gel, she walked away and went to another customer. The male at the counter directed me to the gel. I walked to the cosmetics section, but female directed me to come pay, even after I told her that was looking for something else. I went to Counter to pay, but questioned her about her behavior. Her response was to laugh. When I told her that it wasnt funny, she continued giggling. I left items at counter and let her know that it was evident that my business was not appreciated. It is worth mentioning that I am a 60+ professional Black female, not a kid trying to steal $5.00 worth of merchandise.

I love this store cause it has so many great hair products plus wigs to also include variety of crochet hair. Plus they have great jewelry too!

Very helpful staff especially lady in wig section and young man at cash register. Excellent customer service was provided when I was looking to find out when a particular storage bag would be restocked. Information was given when possible new shipment would arrive which I received a courtesy call for how many I requested to hold.

Hair prices are always reasonable. They have a great selection on hair and products. They always have someone that can help. Alot of different products from natural hair products. To relaxers, hair color, wigs, make up and much more.

The young lady that walks around is always helpful. Prices are comparable to similar stores in the area.

The worst beauty supply store in the Hampton Roads area! The owner and his workers are bigots. It does not take a genius to figure out when one is being watched more than others among other things. The microaggressions are obvious against certain customers. I will not ever go back to this store! People, stop patronizing while you are AHEAD. They DO NOT appreciate good customers.

Wigs overpriced. You should NOT be paying $45+ for a synthetic, non-laced wig...under no circumstances. Visiting from WDC and wigs were MORE here!! No way!

Good place reasonable prices

Visited the store today and was shopping around with my friend. This short lady near the ponytail pieces kept following behind us. And kept acting like she was looking at the hair. I dont know if she thought we wanted to steal anything because all the hair is bottom of the barrel garbage. Just wanted to say Im unsatisfied with my visit and she made my friend & I uncomfortable. Will not be returning. But I will say the guy that assisted my friend at the register was nice. Also I had my child in her stroller hard to move around with boxes all over the damn floor.
