Super fast service! like lightning fast. this is as close to an Indy pit crew as your going to find to get some used rubber on your car. pull up, and you literally will usually be greeted in the parking lot, before you even go in... and they might direct you right into a service lane before you even park if its not busy. got many used tires there and usually its about 15 minutes from when i pull in to when im back out on the road. amazing.prices are also fair or better. the guys are pretty friendly, too. wish every business was like this.

Terrible service… I asked for assistance and the guy sat in his seat on his phone and didn’t want to offer assistance at all I asked for help several times and the guy (Filipino) went on a rant about military doing what they want and wasting tax dollars …. I was respectful and asked if they did tire repair literally the only words other than asking for help and he still didn’t want to answer I ended up leaving and going to NTB who is more friendly

Decent and cheap tires. They also lost my spare tire after taking it off of the car.

The service place has had my relative car for nearly 4 months. We took it there to have a minor repair and when we picked it up after 2 months had to turn around on the way home because it was dragging. Most of time there is one repairman. The other is either not thete or doesnt have time to answer the phone. I sent my son over to check in person since the phone isnt answered and someone said it would be ready Friday. Today is the next Friday because it wasnt ready last Friday as promised. Now we have to return Monday. Go somewhere else even if it cost you more.

Great place for tires. This man sold us a used tire that looked bran new but ended up blowing out down the road.. I called him up and unlike most used tire places, this man said bring it back in and Ill take care of you. I did just that the next day and he kept his word. I came to get my transmission fluid filter replaced & a fluid fill & end up with broke break lines that werent broke before he lifted my car up on the alignment jack which the previous day he told me he couldnt use but had no problem using it today. Now I have to pay for a problem I didnt have & Im without a car. They inconvenience my life & charged me for it.

The owner is very nice, I went to have my tire changed because I had what I thought a slow leak in my tire. He warned me it was a good tire well I still had to keep putting air in it and couldnt understand why. He told me the piece on the rim that you use to pump air had a crack in it I thought wow its always something, but he fixed it with no problem. I had to pay but I was just tired of pumping air in the tire.

This place is awesome came here on a Saturday. We were in and out in literally 10 minutes. Gave us the best deal in Norfolk for a tire and trust me we called around. I will def. be back. Thank yall for the awesome service.

I went there and had tires mounted and balanced. When I left there my truck was shaking real badly. I returned and they rebalance only the 2 front tires which were out of balance. They refused to check the back ones. They claim the front ones were balanced however when they checked them they moved the weights. If they were balanced properly they would not have had to move the weights. Then to top it off they were rude, and unprofessional. I had went there to have other work done and they told me they would call me with a estimate and they never did. Dont go there if you dont like your vehicle shaking.

This is a good place to go. Prices are very reasonable as well . Went in for tire and balance rotation only cost me $30 . I highly recommend this place.

Went to this establishment on 3/2/20 at 945am to get an alignment. First of all, no one acknowledges you right away when you pull in. The professionalism is not there at all! After figuring out who the manager was, I asked for an alignment. He then pointed to a gentleman who was outside walking around on the phone near the service area. The gentleman asked if I wanted a 2-wheel or 4-wheel alignment. He then asked for me keys and got in my car and drove away for 5-7 minutes. While he was away I explained to the manager that his employee did not say what he was doing with my car or what was going on. The manager says he is test driving your car. I said ok that’s all he had to say! There was another employee listening to the conversation and reported back to his coworker that was test driving my car. Once he returned he confronted me about what I said and I confirmed it. I then asked for my keys back and left! Unprofessional, and unproductive. You should never confront a customer !!!

Clearly the mechanic was taking advantage of military service men since they know you have money in your pocket. Charged my daughter for services she doesnt need and you can find the parts 1000x cheaper yourself. My daughter doesnt know anything about cars and was told to replace a another certain part when its the only x part that was needed. My daughter was expecting 200 dollars labor and parts but with those extra replacements that my daughter didnt ask for, she was charged 500 dollars. Please stay away and find another place to get your car fixed.

Friendly with great prices

Just terrible, came in for a tire and to replace studs. It took a day and a half, when we did get it back, breaks gone and hubcap was cracked. I will never ever come here again nor will i recommend to anyone. It was awful. So disappointed.

Excellent service at a fair price! My car was making a funny noise and I brought it in after trying a couple other shops in the area which were unable to figure out the reason for the noise. Here, the mechanic was able to identify the problem immediately and fix it within just a few hours without charging an arm and a leg.

I use to come to this shop all the time. They have the best prices but then they charged me for a tire but plugged my old tire and sold it back to me. Having me stranded on the side of the road a day after i got the tire. Shady business during their slow season. THEY WILL SELL YOU A PLUGGED TIRE. mark your tires b4 you come here. Customer service was very unprofessional. They only take cash to avoid paying taxes probably. Go to j and m tires instead.

Employees used multiple crowbars to install tires on my 2013 Mercedes Benz, eating through the clear coat and powder coat beneath down to bare metal. Then attempted to hide the damage from me. When I mentioned their mistake, they offered ten dollars off the service. After refusing the ten dollars off, a man claiming to be the managed became hostile with me. Filed an insurance claim and received an estimate for the damages to my vehicle, which I presented to the shop. The same man claiming to be the manager on my previous visit now claims to be the owner, and refuses to compensate me unless a court appointed judge orders him to do so. I am now in the process of obtaining legal support to settle the matter. Worst service I have ever had. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

In and out!!! Cheap & Quality!! Called a few other places and they wanted 20+ more dollars than these guys!!! Called the owner ig talked 2 me and was very pleasant and gave me a deal on the tire for my Lexus Truck, Also guaranteed me a good deal upon next retain for remainder of tires!!!People dont understand the automotive business!! So I decided to buy some used tires from this place. For starters they marked the wrong tire down on the receipt, I didnt realize it until I went to get my car inspected 2 days later, and the inspector noticed there was a bubble on the sidewall on the inside of the tire, which is why it was overlooked by me. Ok, took it back, they put a new tire on, no big deal, that was the first strike. Now 2nd strike im noticing the tires are beginning to dry Rot. The tread was probably around 40 %...ok, but after looking at the date 2 months later, the tires are 6 years old!!! You cant be selling 6 year old tires!!!! These tires are end of life, I didnt think of looking at the dated of the tires. I definitely will not purchase tires from here again, and unless you want 6 year old tires I suggest no one else reading this purchase tires from here too . And the messed up thing is, theres nothing I can do about it, I signed a 2 week warranty . SMH They will not get a chance for a third strike.

Quick and friendly. Woke up to a flat tire and had him look at another tire that I had to fill up all the time. Took 15 minutes to get in and another 30 to repair one tire and replace the other, $45 total.

He is always quick and helpful and probably the most reasonably priced in town.

This place is a joke! Worst customer service ever!!! They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility for it. I asked for the owners name and was denied several times and hung up on. I was then advised it was public records and the “tech” told me to look it up then. The “owner/manager/worker” or whatever he was was the most distasteful, unprofessional, unapologetic, jerk I ever encountered. Needless to say I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will NEVER do business with them EVER again! Never take your car here!!!!
