We have used Caddell for all our electric motor needs for 20+ years and gave never once left with a bad taste in our mouths. Our latest trip had Stefan (spelling??) lending us a hand, and he had all the questions and concerns we had about our needs meant with professionalism and utmost courtesy. AMAZING place and people! First of all, I was driving there from Knotts Island NC. I have never been that direction in Norfolk, got totally lost and ended up in a very UNSAFE area. I called Caddell, and the nice young man stayed on the phone with me until I got turned around, and made it back to their area. Once inside, I felt like I was with friends. My pool motor was opened, cleaned, new motor parts and I was out the door within 20 minutes. This motor is a little smaller than what I had, but twice as strong! The jets in my pool are blowing the water so strong, it looks like a jacuzzi! Can’t wait to vacuum! All that power going to my vac hose, it won’t take long to clean the whole pool! The price was GREAT!My new “go to” place when I have a problem!

The CE team knew their stuff, showed me best practices and tricks of the trade for install without being jerks and helped me get my new motor for my pool pump same day. My family and I are real appreciative of Dave, Robin and the crew over there! Never meet them until today and felt like family, great people and service!

Took in a bad sta-rite motor from my irrigation pump. Friendly staff, professional, and very helpful! Their honesty and speedy customer service were top notch. Showed me what the issue with my motor was and gave me my options and cost considerations. They recommended I save my money by keeping the old motor for parts and ordering a whole new pump and motor that would ultimately save me money. Highly recommend.
