Took Jeep into get looked at and an employee backed my car into another vehicle and caused significant damage. Also have had a recall for jeep dashbaord replacement and put the order in about two years ago and still have not received the part. Hard to be a satisified customer when I am constantly getting screwed over and not dealt with straight. I would reccomend to take your vehichle elsewhere.

Do NOT allow these dealers to get away with market adhustment pricing. Just purchased a Ram 3500 for 1000 under MSRP over at the east coast. This sham bag of a family owned biz says its normal to add $ on top for.market adjustment.... well funny thing is i was going to buy a 70000 dollar silver ram 3500 night edition and when i told the dealer i was filing a complaint with Ram, he called me back immediately to tell me the truck sold.... but its still listed 3 weeks later as for.sale. Just a lying car salesman imagine that.... buyers beware of this dealer!!

Responding to the comment that the dealer made to my husbands review as a computer glitch.... really, so adding $5000 to MSRP is a computer glitch when your actual email didnt show the additional dollars but were relayed over the phone when setting up the deal. This dealer is just a bunch of crooks......people beware as other dodge dealers are not acting like this one and taking advantage of people by charging way over MSRP....... $5000 BEWARE!!! They actually told.my husband he is lucky it isnt $10,000 over..... but he got the same truck $1,000 under MSRP in Charlotte NC. Go elsewhere! Horrible customer service and a complaint to Ram corporate has been made.

Will not deal and overpriced, Drive to Broken Bow, Fremont, Omaha, or Lincoln, Worth the drive, Claims used vehicles have jump up in price, which I dont disagree but lowballed me on mine by 5-6K. Saved $9000 on the same vehicle in better shape by doing my homework. Not taking me to the cleaners to pay for that new fancy building.

We had electrical work done had us replace parts that we are not sure needed replaced still couldnt find the issue in my 08 dodge ram still having electric problem after spending 3000 on it and they did things and were on wrong with vehicle and when done left taillight hanging because they didnt screw it back in and still have same electric problem what a waste of 3000 so now taking it to a place that can do the job needed and yep of course cornhiskers wont take responsibility but will keep the three grand well we will also file a claim with bbb...... not happy at all.....

Called and talked to Mike in service about having a 5th wheel prep package installed to my truck. I was given the wrong part number (for a different vehicle), a higher than retail price (for parts), and was told it included $400 worth of additional items that it did not (gooseneck ball setup). He then told me the wiring harness, which only takes minutes to install, will cost triple what the retail price is. To top it off I was quoted 25% more than a dealership in my home town just for labor. When I mentioned the cost discrepancy he said “we won’t do it.” It also took multiple calls of wasted time to even get a quote.It sounds like they are busy enough ripping other people off that they don’t have the time or energy to earn my business. I’m looking to have someone put a 3.75” hole saw to the bed of an $88k truck. Wrong part numbers, wrong package contents, misquoting labor, that’ll earn my confidence.

Josh was helpful and easy to work with. When I decided on a vehicle that was $1,500 less than the one they were trying to sell me, they changed the price on the car I bought. They added $600 to the sticker price and talked over me when I questioned it. They also didnt replace the driver side windshield wiper that they said they would replace during the detail. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership.

I am just tickled with these folks, I bought a two year old crew cab pickup! Dylan Prokopec, my salesman, is a fabulous young man and a great car salesman. I bought the truck largely due to my positive interactions with Dylan over several months I was shopping. Never a hard sell while at the same time infinitely helpful and patient (I must have test driven a half dozen vehicles).Cornhusker was as good as gold regarding a minor issue or two discovered around the time of sale. I will buy my next one from them as well!

I drove 277 miles each way to purchase a slightly difficult to come by used van from Nate M. at Cornhusker auto. I am very pleased with the price I paid, quite happy with the vehicle I got, and I am glad to see that customer service still exists. I spent less than 20 minutes on the phone the night prior and had a signed agreement in hand, I drove up and was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour. There were no high pressure tactics and no bait and switch. On top of that my family who were along for the drive were treated respectfully. The finance lady who helped me fill out the paperwork was helpful and polite. Nate was knowledgeable and a straight shooter answering every question I had and he followed through with everything he agreed to. When I next need a vehicle I will be more than happy to make the drive again. Thanks for being a pleasant place to make a deal.

My husband had transmission trouble on his way to an auction hours away from our home. He pulled in and everyone there was helpful and was able to find out the issue with our pickup even though it was not a scheduled appointment. He was provided a loaner to drive so he could make it to the auction on time. They repaired the problem in a super timely manner and kept in touch, even in the middle of flooding. It was the best service from a dealer experience weve had in a long time. We would definitely recommend these folks to anyone. Nothing less than 5 stars and an A+.

I would like to comment on the professional service that I received from this dealership. I was looking to purchase a Dodge Rebel and ran across one at this dealership. I was fortunate enough to make contact with David Wennekamp . He was very upfront about the purchase price there were no games to be played which is what I admire the most. We made the deal over the phone it was that simple. I do not live in the area but he made arrangements to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Once I got to the dealership the paperwork was all in place and all I needed to do was sign give them a check and I was out the door headed home. David did everything he said he would I want to thank him for that this by far was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made.

Don’t go here to get your interlock recalibrated. They charge three times the amount I paid at my old place. They claimed a half hour labor for less then five minutes of actual work. Unscrew the unit and putting on a machine and then putting it back. The machine takes 5-7 minutes to do the work. So if the do this for that. I don’t think I would not trust them to do anything to my vehicle and not over charge on labor.

We recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and worked with David, he worked really hard to get us into a nice, safe vehicle for our family. He kept in contact with us and even stayed late to make sure we were satisfied! We recommend Cornhusker Auto and specifically David Wennekamp to anyone in the Norfolk area looking to purchase their next vehicle!!

Not a good experience they just Want to upsale you on something brand new, and get their commission. I just want to see some good certified pre owed vehicles for under 20k. And the cornhusker auto centers websight is terrible to navigate.

Genuinely the only place I will ever buy a vehicle.

So after three visits, I finally get my car fixed $1400 later. I was very polite and patient. I give them one star for letting me use a loaner car for each visit. Nevertheless my experience with randy and the owner nick was awful. Twice they misdiagnosed the problem with the front end of the vehicle which I still paid for. I did my research and found out it was the front sway bar bushings that needed replaced. I question because I did not have to drive out the lot to notice they still needed to be fixed after the first two visits. Do the techs check their work after God knows. Nick the owner was rude tried to say the high mileage on the car bs. Asked if I needed a new vehicle come on now. Any how the ultimatum we decided on was if I was right and its the bushings I dont pay for the work or parts and yes I was the issue is fixed picked up the vehicle and was told they wont be working on the car again.ok labor and parts came to $90 for the issue that i pointed out but the issue they pointed out was $1400. I called to let then know all is kosher but no call back. Just own up and lets move on because I have forgiven you and hope to do business again in the near future. Proud Chrysler owner 170,000 miles strong.

Ask for Dylan Prokopec. He was genuinely helpful and friendly, went out of his way to help find what I was looking for without the fakey pushiness you get from a lot of other salespeople, which is why I worked with him to purchase a car rather than one of the dealerships closer to where we live.

Extremely disappointing experience. My service was supposed to get done in one day but did not (which is somewhat understandable). My rims got damaged from changing out tires (again understandable). But the dissapoinging of all is my car takes 6.5 qts of oil with a filter. I brought 10qts of my own oil (two 5qt jugs) and when I checked my oil after driving 600 miles. The dipstick didnt have any oil. So, upon inspection my second jug of oil with 5qts wasnt even opened. Which means only 5 qts was put in a a 6.5qt reservoir. Which also means the technicians didnt even check the dipstick after it got changed. Which I believe may have caused a significant amount of damage. Who knows maybe enough to get a new engine. I dont recommend taking your car here to be maintenanced. Hope to have helped for anybody looking to keep their car on the road.

I have purchased several vehicle from them. The staff is very courteous and I also use the repair shop for all my needs. I have personally worked with Nick Rajee and Justin Maxey and highly recommend any of their staff.

The buying experience was fine until I found out I was sold a vehicle with a safety recall from NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) for passenger airbags that can kill the passenger if they deploy. It just seems that if it is your business to buy and sell cars, NHTSA recalls must be disclosed to a prospective buyer. This dealership failed to disclose a serious safety issue and then when I appealed to trade it back for what I paid for it, No, was their answer. Currently, parts are not available to repair this vehicle. Buyer beware, this dealership puts the buck before your safety.
