The staff greeted me when I came in and they pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. They were very nice and proficient and best of all they had Chicago Bears Orange spray paint. Now in case youre wondering that is Chevrolet orange red engine paint. Let me be clear the price of the paint was fair but I overpaid for high temp engine paint because I was last minute looking for what I needed.

Have had some good experiences here. Recently, not so much. Main reason for this review comes after I ordered the wrong oil pressure sensor for my 5.3. Once I received the part, I removed the old one, and with my dirty hands I compared the 2 sensors, realized I had the wrong part. Went up to Advanced Auto and was told I tried to install the sensor because its dirty. Clearly wouldnt have been able to install it because its the wrong part and half the size of the sensor I needed. $40 paper weight. The dirty wrong part is on the left, next to the old one on the right. Careful with your purchases, as they are stingy with there returns.

Very nice, honest and efficient! Came in after jumping my work truck and they fixed me up right away and tested the starter and alternater as well as cleaning up the corrosion. Jones is awesome!

The two gentlemen working on Sunday 10/18 at 2pm were AMAZING!! Above and beyond support for all of my needs. Im 8 months pregnant, had an online order pickup and got to the store to realize I had a flat tire. They helped me locate the leak and put the fixaflat for temporary help so I could make it to my appointment. My heroes!!

The older gentleman with the USMC face masks is a hero and a legend. I asked for help and he went above and beyond. One other employee did as well. If this location was closer to my house it would be my #1 go-to store.

Went in here because my car stopped detecting my key fob for my push to start car. The guy changed the battery inside the key and gave me a battery check for my car, everything was good. When I tried to use the key fob to turn back on my car it didn’t work. I went back inside for help, guys were clueless.. spent two hours googling and calling around to find out what happened. Called a locksmith to finally give me some answers, turns out the employee put the key fob battery in the wrong way when he replaced it. What a nightmare. Don’t trust they know what they are doing here

Went in today to get their oil change deal ($22 for 5 quarts + oil filter). They didnt carry the oil filter for the deal and wanted to charge me $35 instead for the same oil with a different filter. So either they dont know what theyre doing or theyre trying to rip people off.

Workers are confident and know what theyre talking about. Just in my case with hard to get parts, been a few times Ive gotten the wrong part.

Best big name parts store in the area. Well kept. Clean. Knowledgeable staff.

I guess you have to be a regular customer or 21 to get help in this advance auto. I was traveling out of state when I blew a fuse and stopped in. I have had 5 back surgeries but could not get any assistance putting the fuse in (that was under the dash)but when the little young girls with the short shorts came in for a brake light the guy stumbled to help her. The other guy spend 45mins telling a regular what he needed to rebuild his car and never purchased or ordered a part. How do I know it was 45mins. Thats how long it took for me to get the right fuse for my car because they sold me the wrong ones and I had to do an exchange after putting it in myself.
