Used to offer a discount to military and veterans on everything much like how Autozone and OReillys still do. Now it is only on select items. Shopped there today and ended up buying less than half of the items I went in for since they stopped having the discount. Will just go to Autozone first next time.

Visited your store on Little Creek in Norfolk VA.I went to purchase a wiper blade for my 1955 Packard Clipper DeluxeThe one they had would fit my car, but the design wouldnt match my otherone . David Lisa and Shaun took the time to retro fit the rubber to my existing blade. Lisa retro fitted the blade for me while David and Shaun assisted me in other areas. Thumbs up for the crew at this store. I will continue to be a loyal customer after this positive experience.
I was amazed. Old people say shop around and is true. I am not saying everything they sell is cheaper than other stores but a lot thier stuff is in a reasonable price range.I wish it was as easy as going on one website and seeing the prices for every thing from every auto parts store; sought of how it is with car insurance but is not like that with auto parts.My catalytic converter had gone bad in my Pontiac G6. A lot of places sold both the front and back converters for a $1000 before taxes (direct fit). Then most of the mufler mechanic shops were going to charge between $550 to $750. The Pontiac dealership wanted $4300 for parts and labor.I searched around and Napa Auto Parts had it cheapet than every store. This is the list of stores and prices:Oreily Auto Parts: ---------$1000Autozone: ------------------- $1000Advantage Auto Parts: $1000Advance Auto Parts: $877Napa: -------‐---------------- $764.Luckily enough I found a muffler shop willing to do the job for $160. Napa employees were nice and polite. The guy told me that the part had to be ordered and he took my number to call me the next day when the parts came in.
They carry things other stores dont and are knowledgeable.
They went the extra mile to help me try and find what I was looking for.
Staff is friendly and helpful much more polite than at the other Napa

Every time that I have gone into this NAPA I have been met with cold disregard. Thrown in with a COVID-19 mask sign indicating that mask usage is the law- according to Michigan, and I am no longer going to use this business.
Very helpful staff, and I didnt feel like I was being talked down upon for being a woman, which can be common in auto shops. The covid measures were excellent and I was able to get in and get out quickly. Thanks Napa!
First time being in this store, very helpful. Tried to walk in and find what I needed, they saw I was lost of course. Assisted me by finding the part and ordering it for me.

Love this place. I like being able to walk In a parts store and have the person helping me know a general idea of what Im talking about. I have worked on cars as long as I can remember and have been to every parts store you can think of. You dont get the run around and the people here know what they are talking about.
The part that I ordered online for in-store pickup was ready when I arrived. Two associates that I spoke with were friendly. The store looked clean and was well organized!
Super helpful and knowledgeable folks in here. I bought a 2 pack of blinker lightbulbs for $5 which they were able to verify as correct before I even bought them. They also recommended a healthier restoration kit that actually worked well. Shaun at Nappa was even nice enough to help me install new window wipers in addition to all the part verification/recommendation he did!

This is the best location serving the Hampton Roads area. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joe. Joe is very articulate and skillful at what he does. He demontrated tons of patience working with me to get my headlights back in working order. He also recommended two bottles to restore my headlights that left a shine way better than they have shines before. The atmosphere is very clean. The employees at this location exudes tons of professionalism and very genuine at heart. Please dont think of any other parts store to go to other than Napa Auto Parts at this location. I am officially a repeat customer from this point on!
I was looking for a specific part and I called on the phone prior to arriving in person and I asked the clerk what the nearest cross street was since Little Creek Road is 20 miles long.... He replied, whats a cross street? After I explained that to him.... Which shouldve been the first clue that they dont have qualified people manning the store.... He kept bringing everything way too big regarding the O-rings needed....#stophiringdunces
My favorite parts store. The employees actually know information about cars and are car enthusiasts. If they dont know something, they know where to look for the information.Not your normal parts store workers that will ask if my vehicle has 2 or 4 wheel drive when Im looking to get a Window motor. They are knowledgeable.
In this day and age, finding an auto parts store with expertise and customer service is truly refreshing.There are quite a few auto part stores along Little Creek Road in this part of town, and this Napa store is heads and shoulders above the rest. It reminds me of the good old days. Genuine parts people instead of clerks.Eight months later, still the best around and getting better all the time.

I will never shop at a napa auto parts store again. They lie here just to get your money. They said my money would be refunded that day so I could have it back the following day in my account, but they havent even released the money from napa. They screwed me over to make litterly 4.99. Its kool, Ill make sure no one I know shops here, unless they just want to give their money away. Ill strictly be shopping at oriley. They actually care about their customers there.
Out of all the auto parts stores in the area, they always have what I need in stock, or get it very quickly, extremely knowledgeable and friendly service. Highly recommend.
