One of the best auto mechanics I’ve been to. Our car had some fairly extensive and immediate repairs that needed to be done Labor Day weekend. Brought it in Saturday a half hour before closing and they had it all tuned up for me 2 days later … on Labor Day. Couldn’t believe it! Fantastic work and very reasonable rates. Will definitely use them again.

They came next door in Nixa to the clinic and jumped my battery. They were super fast and they didnt even charge me for the service. They just gained a new customer.

D6 came highly recommended to me, and they still have gone far past my expectations. What impresses me the most is their customer service. They went out of their way to help me have a good experience and giving me updates while my truck was in the shop. They are very honest with the work as well, helping me figure out what my truck needed and providing the service for a very fair price. Just a top-notch group of guys.

Update to address response: I did leave a review for the correct business. I called and asked how much a conventional basic oil change would be. I was told a synthetic blend oil change would be $29.99 (not competitive price btw). I said I do not need anything synthetic, I just need a basic conventional oil change. The gentlemen again said, we use synthetic blend oil or full synthetic oil. I asked, then you dont offer just a conventional oil change? He said, oh yes! We can use conventional oil, but its still $29.99. I said that didnt make much sense, but okay. Thanked him for his time and he just slammed the phone down in the middle of my sentence. I do not leave very many reviews, so Im very sure I got the correct business. He was super rude!I called to check on prices for an oil change. The gentlemen I talked to explained a conventional oil change and a synthetic oil change were the same price. I said thank you for your time and he hung up on me. Not a very professional way to earn customers.

Looking for heavy duty tires for my dually and trailer, price and speed of service was...well, incredible! They did a great job. Highly recommend this local shop.

Bought tires for my daughter a year ago and when she had a flat they took care of it and even showed me the process they use to find the leaks.

I stopped for a battery check, they had a check done in 5 minutes, had the correct battery in stock at a good price, job was completed in less than an hour, highly recommended

The owners truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. They also look at the whole picture, not just the repair at hand. Will talk with you on anything else they may find on inspection. Give them a try.

Josh and the guys really have taken great care of my family and our vehicles. These are honest guys, even calling to let me know they were going to have to do a job I could easily do myself for half the cost and even showing me how to get it done. Pretty rare for a for-profit business nowadays! Will be returning with all of my vehicle needs in the future. Glad to have these guys in Nixa!

I have taken all 3 of my vehicles to D6 Auto multiple times in the last year and have been happy with their diligence and adherence to doing the best work they can each and every time. Once a new part was not working as expected and they replaced it for free. Just today, I took my car back to them because there was an unexplained noise in the back after they had just replaced the rear two shock absorbers. Josh took it in immediately and made sure the housing was seated in place again, no charge! I love how they really care about doing it right!

I have gone here a total of 3 times now on separate occasions, and every time they have gone above and beyond my expectations of a auto shop. They don’t cut you any bull- or come up with lies to work on your car longer than they absolutely have to. They listen to what you tell them about your car and find the problem quickly. I believe they are reasonable on their prices.

As a local car dealer, I spend thousands of dollars a month getting cars prepared and inspected for sale. Josh, the manager has made it an amazing experience all the way around. It’s hard to find a great mechanic shop when you do a ton of business every month, and I have found that shop here. I will be bringing everything I have to these guys from here on out.

I sweat for hours over the long Memorial Day Weekend, needlessly. I assumed the air conditioner in the car needed Freon or something even more costly because it was blowing hot air only.I didnt know if JBC Tire even worked on auto cooling systems, but they did. Lori fit me right in. I dropped the car off at one thirty and told her that my daughter and I would wait over at the nearby Braums.About fifteen minutes later one of their polite mechanics came to where we were sitting and told me the good news.There was nothing wrong with your air. Somebody must have accidentally pushed the button off. Because I pushed the air conditioning button on and it seems to work fine. I had it down to fifty degrees.He made my day, How much do I owe you? And the day got even better when he said, Nothing.JBC Tire has earned my respect and gratitude. I have taken my Malibu there for oil changes in the past, but with the honesty they exhibited; they have earned all my business

I brought in my cousins jeep it had developed the death wobble. She had taken it to Big O tires the day before they did an alignment, literally done in 23 minutes and refused to test drive it when he was done because the wobble scared him too much. When she drove it home it was worse than when it went in. So my aunt had suggested it be taken to JBC. I had the day off so my cousin took my car to work and I drove the death wobble mobile (slowly) to this shop. I went in explained what was wrong and asked them to check it out. It wasnt in their shop no more than 5 minutes when the manager Lori came and told me the death wobble was caused by the tires one tire even had a screw in it right on the wall. Both back tires had broken belts and had knots everywhere. The front tires belts werent broken yet but the knots already. They couldnt believe that Big O tires let my cousin drive off their lot with tires that were in that bad of shape. JBC got the jeep fixed up and even gave it a once over and let me know about some other issues that needed to be taken care of, such as the air filter and the serpentine belt and that the driver side ball joint needed replacing which should have been noted at Big O tires simply because it would have shown up in the alignment process in the first place, you simply cant align a ball joint that is failing. (Big O tires gave me a refund, after I brought in the print out from JBC showing everything they had shown me) Lori the manager at JBC didnt hesitate to bring me into the shop and show me everything they found and how it would be fixed. I trust them 100% and wouldnt hesitate to refer them anyone needing auto work or tires done. They did not give me the run around or treat like I was ignorant because Im a woman. JBC is just awesome and I wont hesitate to go back in the future.

A few months ago it really seemed that D6 was the place to go in Christian county (especially if you live around Nixa )for all your automotive service needs but I have been disappointed the last few times. Despite the fact that they dont seem to be very busy they havent been very thorough. I dont want to be back between services so its important everything that needs to be fixed is fixed. Its almost like they dont want my business anymore. Seems like the old JBC. If they dont turn it back around Im going to have to go back to the Honda dealer. D6 does have good prices and the counter folks are nice people...they just dont seem to be Automotive experts. I disagree with the other review...I dont think they want my money at all.

Our motor home diesel was overheating 1,200 miles from our Florida home. Lori, Ryder & Andrew went to great lengths to detect the problem, confident they could solve the problem, expedited the parts, carefully installed them, charged us much less than we expected and got us back on the road to home in record speed. Before we found them, another national service facility could only guess what the problem was, didn’t know how to help us and referred us to d6 auto tire. They went far beyond our expectations and we are thankful that we found them. We highly recommend them.

Can be hard to deal with, some days appears there is a common theme when it comes to inspections and this is one of those places they always find something to up sell. They do offer a Sunday Oil Change special we used for a while until the annoyance became so great went back to doing it myself. Not because there is always something to up sell but in a pushy way, kind of annoying. Some days the staff is not all there and in a rush putting them behind so a general wait to get things done even if you are one of the first in the door, would not use except they are in a convenient location and the hours they operate look good if they are available.

Great customer service and very conscientious with the care of your car while they are working on it. Working full-time Monday thru Friday getting my car serviced can be a real headache. They are open weekends (Sunday included) and even have an oil change special on Sundays! Highly recommend!

Horrible price 5qt synthetic blend and oil filter $57.00 I got ripped off, can get the same change at JBC less then half that price. Ill never go there again

Had 2 new tires put on they broke the tpms sensor and didnt replace it or say anything. Had to go back after days of the toms light staying on. Thats when they told us they broke the sensor and replaced it.

Was in town doing some shopping and stopped in cause I was in desperate need of an oil change. The lady at the counter (Lori) got signed up for rewards and was very pleasant and helpful. It didnt take to long for the guys in the shop to get it done either. I will most definitely be back!

I came here to get my air filter changed, my cabin filter changed and my rear differential fluid changed. When they opened the rear differential fluid, they said I didnt need this service. Joshua Moutrey called me out to the work area to show me my color was still red. He saved me $130 by being honest with me. Its really hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays. I had them replace a caliber on my car. Three weeks later my car just abruptly stopped driving. I had it towed to my regular mechanic. He found a clamp on my break line. Jbc admitted fault. Their careless mistake put my life and my babys life at risk and also caused almost 1000 in more damage. So far nothing has been done on their part besides admitting fault. Do not take your vehicle to this place. The manager is very nice but thats about they only good thing I can say. I know at this point, this situation is out of her hands and nothing more has been done about my situation.

We have had our traverse serviced here a few times and Lori and the rest of the staff are great. Very upfront and honest!

My wife took our vehicle in to have a state inspection done. They sent her home with a list of needed repairs. On that list there was a listing for REAR SHOCKS-PARTS QTY 2 for a total of $301.70. This seemed strange since this vehicle has brand new Bilstein shocks on it. These shocks may have 3000 miles on them, but probably not. If you have ever seen these shocks you know they are hard to miss since they are bright aluminum with yellow and blue accents. I decided to call for conformation. I was asked how many miles were on the car, I answered, 212,000. I was told that is probably the biggest reason right there. I asked, so they didnt actually look at them? and I was told no I am sure they probably did. On previous visits with her work car my wife attempted to have her TPM sensors fixed/replaced. This took two visits and they are still not fixed.

This shop is out for your money. I have been to several locations and have been disappointed with each.I needed a state inspection for my car. I didnt like them to begin with but I thought how could they mess up a state inspection. They failed my vehicle and said in order to pass they estimated it would take $1000 in repairs. I couldnt believe this. I took my car to the place I prefer to do business with and it passed without a single hesitation.Ill never go back to them for anything!
